Had a very good experience of travelling with Himalayan holidayers. Thank you Aarti sharma for providing me the greatest package and help me at every possible situation.

Very bad services of all your packages like not good hotel services, don’t book packages from this company coz not give a trust of services. We planned 13 days trip but only good hotel give in Manali n all places hotels & services & food not good. So think & take decision. My suggestion never final package on this company.

Very good tempo service with sunile pilot.very good driving in hills and mountains.decent communication with the customers.

We had a great experience with Himalayan holidays. I would like to thank you Nitika for her solid planning and follow up till the end of the trip. Drivers were very supportive, helpful and we had a great experience in sightseeing in Manali. Stay in shimla was really good. Saty in Manali is not good. Manali hotel is bad. The manali hotel manager very rude. Thank you so much. Trip is very good.

BIG NOOOO" to this travel agency. They are greedy commission agents.not travel planner.we lost our money. Actually their co-ordination with drivers is nil. After paying them full, you are driven on driver's mood.we paid 50% advance, when we reached hotel, hoteliers told that you have to pay in full before check-in.as this travel agency, didn't pay them any penny from our advance for our booking.no cards accepted.no nearby atm.only we know, how we have managed at 9.00pm (night). Hotelier told that this agency has not paid earlier-a huge outstanding.so we became victims of their defaults.

They will divert you from your choice hotels to their so called tie-up hotels. One of our stay was 20km far from Shimla.and was not luxurious as they committed and sent photos. Driver was ill mannered and arrogant.requested to change the driver, but they didn't pay any heed.

I booked a trip to manali last week.
I had a great experience booking with them. I was in touch with Shnaya thakur and She has been extremely helpful, patient and kind throughout.

Third class service fraud people never ever book from this travel agency better to book Directly.specially for honeymoon couples they do not provide or fulfill there promises.
They will show 5 star hotel and accomodate you in any 0 star hotel.

We got booking with Himalayan Holidays, our agent was Mr. Sachin Chauhan, he planed our pick and drop from Chandigarh to Manali, He provided us Toyota Etios car the driver named (Ishwar) was the worst man I have never met such type of person in my life. He demanded money from us, when we refused him, he started argument with us, He used to talk very rudely to everyone on the way too.
When I told all this to Sachin, he did not even have the number of the driver, there was no coordination between them. Because of this driver both my money and my tour got spoiled.

If given 0 stars I would prefer giving 0 stars regarding taxi service

Before confirming they show you 3 star hotels and once you paid they book guest hotels. And they had told me all hotels are booked though I was able to book same hotels on mmt. But cab service was good.

We got booking with Himalayan Holidays our agent was Mr Sachin Chauhan, he is the worst trip manager I ever had got in my entire life.
The stay was pathetic and services provided was dumb we had to pay extra to enjoy shimla manali trip as the management was very worst and not at all worth having your trip management with Himalayan Holidays.
If given 0stars i would prefer giving 0stars

We enjoyed our trip by giving extra money to the driver for enjoying the trip to make it memorable I would suggest those planning dont go for Himalayan Holidays.

Cab drivers are non cooperative and rude. They do not have any sync between sales and booking team. Commits you something and fails to deliver after receiving money. Worst experience. Very inexperienced and arrogant staff.

I have booked my tour from Manali. The hotel was up to the mark the way I have expected, the food was great. The Ankit palace in Manali was such a beautiful hotel in the hills. Altogether the tour was great it was great experience by Himalayan Holidayers.

Plan and arrangement was very good, from Delhi pick up to Delhi drop up everything was very organised. Food was very good, accommodation was good in shimla, Manali, Dharmshala, Dalhousie, Amritsar.
