I contacted himveda with diminishing hopes for my daughter as allopathic doctors and few of Ayurvedic doctors also told us about the gall blader surgery. My daughter is suffering from Fatty liver, gall stones having size 14mm and gastritis as well. We where blessed to visit the clinic and to have teachings from the doctors. Both doctors are very experienced. All the staff is also very welcoming, caring and communication is easy.

This new clinic is a great success, fruit of the hard work of both doctors and their family. It stands on a beautiful hill side in a calm that is sometimes difficult to find in India. The surrounding forest, village and rice fields are very nice to walk around in nature. Of course the healing process will have it's best effect if you follow the strict ways of this ancient and powerful medicine.

We were amazed by every details of this place, from the fresh and locally sourced food to the natural soap made in the area, everything is there to guide you toward a better health that you will bring home along with all the positive energy that radiate from the place.

I was having chronic Gastrointestinal Disorders and was taking allopathic medicines prescribed by many famous doctors of reputed hospitals in Goa and Mumbai. With the passage of time, I realized that these medicines were suppressing the disease and not curing it. Fortunately, during my professional tenure at Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh, I consulted Dr. Guleria and Dr. Vibhor Sharma. To my astonishment which I never expected, now I am much much better after undergoing Ayurvedic treatment under the guidance of Dr. Guleria and Dr. Sharma. The concern and attitude of both the doctors towards the patients are simply superb. All who wish to switch over to Ayurvedic treatment must try to visit Himveda Dharamshala they will certainly feel the difference.

My thirteen-year-old son and I were treated at the clinic in April for three weeks. My son was weak, ate poorly and had bad skin on his face. After three weeks of treatment, my child was better. He had a great appetite, he became stronger and calmer, the skin on his face became clear. When I arrived at the clinic I was suffering from edema and my lungs were bad. I took massage, panchakarma and heating. At the end of the treatment, I lost a few pounds, I began to get enough sleep for 6 hours of sleep at night, my swelling in the body was gone. My breathing became deep.
We lived in the new building of the clinic. We were the first patients in this territory. The building is built in a modern style, the rooms are clean, bright with a beautiful view of the mountains. The clinic building is located on a hill with an incredible view of the valley. Nearby is an authentic Indian village with lovely people. Every morning fresh milk was brought from the village for my son. During the day we admired the singing of birds and walked through the pine forest, and at night we enjoyed the extraordinary silence.
The clinic staff is very friendly and tactful. Our Dr. Sharma was very attentive and professional. He adjusted our treatment based on our individual responses to therapy.
Three weeks flew by. I plan to come here again.

The doctors are excellent. My child who was pancreatitic has shown great improvement. I had visited the place and I am very thankful to all the doctors and staff.

Last year I did a 10 day Panchakarma treatment at Himveda. Dr. Sharma did all the treatments and he also consulted us every evening- he was very caring. We also got some very interesting lectures about Ayurveda.
The homemade food was delicious and of course Ayurvedic diet.
It is a Ayurvedic clinic which cures illnesses - it is not a wellness center - this was what Dr. Sharma addressed when I asked for a treatment.
And it is true. My health - especially my digestive system - was improving. I also have no running nose anymore when I am outside in cold winter weather.
I felt much lighter and healthier after the treatment. And although it is not a wellness center - I very much enjoyed the massages and Shirodaras.
I can really remand Dr. Sharma and his team.
