Amazing service we have seen with this travel company. Their coordination with Transport and hotels are so good and helps us in each way. The tour we took Dharmsala, -Dalhousie and Amritsar. We liked their selected hotels who given us good services. And driver was like a guide to us.

From Chandigarh to Manali to McLeod Ganj to Dharmashala to Dalhousie to Amritsar to New Delhi we had a great time with the hotels, food, Good cab with skilled driver and other services provided by our travel agent - Holiday in Heavens. Special thanks to Shri Rajat Tetga ji for tour planning in such way to explore Himachal Pradesh’s Snow valley, landscape, hill stations, flora and fauna deeply. Excellent trip arrangement overall!

Worst services.
Don't trust company reply they are posting review from his fake emails to cover rating.

Initially they talking very politely to convince client but if you are going to bargain, they will remove something from your package (If you read package carefully). It happens with me.

Beware of photos of hotels. The pictures and the actuality are different. They are just listening the problem but not trying to solve problem. In photos they are showing that rooms are big but in actual they are providing small rooms.
One more thing is that they are providing hotel to far away from city.

One thing was good the cab driver behaviour but I would like to suggest that do some research from your side otherwise you will become fool.

They don't have trust on client for payment they can talk rudely and may be they can stop your trip in between.

Beware of those incidents, For Better trip I will recommend that book cab and hotels from your side or book hotels after reaching to the destination there are too many hotels.

After bargaining and package compatition from other tour & travel you reduced package cost from 29k to 28k and shared me updated package after excluding one complementary (i.e. Badam milk) without informing, I noticed later and told you about it but you replied with deplomatik answer. This is the cut.

"We have given you the best hotels of our company, but you didn't like any of them, I don't know why we, our owner specially gone to your hotel to meet you. After meeting and there you were satisfied, after that you refused to pay, you were not giving the payment, your complaint was also coming in the hotel, that you are not doing behave well and neither you nor you were paying " -> your owner gone to the hotel i.e. Correct and trying to manage but hotel's management provides worst room as an option, so I adjusted not satisfied with this resolution, I don't want to spoil my trip so I adjusted not satisfied. Correct yourself.

Don't say such a rubbish lie regarding the payment whenever wherever your cab driver, hotel's receptionist asking for a payment I first taking a confirmation from Rajat then doing payment because he was managing my trip so he should know. So don't say such a rubbish lie to reach out another customer to make fool.

Regarding the complain about me I was there only for a night stay, so I don't know what I misbehaved but still you think I did, whosoever is there in place of me, if spending money, they will definitely put a question regarding that. If you think it's wrong then don't try to become my guardian to do according to your choices.
Raising a concern against facility isn't misbehave.

"That's why you were told that if you do not pay then your service will be stopped because you were not giving all the payment, you were saying that I have not paid, when I reach Delhi, I will sit in the train, after that I will pay"
Firstly correct yourself I told you when you dropped me at Delhi railway station will pay immediately not in the train because your package will complete after dropping so last payment should be done on completion not in between. It was just 2400/- only.
If you don't trust on me then how I can trust.

One more thing hotel the wood inn trying to get 5 star review from my side after payment, Its a openion from customer side they shouldn't force to the client.

I told you to visit snow point but you told me that snow is at solang valley and after reaching snow wasn't there and for visiting snow point they charged me 3K to visit snow point even I told about this concern to the Rajat but he told me that only Solan valley included in the package and you have to pay extra to the cab driver.

Atlast I want to say don't try to spread fake this for upcoming client to make them fool and don't say those things which wasn't happens otherwise will spread this review in all social media platforms and report about your services to the consumer forum.
