Good View from balcony. Located little away from the city and cool place. Manager was little harsh and but a good person.

This hotel has one of the best views im sure, i stayed there for 4 days and then shifted but i really missd the plce n the view. Food isnt that great but not bad either. The place is quiet and beautiful. Staff are friendly and approachable. Thnk you so much️️️️️️

The rooms were good, spacious and the location was great as well, you could see the snow caped mountain and the beautiful city of manali from the family suite that I had booked.
Bathrooms were fairly clear and there was a running hot water using solar everytime I used it in the morning.
They do not have breakfast buffet, this may have been due to insufficient bookings with the meals.
The food tasted average, especially the chicken we had ordered at night.
I would recommend eating your dinner else where.
The dinner service was awfully slow! Took more than an hour to get started on my order. I had to walk up to the kitchen as a reminder and thats when they started preping my order.
They had charged 2200 rs per night for a family of 4, without any meals, and they insisted on taking the payments before hand!
The location of the hotel was quite far from the city market, about 2 to 3 kms away, which wasnt really a problem for me since I had my own driver,
Took a cab service from hotel since my car had some issues, for which they charged 3k for the manali distant tour, solang, atal tunnel etc.
For this too the hotel would charge before hand and if for some reason the cabs were not allowed to go to the tourist spots, no money would be refunded.
I would not recommend taking cab service from this hotel, instead go to the market and look out for a cab service provider for the tour.
Overall my experience stands at 3 stars, the hotel and the stay isn't bad, its JUST OKAY!

We were on a Workation trip and the wifi z the food, the view, everything was worth it. The food was well cooked and tasty. The hotel is away from the hustle bustle, making it a perfect stay surrounded by Apple trees. The rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable. Glad we stayed for 5 days.

It's amazing, we live here for two days and it's worthy to stay here, food quality and presentation is awesome. And location wise, hotel provides silence and beautiful mountain view

Himalayan highlands shubh dev is best hotel i have ever stay. It is providing all facilities which is necessary to stay. Staff is very friendly. Mr. Mohan is receptionist and he is very kind nd supportive. Provide the service within a minute. Balcony view is awesome. Must stay in this hotel.

The views from this place are just on another level. Clean rooms, nice food and caring staff. But the best thing still remains the view from rooms and balcony!

Loved my stay at the hotel. The views from the room were great. I was able to witness snowfall in whole valley right from my bed and the staff was cooperative too.

I would to recommend this property to everyone, comfortable rooms with amazing view from bed. One of the best property around, clean washroom with full day hot shower. Good food good service. Manager Mohan Thakur is such humble person handles everything very smoothly and do his best to make your trip memorable. Will stay there only always whenever comes to Manali.

It was a nice and memorable stay. The hotel is surrounded by the mountains, in lovely nature. The hotel is located little bit away from the mall road. It'll be more convenient if they provide a transport facilities like two wheeler or a car on rent. The manager Bhupendra is very polite and helpful. One suggestion is that they can improve food quality and need to increase more varieties.otherwise, overall experience was very nice.

This is one of the best place to stay in Manali. You get serene and exquisitely beautiful Manali view from almost all the rooms. Hotel staffs will always greet you with smile and they are always open to help you with any local problem by all possible means. Entire property is surrounded by apple trees & flowers.

Best hotel and specially Ajay Kumar service was endless he decorated our room with great way and the location of the hotel was also too good. And the staff service was also too good

The place is extremely cosy. The prices aren't high in return for the service we get. The whole staff is cordial and helpful. Loved this place. The only Catch is that it's a little far from the city centre. Highly recommended.
