Enjoyed food. One suggestion please: The restaurant is not giving half of dal or vegetable. The qty in full is sufficient for 3 people at least. So what single or 2 people will do.with an extra qty of dal or vegetable?
Food was good but very expensive. 109 Rs for a single piece of aloo paratha is way too much. But if you want good food and good ambience.this is the place!
It's a Haveli Experience in the Hills, But to be very precise Food is a bit Expensive.ambience is great but nothing compared to other Haveli's. Give it a miss a try the famous Giani Ka Dabha or Colonel At Dharmpur
80 marks.classic spacious ambience. Neat and clean. Attractive Delicious food varieties Served with ultimate pyar. Little bit expensive. But the memories wipes off the cost factor Feels worth spending. Great going
Situated on highway, the restaurant makes you feel that you are in Punjab. Food is a little expensive, but very good. It's specially for Punjabi food lovers.
A nice place for a stop over / meal. Serves non veg in the basement only. Well kept place with good ambience and service. Pretty crowded on weekends. Service is quick. Definitely worth a visit. Nice drive from Chandigarh and a change from Timber trail.
Delay service poor quality staff, manager absent and when called promised to check and call back which he did not. All commercial drivers will suggest this place for their own commission, beware
Worse food I ever had. Wastage of time and money. Staff is bit wired when we complain about dal makhani.the oil they use in it was smell wired. Don't vist
Place and environment is good but utensils and food is not ok at all.i ordered 5-6 dishes only fries and paneer tikka were good others were like not good at all! Eating here is not worthy at all. Dont recomend this place at all!
No service at all, there were only 2 waiters for around 20 tables didn't even clean table for 10 mins.we stood up and came back and no concern was shown from the staff or management.
Worst experience. Stopped there for breakfast, staff was looking like they were still in sleep as they served the order and did not bring the plated /cutlery to the table. After a reminder they bring the plates and cutlery. Tea was served once we all were done with breakfast. Intereior it was so hot in the month of June as there is no ventilation. SERVICE WAS SO POOR.
It's not actually original Haveli, it's a type of dupe but I can say a good place to have nice, clean hygienic Food, I travel on this route majority of time and find it a nice place
Taste wise not the best or comparable to Haveli on NH44. Toilets are good Seating is somewhat ok. Service is slow. Service girls are bit intimidating and mostly not focused on customers. Waiters try to do their best. Rates are bit high All in all Haveli here is unable to produce the magic despite investing so much in this place.
Good place to eat. Good vegetarian food (must try Kadi and dal makhni). I'd rate ambiance as 4/5 and food taste as 4/5. Could be little heavy on the pocket though.
Nice, to h desi Khana. The best and probably one of the only good places to eat on highway. For a relaxing tea break, HPTDC is nicer to sit in the gardene but for foooodies this is the place
The staff is helpful and courteous. The theme of this restaurant is Punjabi so traditional and old punjabi folk music playing in the background elevated the experience.
The dishes are tasty, ofcourse not the authentic dhaba feel but a blend of dhaba and fine dining. You can observe the toy train from this place:)
It's a very well made place which invites decent crowd who are on the road to or from shimla. I can say this place to stop for a hearty meal enroute to Shimla. The cost for 2 is approx. 800-1000 Rs.
The only problem is that they providing dining at 3 floors down - so it could be issue for Senior Citizen and person who have problem to climb stairs.
Worst experience ever. We just had one roti and kadai paneer and then vomited on the way. Never go to this restaurant. Actually less than zero star. Its good ambience wise
Very good place to have n enjoy food with your friends n family.very good food and fast service and good hospitality.neat n clean washroom.and food quality, had veg briyani with raita.too good.must try.
Food is awesome. The only problem generally is the seating which they keep at the bottom of the building. The only time the middle floor is accessible is when it's lunch time. It has divided the two floors for veg and non veg at that time. I understand why it's done but I don't necessarily enjoy the division. Not a very big inconvenience but just a little irritating.
I had best food in Himachal over here, especially the GOAT CURRY was undoubtedly finger licking coz they slaughter WILD MOUNTAIN GOAT. OVERWHELMING staff. Me n my girlfriend came all the way from Kasauli main market to Dharampur via old Kasauli -sanawar road.
Served vegetarian food for family in bar at ground floor. Peoples who don't like to have food there will have to sit there. Didn't offer other sitting space until bar tables are full.
