Great Experience with Global Sensation Tours & travels. Miss Monika was very cooperative. A proper follow-up from day 1 to last day. We requested all the rooms on same floor, they managed it in same manner I booked my tour in 2020 but tour got postponed because of COVID. After Covid we talked to Monika She immediately re-arranged tour as per our travel dates.

The Avaricious car driver & T&C for AC ruined the planned Himachal tour for May 2022.
Six months advanced booking:
We did advance booking for AC Sedan car six months in advance for Chandigarh - Manali - Shimla - Chandigarh trip. (Thank God, we booked hotel accommodation on our own).
Manisha ji from Global sensation was well-spoken during the entire conversation and helped with the booking and later accommodating the itinerary revision 15 days before we could fly.

Avaricious Driver:
The Car driver 'Narinder Singh' assigned for the trip was the unfortunate thing that happened on this trip. Right from looking at the brand of your mobile from your kid, learning your profession to gauge your earnings, checking the hotel room rates to plan to loot you. Forget about helping you identify good locations or sharing information on the key points, he did not even bother to stop when the kid was hungry passing by many decent restaurants as he had plans to take it to his pre-decided restaurant which gives commission. Stopping at random non-tourist places/gardens and suggesting us to visit is another trick how they earn the commission. There were so many places where we wanted to take rest due to family's car sickness, he did not even bother to stop the car until it is a point to vomit in the car. There are so many incidences to add on here, that we would be sceptical of visiting HP again.

Air conditioning T&C for car travel:
Please be mindful, if you are travelling from Chandigarh to Shimla, Manali as per T&C of car booking the AC is turned on only until you are on a straight road. In an HP tour of 5N/6D, it is only 3 hours when we were on the straight road and AC could be turned on. The rest of the journey goes through long mountainous areas even though there are many long straight roads, the AC won't be turned on. Manali was cooler but except for the city, the daily journey from Manali to Shimla was very hot.
Shimla was 30+ degrees in the 2022 summer. So it wasn't the concern around the hilly area but the T&C, as soon as I paid for the additional petrol prices, the AC was turned On during the journey.

Highly disappointed with their post payment service. I will not recommend this tour and travel planner. Their planning was very poor. Most of the beautiful sight seeing locations were not included in the itinerary. Several dry lakes and locked locations were included in the itinerary which were all wasted. Post payment they called me and told that they are dropping few locations from the itinerary as the tour planner was a novice and they were by mistake included in the offer. They didn't pay directly to the drivers and hotels and ask u to pay directly to them. And this info was given on the eleventh hour. Drivers asks for cash when we were completely in an isolated location and the tour planner will not extend any help in this regard.

They gave a proposal for a luxurious tour package and they booked an average hotel in dalhousie.

Better you do your own research and book cabs and hotels on your own. Or go for reputed tours planners.

This is further to the replies given by you. Please note that as a travel planner you should be aware which sites are open and which are closed. This shows your poor planning of tours. All good sites were missing from the itinerary which we came to know from local people and visited on our own. All lakes mentioned in your itinerary were either dried or closed. Accept your poor planning instead of giving vague replies.

Further, all your itinerary mails are available with me please show where it was written i have to pay amount in cash. And why you have taken gst for that when i am directly paying to drivers and hotels. This info was never told to me.

Our tour planner was Ms. Manisha. Trip was very poorly planned, shimla kufri zoo is closed on 4th Sunday and yet it was in our itinery and we got to know about it when we reached there. And when we complained the same to Manisha she told that the company only promised to take us to the zoo gate, if the zoo is closed then that’s not their fault. What kind of answer is this? If some place is closed shouldn’t your company know about it? And inform us prior or schedule some other place instead.
To compensate the missed place we asked to add some other place we wanted to visit which wasn’t too far but she refused it straight away.
The hotels assigned to us were not upto the mark of what we paid. Although hotel service and food was good
Our driver was also very good and well behaved. Our only complaint is with the behaviour of Ms. Manisha post getting the payment and trip planning.

Our family members have enjoyed lot with the proper secure hotels and safe travel sight seeing places in entire Himachal Pradesh tour (Shimla, manali, Dharmasala, delhousie and Amritsur) with the help of Himalayan Sensation tour travel package and its company own Driver. Our Travel Representative Himanshi helped to clarify quarries patiently for our entire tour plan details and while travelling to sight seeing places also. Himalayan Sensation Tour arranged a very good package for Manali with a comfortable stay at hotel Summer king and a very professional driver Kishan and Naresh Thakur to cover the places. A huge thanks to Michael and his team for customising our package. The only issue was with buses which were not on time and delayed when returning for petty issues. On the whole it was an awesome trip.

It was the worst experience with them in Shimla. They will call you for money also. Once you pay full package amount they will not co- operate with you. Even you will not get the cab properly not only that in the mean time of the tour they change the cab and provided a private car which is not allowed for tourist. So I will not advice anyone to rely on them.

Trip was well organized by Champa Varma.
Opted for Sun park hotel and the food was extremely satisfying and the stay was good.
Personal cab was good except the barrier on communication. Drivers with little knowledge on English could help people coming from down south.
Regarding the activities, I suggest the Himalayan sensation to cover those aswell since the rates vary from place to place.
Volvo bus vendor "Northern Star" - bus ambience was not that good but they kept the time well.

Hotel in SHIMLA (Broadway) was one of the best hotel but the only drawback was the provided hotel in Manali (Hotel Summer King), It was not good enough. But overall services provided by Himalayan Sensation Tour Co.was awesome. We really enjoyed it.

Recently planned a tour with Himalayan sensation tour the tour was well planned. Excellent services everything as per mentioned schedule. The accommodation was very good when we reached Airport the driver was already there to pick up from there he was very well mannered and was having information of each and every spot even our lunch was daily outside, he took us to very good restaurant with very good food, he assisted us at every place, I can say mr shilu the cab driver played an important role to make our vacations more memorable. Hotel rooms were good spacious and food served was really good. Extremely satisfied with the trip, I also read many reviews people have mentioned about Solang valley that they payed extra charges, I am specially mentioning that this travel agency will never ask you for any extra amount. If you want to enjoy any extra thing during the tour only than you need to pay extra, before my trip I cleared all the things with the travel agency and everything was as committed by them and during my complete tour they were in regular touch with me….

I was taken their packg of manali, shimla kufri kullu sollang Valley and many more places but this company n their guys r not professional at all.they planned our tour very very bad that may not be fulfilled in the given time. I recommend to evry1 dat do not take packg from dis company. If i have an option for half star rating then i'll give half star. These guys r not trustable. Himalayan team, hotel staff. I m not happy with the Himalayan team they r behaved wid me lyk they given me money for their tour.

Hopeless travelling agency, they don't have anything own for all things having tie-up with hotel car and all, and we will have to follow up for all.on ever first day arrival at Shimla in 6am morning their car were not for pickup I had hier a car and came to hotel and for all site seen I used to follow up with their third party car agency, hotel rooms were also not as communicated. This is just west of money, infact if u book directly hotel they will provide services better than this and in low cost.

This tour company planned an AMAZING trip for us! Our trip planner (Ms. Sheetal) and her assistant were great. Our trip planner spent a great deal of time upfront trying to understand what we wanted out of our trip, how we like to travel, what's important to us, etc and that really paid off. All of our accommodations were excellent. She did a great job. I couldn't be happier with them and have already recommended them to some friends.

In Shimla I stayed in hotel The Royal Regency, in manali my stay was in Snow Peak Retreat and in Delhi I stayed in hotel Hotel Metro View. The hospitality and service was very good in all the hotels and am very much pleased. One name which I would like to mention is of Mr #Rishabh from Himalayan Sensation. He was my tour advisor. He was very helpful.
