We took a kashmir tour with route breakers in the last week.
They changed our hotel in phalgam without asking us or informing us, infact the agent (Shreya) and her superior were not even aware of the change in hotel.
They promised us a 3 star hotel in Pahalgam but changed it to a cheap 1 star hotel after receiving full payment.
The boat house stay was promised in Dal lake, but they gave us a House boat hotel in Jhelum River.

Before taking the package they were very sweet and after making the entire payment they weren't even receiving our calls.

If anyone is planning a Kashmir trip with Route breakers, I strongly recommend that you change your travel agent as there is no communication between the people working in Route breakers.

They even lied about us to our hotel manager that we made a delay in informing them about the change in hotel. To compensate the same they offered us a small celebration but again that was just the regular buffet meal served on table with some candles around. That was also done after we asked them for it.

I went to Simla and Manali in this second week of December. It was a great time I spent. Specially thanks to Route Breakers and Jyoti for making all the arrangements there and their services. I enjoyed a lot there but only thing I missed is snowfall.

After a long search to find good operators, I contacted Route Breakers - Amit who was good at listening to the client requirements, ideas, suggestions, and queries. After we had a few sessions on phone, Amit, Shreya’s & team responded with a best plan and quotation.
I have to say, the first thing we looked for was the cost and itineraries we compared with multiple other quotations - the quote Route Breakers supplied was very reasonable and budget friendly.

This team has a good network of CABs and drivers - We were very lucky in this regard since the most common problem with long tours is having a good driver as your guide, which will make a ton of difference. In this regard, We were very lucky to have one of the best driver/guide - Mr. Sunil Ji who had excellent driving skills and patience to drive at the day or night in the current conditions of Himachal roads which are still in damage due to recent floods.
3. They got good reputation with the owners of multiple top-rated hotels & home stays - We experienced the best hospitality at every place we stayed along the way (Shimla, Jibhi, Kasol & Manali).
4. Amit & Shreya do care a lot about the client satisfaction - we notice they follow up about our stay, health and issues every day and keep connected with the driver (guide) on the current day and next day plans checking for changes on weather conditions which is unpredictable in places like Sissu valley at this time of year, this made us very comfortable and relaxed since we are travelling to Himachal for the first time.

Visited twelve days tour, started from Amritsar - Dalhousie - Khajjiar - Dharmsala - Mcdolgang - Manali and tour end to Chandigarh. We visited through Route Breakers Tours and travels shimla. The trip was so so soo amazing. The overall experience was good. Both the trek of kheerganga and tosh were amazing and it was a hell of an experience and adventure. And specially all the hotel staff was very good and helpful. We enjoyed alot in the trip and it was very economical as well ️

Recently took a travel plan to Spiti Valley from Route Breakers for 10 days. Must say it was Great services at every place of our stay. The tour was also planned so well in terms of routings. We truly loved and enjoyed the tour very much. The whole place is warm and pleasant. Resorts given to us had private balcony which made our tour stay more fun. Must appreciate our driver who always treated us well and his driving skills were perfect.

Be aware! Don't fall for 5 star ratings. Not completely against the services, to the extent they did good but not the best. Minor issues persists. Discuss everything clearly and get that documented. Cross check everything to the best possible.

I just got back from a 2 weeks trip to Himachal Pradesh with my family. Amit had prepared the itinerary according to our requirements and he was always available to speak/chat whenever we had queries or required to make changes in the plan. Route Breakers made the best arrangements for us. Shreya was in touch every day during our trip, checking our well being and ensuring all arrangements are taken care of. We had a wonderful holiday in Manali which will remain long in the memory. We stayed in some amazing hotels and had amazing coordinator Shreya who made us feel like family members. Also special thnx to Amit Rohal for making our trip special.

Recently we had booked shimla, manali and amritsar honeymoon package from route breakers for 6 night 7 days. We are really very satisfied with the serrvices. They had nicely decorated our rooms and arranged romantic candle night dinner in manali. We more liked r v continental hotel of amritsar. Their food, room and service was too good. Have great memories from our honeymoon trip. I will definitely recommend you to our friends and family

It's been a memorable tour for us thanks to RouteBreakers. As they're made it under budget and quite cooperative throughout the process booking and during the tour.

Though there are certain points where they've to made improvements:
1. Their partners or people they have tie ups for the Fun Activities like Bungee jumping or wasn't good at all. As they're giving exorbitant pricing means the bungee jumping which cost ₹300 they're selling as part of package at ₹1500 and the whole package which cost around ₹2000 is sold at ₹5000 and more.

So, very seriously felt cheated and disappointed.

2. Secondly, even those partners are providing very stinky, old and used gears or jump suits which I highly recommend other tourists not to opt.

3. There're so many hidden costs which neither the RouteBreakers nor their Associates (cab drivers) shared upfront. Like camera cost, life jacket costs etc. It seems either the cab driver or the RouteBreakers has some sort of hidden motives to earn (Ugly Trick).

4. Due to traffic jams and short days in evening most of your tourist spots left uncovered. That's another big disappointment.

5. There's literally no sense of inclusion of going to the Manali club house and Shawl Factories which is nothing but the waste of the time (that Ugly Trick).

6. Try to provide Hotels near the Mall Road with good views as around 1/3rd of our time spent in the inner city traffic jams from the Prinni town to Manali.

With that said, I'll plan for 2nd tour with them in next few months with a home that they would sincerely work on those feedbacks.

Routebreakers organised my first Himachal tour. It was awesome and seamless. They provided us with a customized itinerary which made it more special. Routebreakers will be my first point of contact for any tour in Himachal in the future.

Top notch facilities. Reliable.yes they have tour packages at a bit higher costs but quality is top notch.worth spending money. I must say they are one of the best in Himachal when it comes to quality and service assurance.

Very good services in travel and tourism. I was given a better deal for my Holiday tour to Delhi consisting of 8 days, Services and arrangements was super, I had a wonderful time with my family.
