Worst experience. Visited this place 2023 feb, it was like a loot I felt. There was very little snow and they were changing 500 for dress 200 for shoes, they were not allowing without these things even there was no snow. I would say the whole place was for loot and one more fact it is privately own, the place was on lease as per they told me. So the charges was too high.

Counter No. 9 is good. Rates can be negotiable. Overall good experience.

Had very bad experience, staff not cooperative. Tried skiing and nobody picks you up when you fall. The person who sends you down doesn't care of you fall anywhere from the start. The person standing down, he is only concerned about those who come to his side. Nobody attends you, even if you call out for help. They only attend if you fall on the way blocking others from skiing. Had a bad fall and nobody came even to assist. The shoes were not fully fastened and they said that that's how everyone is supposed to wear. The ski doesn't lock properly with the shoes and that itself slips you. The ski sticks they give you are so random and of different heights. The ice is very very slippery. Definitely not a safe place to try adventure. Totally not worth the 1000 (for ski) + 700 (for dress and shoes) rupees that they charge for this activity. Definitely don't recommend.

The owner is good but the location where snow is very bad and also no snow only the snow is also thin and slippery and also prices are high for sports and dresses and also the taxi driver and the owner make us fool telling about snow but there are very false I don't recommend this place at all

Too expensive for the experience. Staff are only interested in selling tickets and checking them. No one is interested to check if the customers could complete the activities.
Please do not take the tube ride

Good place near narkanda.
Full snow between December to March.
Cooperative staff and good management.

They provided two dedicated helper boys to old age parents. Very good
