My experience was superb. Nehaji gave all support from booking and gave best vehicle as per committment with best driver Sushil Kumar. Looking forward again in future for whenever we will visit again.

I have contacted with miss diksha Sharma she planned the route as per my requirement. It was a very nice and satisfying trip I am completely amazed with the driver behaviour and her services also.
Hope in near future I will contact her for further trips for me or for my friends and family.

We found Rinku ji (the driver) very efficient, who maintained his composure in difficult times and in the most difficult terrains. We felt so safe with his driving skills.

Worst services ever. Driver provided was intentionally pretending about lack of knowledge about roads and local sightseeing. He skipped, denied and gave excuses about some of the local sightseeing in manali and Shimla. We always use to keep searching in Google about roads and sightseeing. He was not at all interested to give prior attention to tourists (customer satisfaction) and so we complained to his head (Hire Himachal cab company) they were also not at all interested about customer satisfaction. They were only asking for money to be paid in advance. As we travel from distance to explore Himachal but due to such bad services we were totally disappointed.
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

All Bongs n Calcuttans, better stay away to get service from this agency. They rope up local cabs through a fixer and provide the same.once you get the cab it may not the same what has been shown prior to payment. Last December I trust them and got a 7 years old car which broke down on my return to Chandigarh in the evening with my family. On my intimation to the agency they said it's a machine and can happen anything and leave the issue with the driver and he was the saviour for us, though the agency didn't feel to contact afterwards. They followed up till the portion of their payment is due. You may check agency run by Punjabi owner.

Bhumi was helpfull and ensured that we get tour planned as per location and given useful suggestions on planning trip. Make sure to provide all details of sightseeing, places to visit etc so you can have wonderful journey with Himachal Cab team!

Very bad experience, Worst Service did not even deserve a single star. Driver's behavior is very rude. He took us from Delhi to Manali in 18 hours without any sightseen only one hold. He forgot the way to Manali due to take a short-cut way and he is always asking for money.we have a complaint same to the travel agent whose name is Abhishek just told us we will solve your issue.but driver is not even listening to us after this incident. Due to lack of taxi, they give us any 3rd party taxi. Abhishek and the driver don't have each other numbers. Not recommended to anyone to take hire himachal cab service.

Very poor experience with this travel agency. If possible I'll give zero star but there is no option. Driver was cooperative but travel agency is only money oriented and not flexible for tour. After receiving money they didnt take any follow ups also.

Most trusted cab service in Himachal we booked our entire journey with them, it was really smooth and great journey through out and my tour operator was Bhumi she is really nice and helpful she helped a lot.

Cab service was good from booking till boarding, cab drivers were safe but but scary as we are not use to those roads, over all good journey with local drivers. And thanks to Tripta who helped for smooth journey.

The trip was amazing. The driver Mr. Pramod Kumar was excellent and very professional. The tour coordinator Ms. Bhumi was very helpful. The plan and arrangements made by her were excellent.

Very helpful and able to alter plans with no issues. Driver provided to us was also great as a guide to unknown land. Allover experience is very warm and welcoming.

Overall a very good and smooth experience. Assigned driver was efficient & punctual. Vehicle was in good condition & Ms Neha was very helpful.
