Holiday Heights & Spa Manali

It's a gem of a hotel to stay. We stayed at level -2 which hangs from the cliffside and the rooms have private balcony. The whole front wall is actually glass which faces the snowy peaks. Since the hotel is situated on a mountain, the whole Manali valley could be seen from there.

Absolutely Heaven!
We booked a suite at this place and reached @2am. The room was absolutely gorgeous and when I just slided the balcony curtain phewwwww i can never forget the view of mountains at night. View from the room has all my heart. Food was awesome, tasty and receptionists the Pahadi Boys were too cute and polite

Booked this hotel for 2 rooms for 2 nights. Here you go with my review:
Pros:
1. Amazing view from room balcony
2. Helpful staff, you ask for something, they will get you.
3. They tried to beautify their rooms with multiple lights and wooden asthetics.

Cons:
1. Limited options in buffet breakfast, one can't imagine to have peas maggi in the breakfast.
2. Need to maintain wooden fittings in wardrobes and washrooms. Even 3 stars offer better bathfittings these days.
3. One has to be a Pro Driver to reach this hotel which is 2.5 kms from main highway and having inclined road of approx 45°. But i shouldn't be listing it as a Cons, because, all this effort adds to the view from the balcony.

The view, the food, rooms and courteous staff all at one place. Very good stay option in Manali.

Best stay in manali, I was there for three nights, good service by hotel. Best for honeymoon couples. Food was good with different menu. They have gaimg room and gym too.

Veri nice location and the hotel staff is polite. Definitely one of the great views of the mountains from here. Nice and cozy place to stay if you are traveling with your family or friends

Their breakfast and dinner buffet offers a variety of dishes. Highly recommend for stay in Manali. It's easily accessible from Manali local sightseeing points.

Situated in Kanyal Road Manali. The hotel is little on top of the mountain and has amazing view of New Manali. Room service and maintenance was good had not faced any issues. Good for couples, family and bachelors as well within the budget.

They treat you like family here. Rooms are clean, spacious and homely. The food is great and the staff is just awesome.

Everything was JUST perfect. Starting room, room view, food, staff was great.

Only Challenge was to reach the hotel. Other thing is this hotel is not Centrally cooled/ heat.

If the weather is good you do not need.

I have stayed in many luxurious hotels, have stayed with brands, but the stay with Holiday Heights & Spa Manali was full of life. The valley view was incredible, rooms were spacious and well maintained, food was delicious and the staff was very supportive, cooperative, and polite.

Resort feels in a hotel. Best view, best services, best food, best rooms, cleanest rooms.
Captain at buffet dining named Ajay Thakur takes care of each aand every guests personally and even being set menu dinner and breakfast he asks guests priod date if we have any specific requests and gets it prepared if possible. Stayed here for 3 days and loved my every minute of stay over there.

We stayed in Luxury room with private balcony for 3nights. Firstly they followed all corona safety precautions. Staff dressed decently and always wearing mask. Coming to room neat, spacious and well organised. Food tasted amazing and they prepared the food for our baby as per the request. Specially Ajay Takkur in the kitchen was really helpful. Wonderful and peaceful place to enjoy ur holiday. Only drawback is bit far away from the market. We peacefully enjoyed our holiday even though we travelled with baby. My son loved the place. Will visit again for sure.

Hotel Holiday Heights and Spa, Manali is an amazing place to stay.
The property is simply amazing that offers breathtaking views of snow capped mountains from its private balcony rooms.
I stayed in a luxury room which has following inclusions -

3.24-Hour running hot water

Positives about this hotel include -
1. Extremely spacious room
2. Very neat, clean and spacious washrooms
3. Good Wifi and mobile signals
4. Very polite and attentive staff
5. Super awesome food with variety of options in breakfast and dinner buffet

Negatives -
1. Few items in the menu are costly, like a plate of cut watermelon (150-200 gms) costed ₹210.

First of all we would like to thank you for our safe, clean and awesome stay in Holiday Heights. The rooms were superb clean, spacious with heater which made us very comfortable during the stay. Your staff were awesome and we enjoyed the food a lot. Special thanks to all in restaurant and the food was all good. Special thanks for the Grilled chicken in mushroom sauce which tasted very good. Location is awesome, We should have book the valley view room but we missed it. My only request would be please provide hair dryers if possible. Rest is all fantastic and awesome.

Very poor food quality, Their are no important facilities are available in hotel, like hot water, bed tea, room heater also no room service, the hotel is not so good as compare to other hotels.

Amenities were awesome.food was also very nice.but the behaviour and arrangement for the tourists should be more flexible and relaxable

It was great experience for staying in Holiday Height. I booked it from agent North India tour and Travels Shimla, Luxury room with private balcony. I really like both the property and services. Best thing is Luxury room provide you a nice balcony so we are enjoying hill view of Manali valley. Food quality of the restaurant is great. One of the best Hotel in Manali. I give 5 star rating for service and property.

One of the Staff name Ashishji of Food Department helped alot for the Candle Light Dinner Date Setup and All the Decoration.
Food is also Nice.
Though the Room Service is very slow but Overall its a good place.

Excellent mountain view from the luxury room (with balcony) with very eye-catching interior. What i loved is their paperless check in and out. Every thing was digitally maintained. With a very budget price this hotel is worth a stay.

Had a brilliant stay with my family. A very quite hotel with scenic view. Not many hotels have this kind of snow mountain views. Staffs are very humble and cordial. We booked honeymoon deluxe room with a balcony view. Excellent hospitability by team holidays heights. Hygienic room and excellent service, very delicious buffet breakfast and dinner, Good management by mr Rajeev and his team in dinning room.it is our recommendation to have halal certificate from suppliers from where buying the meat to ensure the serving non veg dishes is halal and put the tag clearly near the hot pot in dinning hall by mentioning if halal/jhatka. We were unable to enjoy our non veg dishes in first 2days dinner during our three nights stay. Sure we will visit again to get a chance of such nice hospitability.overall 4.5 star.

Food is Awesome specially bfast bufet. Rooms are more clean. Balcony view is actually the valley view.

Hotel location is damn good. The view from hotel towards the mountains is Superb. The rooms are well maintained.

How can a place so awful be a part of such a beautiful city?
I had three miserable nights in this hotel. Dont be trapped by balcony view. Many hotels in Manali offering good balcony view. So called this four star hotel is not able to provide basic services. No room heater (good if you are hot blooded animal: P), No proper hot water facility (I literally had Ice bucket challenge). I wanted to talk to manager regarding my grievances But Reception staff told he is sleeping we cannot disturb him. NOT ADVISABLE WITH FAMILY. LITERALLY NO IDEA HOW THEY MANAGED SUCH GOOD REVIEWS ONLINE.

Very beautiful interior with wooden frame work in lobby and Restaurant. Excellent location with view of hamta️ pass. Well mentioned and well cleaned. Really recommend this property

Loved it! Booked it for honeymoon looking at the pictures, and i was glad to see that the place look more beautiful than the pictures. The hotel staff was very polite, and good. The food was okay not that good. But the location is great, as the hotel is on a hill the view from the room is just magical. One of the best hotel in manali, we stayed here 20th Mar to 23rd mar. We choose luxury room with balcony. It was amazing view of mountain from balcony. This hotel is little far from the main market. The Restaurant available in the hotel. Food taste is also very good. We choose buffet for dinner and breakfast. Rooms are spacious. Our all good option to stay in manali.

Thakur's Hotel, NOT known for hospitality. I booked this hotel for 3 nights (in march 2019) two rooms. I faced several issues like no hot water, No room heater. No proper response from staff. MD of hotel promised me to talk, but no response.
I was told to compensate for the same and taken my bank account no. But no progress so far.

Thakur's Hotel, but NOT known for Hospitality. No room heater, Geyser doesn't work properly, Not advisable with kids. I had ice bucket challenge, Geyser was not working, However food is good. If you don't have any option than book it. I stayed for three nights. MD told it will be compensated, took account number but no action so far. Lannister pays the debts but Thakur's dont.

Nice hotel location. We have reached hotel in heavy snow season.rooms with garden balcony were awesome.with snow view on background.room service and food was also good. But best part was location of hotel with view from balcony. You will get many photos from different angles.its amazing when you get snow in garden

My wife and I stayed at Holiday Heights Manali. I must say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Prior to reaching the hotel we had just about average expectations (more so because our 2 nights stay at Shimla was mediocre although the website of the hotel there and the reviews rated it high). However immediately on entering the lobby of HH Manali we quickly revised our expectations. The staff was very warm and cordial in welcoming us, the bellboy attended to the luggage, reception did a quick check-in and we were ready to move in. I can't forget the huge smile on my wife's face on entering the well-appointed room. She was extremely delighted and I was happy about my decision. The room was spacious and exuded warmth because of the melamine-polished furniture and fixtures. The best feature was the large French window separating the room and the private balcony. When the screens were parted, our jaws literally dropped as we beheld one of the most beautiful scenes, a whole range of snow-clad mountains and pine trees, houses, vehicles and roads swathed in pure white. We could not resist clicking pictures frequently as the scenes changed dynamically. We were lucky to witness rain and snowfall in the evening. The hotel provided heaters in the room (for Rs. 200/day) to keep us warm. The towels, bedsheets, etc were clean and fresh. The food was awesome at all times. The staff would go out of their way to cater to even small requests or gourmet preferences. I am generally a critic that grudgingly gives a compliment unless the product/ service is of a high standard. In this case I have no hesitation in recommending Holiday Heights to a visitor that wants to thoroughly enjoy his or her holidays without an iota of stress. To HH staff and Management, while I thank and compliment them, I would also caution them from slipping up on their service levels and losing out on discerning customers that seek Value for Money. I would rate HH as 5*

Good hotel. Location is bit uphills. Hotel architecture is mainly of wood. Rooms are very cosy. Good food in dining and good room service.

It was a excellent hotel, all the staff are very active and the rooms and washrooms are cared with hygiene. If you are a photo freak then it is a great place with nice views. The food was delicious and have a large variety.
