Himachal taxi online service is one of the worst service if their is any negative rating i would like to give that, one main thing if people want to have good memories don't book with their service they don't have any communication between the itinerary and the driver they have send we have used their services for Dharmashala to Dalhousie and they will value for the money not for the customer experience or satisfaction.they will pick the calls only when they need money and if customer want to tell the problem they will reply as money only matter for them.they don't have perfect planning in their itinerary writing the same things two times and Charging more money and the driver don't give time to see the places peacefully.they will write so many things but the driver will say there was nothing so no need to visit to that place.in whole itinerary they have not covered 10-13 places for us but they have charged the money.they will say one condition as need to pay the money one day before dropping off point.when ever you want to tell your problems they will blackmail and give tantrum as if you raise issues they will not provide the service for drop.because of the lack of communication of your services we have faced so many issues. And we have been on roads which we are not aware.this is worst service and the tag line they should mention as we value for money not client experience.

Driver, Ashish ji's behaviour was well and good, calm person. He was quite understanding.
Skilled driving.
Everything is properly planned. Ms. Aakriti Singh's efforts are indeed appreciable. She cleared our doubts, assured us a good service. She was available via call and was in touch while we were traveling.
Tour goes as per the itinerary.

Cons:
Price is reasonable to somewhat costly.
Maybe, to save some parking fee driver parks his car to some far place, so we need to go and return by walk. That's not pretty convenient.
We missed 2 tourist spots which are mentioned in the itinerary, maybe due to road blocks, they could have tried to show some other places en route as good gesture.

Great service and wonderful experience for shimla and Manali trip. Vinod driver was a wonderful human being and took utmost care of us and took to all the places worth going in Manali and shimla.

The plan and itenary made by them was good but the cab person allocated was not at all professional. Right from the beginning, he had the tendency to complete the trip asap and was not at all interested in showing us the places.
Also, as per my personal experience, for trip to Dalhousie and Dharamshala, you don't need any trip advisor and save shelling out thousand bucks for that. Informations are easily available over TripAdvisor and you can plan everything yourselves.

Excellent taxi services provided. We travelled to Himachal Pradesh for 8 days with family and booked a sedan cab for the tour starting from Amritsar and drop at Shimla.

We just mentioned that we want a trip with 5 nights/6 days and she gave us a whole detail schedule about what we would see each day. The trip we have gone to is Shimla-Manali-Kasol-Manikaran for 6 days. We booked swift dzire for our trip. Ms Aakriti Singh Kalanta is such a nice & wonderful person! She was really helpful to us and was always available via call or text messages. Many thanks to Aakriti ji for her hospitality and good guidance that we felt great from planning of the trip till the end. She used to message and ask if everything was ok. It was awesome to see Shimla in the rain. We were mesmerized watching the mighty and glorious Himalayas while going to the Rohtang pass. Also, we felt great taking darshan at gurudwara, shiva temple, and Ram temple at Manikaran. It was fantastic to travel alongside the Beas, Chenab and Parvati rivers. The water flow was good and it was as though they were welcoming us to the places we visited. Overall we had a wonderful trip and it was really memorable.:)

I have hired taxi from Himachal Taxi Online, for our Dalhousie Khajihar Chamba Dharamshala Mcloedgang Kangra, Palampur and Baijnath tour during 6th to 11th March 2023.
On 5th evening I got a call from the designated driver, Mr. Pandit, for confirming our pickup location. On 6th morning Pandit was right at the place before time. Then onwards the tour started. Due to the friendly and cooperative nature of driver Pandit, our tour started very nicely.

As the tour progressed, due to suggestions given by driver, our tour became a memorable one. On 11th March, the tour ended very nicely, with lots of good memories.

We booked this taxi service and travelled within Himachal, from Shimla railway station, and went to our hotel, which was outside Shimla. On the next day we went for a sight seeing tour of Shimla. Then we went to Manali, stayed there and did a sight seeing tour there as well. Then we went to Chandigarh finishing our tour with this taxi service. The coordination that we recieved from Akriti Singh Kalantar, was outstanding! We recieved instant communications of every payment we made, every conversation worth keeping a record of, and every other aspect that we asked her to keep a record of.

The driver Mr. Arveen Thakur is also a super nice human being. We made friends while in the trip. He really understood the type of travel we prefer and showed us their authentic "Desi" food and we really enjoyed that! He also took us through some less traveled roads with some beautiful views as he knew we'd love that. He handled our luggage very carefully. He was always there, just a phone call away.

Aakriti, the trip plan and the related arrangements were excellent! This was an unforgettable experience to all of us though the last leg of the journey was a bit tiring। Few things, I feel, you may need to improve in the coming days to make this package more attractive। The location of the hotel at Manali has to be changed which should be easily accessible । You must provide relatively new car to ensure safety of the passengers while travelling through extremely dangerous roads specially in the sector stretching from Batal to Gramphu! Full credit goes to our driver cum guide Rameshji without whom it would have been very very difficult to complete the entire journey।
However, overall we had a memorable trip which we all enjoyed to the fullest।

Had an amazing trip with them. Since I was booking for the first time, I was a bit hesitant initially, but after speaking with Aakriti I got a fair idea of the tour package and they were kind enough to customize it as per our flight arrangements. Aakriti Singh Kalanta gave attended our request even on last minute. Have us a comfortable car and and trustable driver. Our driver Anil Sharma was safe and an experienced driver. He made our journey really memorable. This service deserves an 5 start. There were no issues throughout this trip and we were landed back to our destination on time.

We booked Delhi-Amritsar-Dalhousie-Dharamshala-Manali-Shimla-Delhi trip with Himachal Taxi Online for cab services only.

Service was pathetic to describe in a single word.

1) I booked directly with Himachal Taxi online. They transferred it to one of their service provider. (Kuldeep Singh). He transferred to another (Tarsem Kumar) and ultimately he transferred to the final one (Vikas). So there was lots of miscommunication & itinerary was not followed by driver.

2) Pick up at Delhi Airport was delayed by 30 min. The driver was very slow. It took 13 hrs to reach Amritsar from Delhi. While the road was traffic free, he drove at 50-60 km/hr. Took lots of food & cigerate break. Behaviour was rude.

3) We managed with the issues & reached Dalhousie & then the new problem started. Itinerary was not followed. Driver told that all sightseeing not possible. Even Khajjiar & Solang Valley (next destination) also not possible because of risky roads. After that he took 2000/- extra from us to go Khajjiar.

4) After complaining to Himachal Taxi online they changed the driver once we reached Manali & that was worse. This person (Tarsem Kumar) was a HARIANVI goon. Literally threatened us. I have travelled almost all over India but never met a driver like him. Continuous speaking over mobile during driving, (it's really continuous), using abusive languages, not following itinerary (solang valley not taken). Denial of pick up from hotel (asked us to come down by walking 2.5 km as the roads was slippery, whereas all cars were running, after complaining he came to pick up after 2.5 hours.) Car condition was horrible, uncleaned, heater not working, window not opening, rear door can't open from inside etc. I thought of lodging police complaint as well against Tarsem Kumar but didn't. Plz beware of this driver. His taxi no was HR39D2645.

I can't express how bad the trip was with this operator. My entire trip was spoilt because of these unprofessional & horrific drivers.

Only one positive thing was the final driver Kuldeep Singh. On receiving so many complaints from us he came to drive from Chandigarh to Delhi. Nice person. Apologized for the incidents & finally we reached Delhi safely.

I strongly recommend not to book with this service provider. My experience says SAAVARI is much better & the drivers are polite. Please dont book through Himachal Taxi Online & risk your trip & life.

Worst service ever.before booking they will call and talk so nicely but as soon as u arrive there they wont receive your phone.it took 2 days to get picked my call up after reaching there. The driver is so worst he had no manner to talk and also threatning everywhere telling all lies to us.it was not safe to be with him.his name bittu driver.he will take u to the most expensive place for his commission.all reviews are fake and i have all their chats with screenshots.he was in so hurry he wont stop for u will always tell to do fast go fast.they took so much extra money we couldnt even go wherever we wanted.all are fraud

I am very thankful to Himachal Tourism for organizing a wonderful trip, the mentioned itinerary is totally covered, no points were skipped, whole trip is very comfortable.
