We enjoyed an wonderful experience in leh Ladakh trip which i cant even expected. As Promised by Dipa rani and Amit bhau (imaginary character) unremarkable experience
1.pick and drop tour - just start journey.and drop to hotel.most of the places mentioned in itinerary either not in our route or not funded so you have to pay extra.
2.wonderful hotel arrangements - they arranged 3rd bedding on the floor in -6 degree temperature
3.mouthwatering foods - they arranged buffet and provided 10gm 1 and. 5 pieces of chicken and
4. Super safety and first aid - there were no oxygen in cars.so while traveling the one can easily feel the experience "maut ko chuke tak se bapas"
5.24*7 call availability and suger coated speech - after facing these issue we called multiple times to manager sometimes our call get picked up.but everytime we got roude behaviour
6. Backup plan and execution - there are no backup plan we were trapped in shonmarg and unable to move further to kargil.after calling multiple times they arranged a haunted/ abandoned building with no water and electricity
after all this.we are grad.our manager gave alms for the oxygen cylinder cost
ps- our beloved manager and tour operator was operating the whole tour like work from home manner.

During our Leh Ladakh trip, we realized that their commitment did not match their delivery. They even threatened us when we protested. HPHT is a Big fraud.

They don't even deserve one star. Fraud agency don't trust the good reviews. Pathetic drivers, False promises. Don't fall pray for these guys you will end up taking help of police only. Himachal govt shud take strict action against these type of fraudsters.

Scenic Railway:
The Kalka-Shimla railway in Himachal Pradesh is considered to be the strangest railway in the world. This route is 95 kilometers long. The route has 102 caves, 869 bridges and 916 curves.

I came back to my home but my heart is still in Himanchal.
This was possible just because of nice arrangements by Himachal tourism helpline. We were able to enjoy everything there.
The assigned driver which was really very fantastic.with him feeling was like a family member. He knows every route of Himanchal. Safe Driver he is.

Detailed: Want to plan a Honeymoon but could not get the point, so searched across many websites for the plans and compared. Finally Discussed with Mr. Naveen Pal from Himachal helpline Tourism for a memoriable Honeymoon tour. It was a very wonderful eperience and support from his side in all and every manner and time. Travelled Manali last week through Himachal Pradesh helpline tourism, it was very nice eperience for us. Enjoyed a lot and my advisor Mr. Deepak Thakur, he is such a cool guy who helped me a lot from my journey from Kolkata to Manali and Manali to Kolkata He was always in touch with us in telephone.
My flight got delayed and i missed the bus but he managed to reschedule my trip without any etra cost. Everything was perfect.

Himachal tourism helpline kolkata office provide a Innova car for us. We started our tour from New Delhi station to Kaza via Simla for about 12 days. Our tour was completely hassel free, it was nice journey for us. The driver was decent and friendly. Eecutives of the travel company was etremely cooperative and professional. I am etremely happy to share my eperience City: Howrah, West Bengal.

Things were managed well. Agent were always available to help and were responsive. I had taken map plan for breakfast and dinner at hotels only. Food was good in all hotels. Daffodil at manali, Tirund height at dharmsala both were providing very good food. Driver was always available at right time to pick us. Payment was taken only after completion of some service. Right information was being provided by agent and driver for different visiting places and activities. It was 7 night 8 day trip for manali and dharamsala. We had a good time.
