The tour was the worst in my life the organiser had not organised anything properly, before the travel the company /organiser promised us so many thing but when we reached there the hotels were the worst, and he was saying us you have to adjust. I will never recommend travel or tour form this firm.

It was a great time visiting Shimla and Manali, the hotels chosen by the tour operator were good and proper facilities were provided in these hotels along with helpful nature of their staffs and the locations chosen for the tour were immensely beautiful and lovely.
I would like to thank Pooja (tour operator person), Mahiender keora (driver and guide) for this wonderful experience and I would rate them 5 star.

Very bad experience instead of super deluxe room they are booking home stay and OYO rooms. We have wasted our money booking with HIMALAYAN SHADOWS. They have no proper management, schedule communication with drivers and dealers. They have skip our Wagha border. My wife Priyanka posted a review after We had telephonic talk with the company person for compensate. They will not give any compensation. Peoples think before booking with this company.

Great experience with Himalayan Shadows. I'm from Delhi, went to a trip to Shimla. The location provided was neat and clean and staff was very cooperative. The food served was freshly made keeping in mind with hygiene. The driver asigned Haith Ram Thakur was very cooperative and drove safely, overall it was a great experience.

We went for a Glen forest walk at Shimla with Surinder. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made our nature trail walk wonderful.

We would recommend that everyone should cover this nature trail which is amidst deep dense forest and Surinder is an excellent guide

Everything was as per expectations according to the itinerary. Stays were very good and Driver was very helpful too.

Had great experience recently wer we went on a round trip from Kalka to Chitkul then to Nako, Tabo, Kaza and Manali. Then back to Kalka to catch the train. Well organised by Himalayan Shadows.

Today I completed family trip with this.shimla Manali rotanpas solan valley etc. Surender owner of this is very cooperative trust worthy person. He personally attended some small obstacles. I appreciate it. Hotel arranged were very good.amritsar sarover regency was top amongst all.we never felt v r 2500 km distance

Services not provided as quoted, food was not appropriate, small Bluetooth speaker in place of DJ, chilled water to drink for whole night.

It was a wonderful experience with Himalyan shadows, we enjoyed it a lot, and everything was hustle-free, I would rate it 10/10.enjoyed it a lot.
