I Viral Shah from Gujarat would like to share my review of Manali Dharamshala & Delhousi the package offered by Himalaya Holidays. We had a lot of fun in Manali Dharamshala and Dalhousie and benefited from every adventure activity. Enjoyed especially we had breakfast and dinner at Dharamshala and Dalhousie very nutritious tasty and full of innovative dishes Breakfast at Manali was very good but evening meal was not good and room facility and facilities provided everywhere was very good. Apart from this, our cab driver, *Mr. Bablu Vermaji*, was also very calm and easy-going, calmly showed us every place, and explained to us, he treated us like a family member, so we enjoyed the six days we spent with him. The condition of the car was also very good
And special thanks to *Mr. Ajay Thapa ji* and our Cab driver *Mr. Bablu Verma ji* for organizing this trip beautifully.

Recently we enjoyed our 4 nights 5 days Honeymoon Trip in Shimla and Manali through Himalayan Holidayers,
Our Organiser Bobby is Good and Responsive person and he Guide and Organised our Trip very well VOLVO, CAB, and HOTELS are good as we want, also the Cab Driver is very good Person as I want in my trip. Overall it's a good Experience and we enjoyed.

But only one thing is not good for me that is everywhere charges for everything and we did not know about this. And we are getting money shortage and we enjoy that much only that we afford.

We recommend Himalayan Holidayers but please clear everything before Travels. And also about Proper Cab which you Preferred. And don't change any other vehicle in middle of the Trip. Otherwise have to pay for that.

Overall Manali is Good Place for me and my Wife. And we enjoyed there very much.

Totally enjoyed the trip with Himalayan holidayers. This was our 1st honeymoon trip to Himachal. We visited manali, solang, kullu, manikaran, and jogini waterfalls. All the places were really breathtaking Bobby the trip manager, managed our trip very smoothly and patiently.hotel white stone was very good, our driver abhi bhaiya was very genuine person. We will surely book our next trip with Himalayan holidayers.

Recently we completed 5N/6D Manali and Shimla tour with Himalayan Holidayers. We were 11 family members and it was awesome trip. The tour was planned by Alisha from Himalayan Holidayers. It has been wonderful experience choosing travel guider from Himalayan holidayers. Team was very supportive and Helped each and every time required.

Before confirming they show you 3 star hotels and once you paid they book guest hotels. And they had told me all hotels are booked though I was able to book same hotels on mmt. After arriving they were asked extra charges for same hotel which was in package before token amount has been paid. But cab service was good.

They were not replying your message or call once you pay. Provided package by tours is full of scam. Don't fall in trap.

Here I will share all my experience and photo about glimpse of my journey

I have booked 9N /10 D package from Himalayan Holidayers for me and my parents and I will write about all the notion and situations before trip and during trip
Initially I was bit reluctant to book from them as they are based from himachal and we are from Gujarat and never have visited Himachal before as there are many fake websites and many companies which will quote and claim something and give you other thing. I have seen their website and read the reviews many were positive and some negative reviews were also there.
Then I decided to call and on opposite side I found great human being and cool calm personality and sales team member Mr. Dikshant to guide me and ready to answer my all silly queries. Then I finalize the trip of whole Himachal with Amritsar (9N/10D) Delhi pickup to Delhi drop.
Now on 1st day of my trip 23/5 weather was not good and our flight got delayed by 4-5 hours but driver and Mr. Dikshant were constantly in touch with me. After landing in Delhi I met Ustadji our driver Mr. Bhupender Kumar veteran in his field of driving and very professional as well as skillful with no unnecessary ego or risk taking behaviour.
He was having immense knowledge about route, places to visit and about himachal culture and this 10 days with him went swiftly and throughout this 10 days our guide, coordinator and my friend (although met him only once) Dikshant was throughout in touch with me. So all in all it was best experience of my life and never regretted the decision to book a trip with Himalayan Holidayers.
I can't find a single con/negative points

There is no time management for any taxi and volvo facilities.no correct information give us to the customer.bad management in company.bad experience at all.worth money and time…and they doesn’t recieve call during problematic situation

Would not recommend them. The team is only money conscious, they lack the respect and empathy towards their customers. We had made advance payments for our Manali and kasol trip well in advance, but just before the day of our trip they informed us that the hotel which they committed earlier is not available and suggested an alternate hotel for which they committed it would be good. It's hotel Sun and Wind at Kasol, it was like a 3rd class lodge, absolutely pathetic. I would suggest the owners of the company to have a night stay in this hotel to experience what kind of arrangements their team makes. The room and bathroom was stinking, bed spreads seem to very old ones and not even washed before handing over the room. There was lot of spiders in the room, absolutely pathetic the hotel was.
On top of it, during our stay at Nishita Resorts in Manali which the team had arranged, we were informed be the hotel that we will have to make the completely payment to them and only then they will allow our checkout. It was unprofessional to the core, Mr. Prem from Himalayan Holidays should understand how a customer has to be treated. We had already made 50% of payment in advance and we were informed about this by the hotel personnel immediately upon checkin and it was just the first day of our 5 days trip. What business does the hotel have with us, the hotel was booked by HH team for us and if there was any communication it should have come to us from your team and not from the hotel directly. The team is also not responsive when you need them. There is no clarity on how they handle things, the contact point communicates something and Mr. Prem communicates something differently to hotel without informing the guests. We had made the complete payment on the same evening, but very strongly felt that this is not the way a customer has to be informed.

1. We had called your coordinator upon checking-in to the hotel at Kasol, it was left unanswered, & we never got a call back. Unfortunately 2/4 of us were down with illness. Also, for Ur kind information, we did express our unhappiness to the coordinator even before our trip started, about the ratings & reviews of Hotel Sun&Wind, but she vouched & guaranteed that the hotel will be good. We trusted upon your those comment.
Please understand that the purpose of coming to the agencies like U is to have a hassle free trip, if we were to check reviews & rating of every hotels, why would we even come to you, we would book on our own instead. Also, it is your responsibility to check what kind of hotels your are booking for your customers.

2. For your comment of "there is no comparison of Kasol hotel with the hotels of Shimla & Manal" -> Our expectation is not to the likes of Radissons/Taj/ITC, but we expect basic hygiene in the rooms. Understand, we are just done with our trip, we were able to find pretty good numbers of decent hotels in Kasol, we are not sure how ur team failed to spot one. We did not have complains about Nishita resort, it was not as such a great hotel but was at least maintained & clean for us to stay. That is all what we expect from you. If U have doubts, please ask Ur team to check it out.

3. Reply to your comment on the behavior of Mr. Prem -> Please understand that there's nothing personal for us with Mr. Prem. He did not reach out to us directly to make payment (Not even Ur coordinator). So, there is no point of telling he was very polite. He could have called us directly on this payment, the hotel guy literally made us feel very awkward. Also, they were demanding us to pay 18k INR in CASH only. We had discussed with Ms. Amita on this & it was settled, again the hotel guys were troubling us telling Mr. Prem had only instructed them. There is no business between us & hotel, it was booked by Ur team & U should have reached out to us for payment, & not the hotel guys.

We wanted Ur team to be aware of what's going wrong in operations. Might be of help to Ur org if U see this as an opportunity to improve.

Fantastic service & Awesome tour.

Had booked 6 days trip for Shimla and Manali through Himalayan Holidayers. Everything was good. The hotel, the food and the itinerary was perfect. We had a wonderful experience. They provided excellent service and a reliable person (Mr. Shahid driver) to us. Special thanks and appreciation to Manmohan Chandel who helped in coordinating our trip. I would suggest everyone to try out Himalayan Holidays for their next trip in the Northern India.

I recently took a 8 days trip to Shimla, Manali and Amritsar planned and organized by Himalayan Holidayers. I would really like to thank Pratibha Thakur who organised the itinerary so well, hassle free and so efficiently. The trip was awesome, the planning, the service provided by Pratibha and the Himalayan Holidayers team was exceptionally good. The hotels, food and travelling (car) service was top notch.
Most importantly they never keep you left out once the payment is done, they are frequently in touch for the entire tour.
I would like to thank Pratibha Thakur for staying in touch entire tour and addressing things whenever needed. It was really a good gesture.

Planning for many such trips in future. Hope to get such services again.

The Worst Experience!
I went to Shimla + Manali tour for 6 nights 7 days to celebrate my wedding anniversary. The first bad experience came from the Innova car sent by the company. The AC was not working properly. The only satisfaction was that it is ON. The driver was RUDE and non-cooperative. Never stops on the spot when you asked. On the day of my Anniversary I had to reach Manali by evening. The bearing of the back wheel broke and to replace it my valuable 4 to 5 hours were wasted. The driver Sundar searched the mechanic along with us under the hot Sun. He didn't leave us on the Hotel. On my demand the employee Pratibha having no knowledge of vehicle didn't allow me to stay in Shimla. We reached to Manali at night SPOILED my Anniversary. She blamed, on my demand the rude driver repaired the car; otherwise she would have picked us up from the mountains by Helicopters if the car gets failed between Shimla - Manali way (that was sarcasm). They only want MONEY. Customer is not important for them. They demand all the money on the first day of tour and leave you on RAM BHAROSE. I always go on tours but the experience of the company specially Pratibha and the driver Sundar was EXTREMELY BAD. Don't go with them if you are SMART. I paid them more than 1Lakh but even after their mistakes didn't refund me any rupee. If you ask her about the bad reviews, she blames the tourists. Like after all, all the mistakes are of the customers, and company is fine. About Nishita Resort of Manali, the breakfast of this hotel is not good. On the day of Rohtang they didn't provide us tea in the morning even if we missed two breakfasts. Its just bad, don't listen to them. Not even worth a star.

Don't book any packages from this travel agency and all agents are frauds in that company.
We have booked the package 6 NIGHTS / 7 DAYS MANALI (Gold Package) SHIMLA BY CAB from Chandigarh with an All tour by 2 Swift Dzire from Chandigarh to Chandigarh. We started the tour with a terrible experience, they arranged Tata Indica and Swift Dzire instead of Two Swift Dzire (as per package), next bad experience was with the hotels (budget hotels) but in the package, they mentioned 3 star+ hotels. These hotels (Mahadev Cottage -Manali) and The Croft BNB-Shimla had very bad experiences Don't go to this hotel and Treble place, no water bottles, no towels, and no water in the bathroom.

I am filing a case in consumer court.

I and my husband had a great trip to Kashmir. I got the best deal from Himalayan Holidayers. Amita was the one who assisted me getting the package for us. Taxi drivers in Kashmir were very friendly. Overall the trip was nice. Thanks Himalayan Holidayers.

This is very much disappointing where my wife and I were very disapp trip taken a honeymoon package but we invested a lot apart from the package also we paid for the driver extra and the driver asked to pay 200 to drop in volvo point due to bad weather but after the tour agent Neha spoke with the driver then he changed to 300 what the hell with the Himalayan holidayers.while returning to to Delhi from Manali the volvo bus met with an accident it and the front mirror got damaged, then the driver slow down the Bus and delayed my travel which leads to to delay in my flight, no assurance for our life.due to bad weather they haven't taken us to lots of places, if weather is not good on January then why you people say this is a season time.the hotel we stayed haven't change the menu do we requested and the candle light dinner was so horrible, only two candles with a cake which is called candle light dinner for them we expected a lot.we paid for the package but we haven't visited lot of places and paid extra to drivers and the Volvo bus delayed and leads to great disaster.worst experience ever happened

I am visited shimla and Manali in November 2019 with package arranged by Himalayan Holidayers. The packages arranged by the team is very good and thankfull especially Mrs. Prathiba Takur arranged tour very excellent and hotel booked in shimla n Manali is very good and also food n service is excellent the team members are very co operative persons. What an amazing trip we had for Kerala! It was my first ever experience where I planned a trip by any of the Travel company and I can give a huge shout now that this is the one who can take care of all of your stay and comfort.

"My tour operator "SACHIN" is very supportive and cooperative and helpful nature? " AND it is not a only my tour operator infact now "SACHIN" my good friend also.

I know it is always difficult to Trust people and such travel companies but they've earned it now and I'll definitely plan all my future trips with the help of them.

Worst & terrible experience of travelling with the agency. Vijay and Prem these two are pathetic and worst professionals. They only care about money. Once the payment has been made they start to behave different. No feedbacks asked during/after the trip. They only call you for money. They made me & my family wait outside hotel in severe cold weather just because we haven't done balance 25% payment on our 2nd day of trip due to poor network in cellphones. I requested the hotel reception to provide rooms and pay later, as we were very tired but, he said Himalayan Holidayers had told him to not allot rooms until we make full payment of the trip on just 2nd day of the trip out of 8 days trip.
The taxi owner Navjyot was also a horrible person to deal with.
How ungrateful & insensitive these people are at himalayan holidayers.
Neha Raghuvanshi was our booking agent. She talks to you very nicely before booking once you book the trip then the attitude changes suddenly. She used to say "Talk to my seniors for any issue during the trip" I sincerely urge people Don't ever book any holiday with them.

Very nice and well managed trip arranged by Himalayan holidayers. We visit shimla, kullu, and manali the views were amazing. The package customisation was the best feature. Would definitely consider them again, Thanks for such sweet memories.some places in manali was closed due to heavy snowfall but covered all place by 4x4 jeep.we enjoy over tour.

Had booked with Himalayan holidayers for Shimla Manali trip. Really not happy with the hotel they booked in Manali. Its called Manali hills resorts which is pathetic. Food was below average and service was bad. They were not even providing proper hot water which affected our health. Even after requesting for hotel change they did not take any help in anyway. So i am not sure what’s the use of booking with a travel agent when they can not help us in tough situation. Instead we can book the rooms ourselves. Very disappointed with Himalayan holidayers.

Fraud company, there agent came to us and took all money- that time only we confirmed with them regarding their agent and they said it's there agent but when that agent took all our money and ran away then they said that person is not there agent, they force us to pay money to them though we paid full amount to their agent. We were in middle of our trip.kids and old people were there with us.

They are liar, then threatened us that they will cancel our flight. Worst experience.

Never go with this traveller, they are fraud, before sending agent don't do security background of that agent.

Worst trip ever they frauded us through their agent and kind of blackmailed us for money by cancelling our tickets during the trip don't trust the company! First of all ankur is your agent and we belong to raipur and agent from ranchi so how we know him and iam not giving the fake review just telling the truth so any one cannot suffer in that situation so you are telling about web cheking we have given approx extra 45000 for that and after that you have therend us canclled the ticket of leh to delhi and your local agent is just mis abusing with us for web checking and about miss archana chouksey we have gone to local police station of leh that's why you are supporting us their else we have option to complain against your company but instead we have complain about agent

They are looting money from customers! Beware! Go for a renowned travel agency.
I have booked my trip for last year Apr nad paid the 25% of amount in advance. However due to pandemic whole trip got cancelled. I had asked for refund but instead they gave me credit voucher. Now in december i want to use my voucher but i have received two different quotes from two different person from himalayan holidayers. Quote 1 was for Rs 58500/- for 5 night shimla manali from Ms Neha Sharma and for Rs 70500/- for same duration form Mr Prem. Now if am calling Neha, she is saying mujhe nahi pata, senior hi call lete hain. Then you should not give quote to customers. I spoke to mr Prem he said we cannot refund. Now my 25,000/- is at stake and am helpless. This is nothing but looting customers and very unprofessional behaviour.

The trip was beyond amazing and despite all the issues we could have had traveling during COVID, because of Neha Raghuvanshi. The time and money we put into this trip and was all worth it.

Our trip to Shimla/Manali went extremely well. It was a very pleasant and memorable tour. Well organised and all the arrangements of hotel, car, travel and sight seeing were very good. What i liked the most is Mr. Sachin Chauhan (managing our tour) clarified all our doubts and remained in touch with us throughout the tour. All the arrangements done by her are very very good. The car and driver were also very good and kind. Thanks a lot for her efforts.

Worst ever experience, they are fraud.they do not deliver as mentioned in the package.they promised deluxe category accommodation and gave us lodge like place to stay and when we asked to change the hotel they said do whatever u want to this is what we have! Cheaters! They want advance payment for every service, even asked us to pay to driver in advance! Shame on them they treat thier guest like this, kindly do not pay any addvance money to Himalayan Holidayers! Cheaters liars higly unprofessional
