Hail Himalayas

I Great experience for me and my life. U never think that you will get like a familiar environment at that place. A word which me and my friends like most 'Activity'. I always prefer to anyone to get a ride on Hail Himalaya. Gajab, Outstanding, Awesome, Mind-blowing, Febulas experience.

I have a Good experience in Hail Himalya, i have 4 families visiting ist time in hail himalya Nice place and accommodation Camping, Nice Menu and Good food buffet, lots of Activities for kids and elders, Tracing and Cold wheter.

It was a wonderful place. Had a lot of fun. Need to improve on service part. All over it was an awesome experience. Would recommend this place.

Highly poor quality and staff is very unprofessional.
Tents are of poor quality, no sanity, staff does not talk properly.

I believe you are confusing me with someone else as I have stayed only for one day. It seems from your reply that multiple tourists has complained about the poor condition of the place.

Its an average place, road is not good, small basic tents, adventure activities are there, trek to waterfall where they will not allow u to carry music speakers and food is good

Hail himalayas is aprox 15 km far from Kandaghat. This is good place to hang out with family and friends. However there is a need of infrastructural and beatification improvement.

I had visited this place first time in 2019 with family and visited again in 2023 because I really liked the hospitality and services in 2019.
But now it has flipped 180 degrees. Vivek (the Manager) is not ready to make any adjustments and hospitality is completely out of the house. He is very rigid and don't even try to accommodate our request. He says NO on your face without understanding your perspective. I feel truly cheated as the details and timings were neither communicated on their website and not on the call.
I did many adjustments professionally and personally to make that trip and it was a complete waste of time, energy and money.

I would not recommend it for anyone.

This is a live review… how we wasted our new year party.

Tent and stay everything is good. But they dont know how to host a party. Messing up with music on requests. We wasted our new year as it was only random abrupt punjabi music. Even we requested the dj to stop taking requests and also asked the host but no use. So if you are coming for some special occasion don't. Very sad to write this review.

Came back after a gap of a few years, with the same expectations.
The cleanliness levels have fallen down drastically, and unhygienic tents and lenins.
The service attitude of the people is technically ZERO, they are not from the hospitality background and they make you feel like you are there at their home and you must leave as you are not welcome at this place.
Food was also pathetic.
There are many other options available for staying nearby, pls prefer that.

The rooms were very friendly and well-maintained. The staffs are kind and helpful. Food was excellent, and the campaigning activities were also exciting. Best part of Hail Himalaya is the Shiva waterfall, Bonfire and food. We all love the place.

The place is good.behavior of the staff is good and food is also good. But it spoiled my complete new year eve. I felt like I am at a wedding. They were playing only one type of music. Instead of requesting the DJ he was not listening to us.

Dont visit this place if any occasion. Rest the place is really good. Food is good and staff behavior is also good.

Food are healthy and tasty with variety, i loved adventure activities, superb services, rooms are amazing. I never feel like this adventure. Overall amazing experience. So close to nature?

Very beautiful place. Isolated from city noises. A must visit. Just a little expensive for the middle class but it all is worth every penny spent. Simple home cooked food with beautiful scenery to look at.

It was a great experience. The place was easy to find, the staff was helpful and kind, and the guides were very knowledgeable and took every safety precaution on all fun activities.

Old and dirty property with below-average hospitality. They don’t even provide fan temperature above 35°C. No water bottles, unresponsive staff, and an unhygienic washroom. You can safely ignore this property and book another one within a radius of 5-10km.

Edit after response from staff: They're highly insensitive and ignorant of the reality of their services. Calling a clean bed, drinking water, and fan (at 35°) a luxury is an utterly stupid argument.

The resort has different types of room, before confirming yourself please check the type of room they are providing. It's a place worth visiting if you like to do adventurous activities.
They provide buffet facility and the food is very good also.

The roads are worst.only one car can pass at a single time. The food was okay. The tent are so hot during the day. So you can't rest in the day. There is not even a table fan in the room. Try to visit in winter

Very good location, I have visited last week mid May. Staff persons are polite. Hygiene tent and food.

Trampoline was not in working condition. I suggest to maintained every item which they have commited on their website.

I really appreciate the staff behavior for guest.food is awesome. Proper management. But only one problem i faced fan required during summer in day time. Otherwise everything is awesome.

It was an awesome experience, really adventurous. The best part was the hospitality and really helping nature of the staff. The food quality was also good and taste was homely. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained The road to reach the destination is not good. Only SUV's or bikes will be a good option. Sedans are not preferred. Further I would recommend not to travel to this place with childeren below 7-8 years age as there are some adventurous activities and a wonderful trek of 3 kms which is not suitable for children. I would totally recommend this place for nature lovers Thank u Hail Himalayas for wonderful experience

My heart and emotions are still at Hail Himalayas. I would lie if I say, I am not in love in with the raw beauty of nature. With faith and love inside, Hail Himalayas gave me a sense of freedom to breathe and just be. Being in the present. The only absolute bliss of Universe. I am still smiling while I write this, you MUST visit the place. It has got all what you have, however it will purify every cell of your soul.
We were welcomed by Vikram Ji, a very committed host. Safe and subtle adventurous activities with Ashish Sharma. To the most loveliest cooks for giving such simple yet tasty food. Quality+quantity - total thumbs up. The trek guide Vivek Ji, guided with the simplest innocence and awareness.
The place is a total reasonable one in every term.
Cleanliness is completely a thing in here. The loo are well-maintained, inspite of being in the middle of jungle everything is provided easily to the visitors. Kudos to the natural beautiful efforts. The staff made me believe that Good and Kind people are always beside us.

In the midst of mountains, by the side of a small stream, this place is a perfect getaway from humdrum of your urban surroundings.

We drove down from Gurgaon in 7 hours since it was a sunday, coming back however took 10.

Last 4 kilometres of the road shall be avoided in the dark.

Camp site is excellent. Facilities are good, you have modern toilets and hot water inside your tents!

Surroundings are picturesque and peaceful. Clean environment too.

There is plenty to do during the day. You have basic set of adventure activities to enjoy, or you could just roam around.

There is some trekking too to a beautiful water fall. All of it very enjoyable and not very hard if you get daunted at the sight of some walking.

Staff is amiable, attentive and courteous. Food is plenty and varied to suit everyone's needs.

Nights are chilly and they do light fires in the evenings.

Overall you can't get wrong with this one. 2 to 3 days is well spent here.

The place is so beautifully placed in a valley.it has its own little stream. One of the best weekend gateways from Delhi. Food was also delicious.

Great place to relax and enjoy the Nature. Living in camps is plus point. Great views. So many activities like rock climbing, trekking, etc. Great food served by the camp. They don't waste food and tell everyone not to do so. After 1 hour of trekking we reached the 60 Ft. Waterfall and there was a small Shiva temple. I enjoyed my time.

Went with colleagues, enjoyed to the fullest. Great instructors, amazing activities & trekking. Super tasty food is the best thing you will get here. Totally worth it Highly recommended!
