The place is amazing and has very spacious rooms.
The breakfast and dinner are also available and are very tasty.
The only thing bad is that it's way goes from a very busy area with narrow roads.this is very troublesome if u r carrying a lot of bags.
It's location is near the gurudwara in the local area.

Never leave anything important behind in this hotel, they are not going to return it.
Very dishonest staff.very much!

Stayed here from 21st Dec to 25th Dec 2022 (4 nights). If you are visiting a hotel in Manali, especially in December, you would expect a room heater service. Well, they don't have a room heater. Instead, they have a paid heater not even enough to heat up your bed. Service is horrendous.
Only giving 2 ratings because of the restaurant which is pretty good and the person in charge of the restaurant, his courteousness is impressive. Some points -
1. My travel agent was very helpful and tried to bargain for the room heater service which is 400 INR per night as I stayed for 4 nights, but they did not agree. And this has to be paid in cash only and they don't provide any receipt also for it.
2. Electricity was gone a few times. After complaining, they started the generator.
3. Nobody is going to help you with your bags on the day when you checkout:). They do it only while check-in:).
Good points -
1. Location. Max 5 mins walking distance from mall road. They have parking also, which is a plus point, especially in Manali.
2. Food is very good if you are ok with veg. We have enjoyed the food. But if you are staying > 2 days, breakfast options might start boring you.
In a nutshell -
Maybe a good budget hotel in summer, but please think for multiple times in winter.

Good food, humble staffs, perfect location, prompt services and ofcourse right place to stay with family. Love to come again and again.

(Holiday Heaven) Hotal very nice and stays clean. It's always great to eat and drink. The nature way of the staff member is very good.

Had a memorable 3 Nights stay here, We arrived at 11 pm, and the staff still served us with hot dinner. The food was very good! Thoroughly recommended

One of the best in and around Manali City.

One star goes away for 2 things.one is the accessibility to the hotel.coz it's so confusing to reach there you'll probably need someone to guide you coz maps will take you nowhere.and the second being no proper heated rooms.especially in the winters when its -4 or -5 degrees outside you expect the room to be warm which isnt the case.everything in the room is chilled and its hard to manage with just a single heater.that's all they need to work on.else the food, the stay was all good.there's parking which didnt expect at all that was a plus.overall a good hotel for summers.for winters you'll need some good thick clothing to keep you warm in the rooms.

I am very much satisfied with the ambience, comfort, service, food quality. Provided 5 star facilities at competitive and reasonable rate.
Rooms are too good, clean and hygiene is carefully maintained. View from room is fantastic. Staffs at all level are very courteous & well trained.
If one stay there, then only one can feel the difference.
Especial mention is that the food quality & taste is awesome.

Problem with this hotel is only the hotel is placed in very narrow road, so drive with car is some of difficult but not impossible.

Best hotel in manali. I was staying for 3 days in hotel holiday heaven. This is very closed to the mall road around only 400 meter. We can go mall road by walking. The hotel is awesome. We really had a good stay in this Hotel. I have booked a package for Rs 12500/- which includes 2 Nights and 3 Day Stay in this hotel + Honeymoon Cake + Breakfast & Candle Light Dinner + Volve Ticket Booking from Delhi to Manali to and fro. Its a pure vegetarian hotel.

Best Hotel in the town among all others. World class facilities and top notch infrastructure with excellent service. The staff too is very friendly and the hotel itself offers home like feeling in the best hill station in India.

The hotel was really nice and the best part is its at the center of the Manali. Mall road is like 2 mnts walk but still you can enjoy the view of the valley. Must stay once at this place if you are visiting Manali.

For all gujarati this is the best hotel in good location. I must suggest all gujaratis to stay there.

Staff is good, supportive, the only problem is they have yellow hot water and need to ask everytime to reception for the drinking water.
