I had Booked Manali Volvo Package through Hello Hotels and Resorts. It was Awesome deal. They have own Hotels and Transport in Delhi and Manali. We stayed 1 Nights @ Hotel Taksh inn, New Delhi and 3 Nights in Hotel Vikrant inn, Manali. Both Hotels team was really professional and caring. They made us feel like second home during our Stay. Driver Mr Sunil in Manali and Mr Rakesh in Delhi treat us like Guide cum Driver. Overall we recommend Hello Hotels and Resorts as excellent service provider and big Thanks to Mr Pitambar Lohani to discuss personally with us about our Tour.

Little cozy rooms which fits into the budget as well. One plus point is it's near to mall road.

Most of the portals show this as a 3 star property but this is pathetic than even local lodges. The property is horrible n doesn't have good access for car. Rooms are too small that you don't get a space to even move. Mattress, blankets, cushions, sofa, everything is just dirty n torn everywhere. Lighting in the room isn't pleasant at all. Food is tasteless, too much oily n unhealthy. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone at all only if you just want very budget friendly hotel.

The best part is the quality and quantity of food one get here. Hotel Vikrant Inn really serve their guest as god. I'll completely recommend this hotel for your family, friendly stay in Manali.

No manners to speak wid their visitors.caterer is good food quality is good.rooms are also good.receptionalist has no manners.nd if u r going to this wid group so it is not good vcz they have lots of rules nd regulations.hotel is almost 5 minutes inside from the main road.

We stayed here for a weak in a family suit. Hospitality was good. Food was good.but we face hassles to reach hotel vikrant inn through narrow road, which has only one way pass. We went by innova. It has a road passing beside hotel which is a busy road. It has a jhuggies behind and beside it. So people keep on talking, walking overall busy road day and night. Moreover people drive bikes and honk rashly late night so faced bit difficullty in sleeping at night. They have no back-up incase of light cut off. Even rooms have dim light. In one of our room light went it was rectified after many chase but took one day. Its a neat and clean hotel but room are bit old fashioned need some additions to make them 3star rating hotel. Bathroom is old fashioned designed. There were no hooks in bathroom, no fixed soap case, no hooks behind doors to hang clothes or small items. They gave 2 hangers in four people. Goibibio gave 3star on the basis of hopitality or on review basis.its 2 star hotel with good services.

Do not choose this hotel if your having a big car or a suv with you. The road to this hotel is very small and congested, it's actually not a road for vehicles. The hotel is a 5 min walk from mall road but can turn out to be a 30 min drive from the same. The rooms are small and normal given its price range, although a family room is present. It's restaurant is good but for service there is only 1 person. 24 hrs got water is available and if you are willing to stay near mall road in a reasonable price this might be a good choice but not the best.

The hotel is on the road where its really difficult for cars to get in. We were driving Alto, it was difficult for that car too. Its also difficult to spot the hotel. The hotel however has parking space. Its a four storied hotel without any lift. The rooms are extremely small, moreover the furniture are so placed that its impossible to cross the room without hitting your leg couple of times. For mountain view rooms, you have to look only up. Down its slum & they keep quarelling from morning 6 to night 10. Food doesnt look like food. Manali has plenty beutifull hotels, this hotel is not worth more than 500 bucks per day during season time.

Pathetic experience in this hotel.i booked this hotel as below given reviews.but when i went to this place there are lots of dissappointments i have seen
* Rooms are very small and full of smell
* Staff are not co- operative
* Food quality is worst
* service is poor
I ordered 4 tea they charged 3 times in the bill.they gave us bill of Rs 1803 but when we checked that bill we got shocked what they have charged. According to me the bill was Rs 1100.this is called chor bazar.they admit their mistakes.so beware.i never suggest to anyone to stay here with your family.

Cheap there's not much of a service provided but there's hot water 24*7. If you're with a tourist party then you're screwed much.

I stayed at this hotel from 9th January to 12th January in 2018. We were five friends and we booked a family suit for us including two large bed and one bathroom. The bed were large enough to sleep three person per bed. The bed sheet, pillowss, blankets were clean enough. I was satisfied by watching those fresh bed and blankets, because in my whole tour only this hotel was good enough where everything was perfect. There service and rooms are very good and attractive. I am satisfied with their service. If i go to Manali again, i will sure stay at this hotel again. Hotel Vikrant Inn is very near from Manali Mall Road. It will take only 2 minutes to reach the hotel from mall road.
