****Special thanks to Holidays Icon and Diksha madam who plan our best trip and best dealing ever! *** it was my first trip rajsthan to Himachal Pradesh but it was so wonderful. We booked the trip at short notice but even though everything was so perfectly arranged. The services were excellent and we felt so safe with family. Love it! This trip I made with my family explored all the amazing places in Himachal Pradesh.

The trip arranged by them was awesome. The hotel arranged was very good and the food at the hotel was very yummy. The cab driver provided by them was very nice and treated us nicely. We had a 9 day trip to Simla, a spiti tour with Holidays Icon. Good hotel well connected and good staff. Parking facility and other amenities are good here. Food is also good. Best part direct connectivity with mall road which helps you to save time to go to mall road. Would suggest all to visit once to get the feel. I am from Kerala, we were in a trip to dehradoon and we thought of visiting Manali, we were so much confused, and we came to travelsetu, two - three agents contacted with quotes among which Meghna Gill from Holidays Icon really helped with suggestions and alterations according to our ideas. So we decided to choose their service and she proved we were right, although the driver was bit unprofessional some ways Meghna was there to solve any concerns, I really appreciate the commitment. She arranged the whole trip in a very short time. I am not giving 5 star just because next time you should be more careful while choosing drivers!

I had a trip on first week of Oct. 2019 with Holidays Icon Shimla to Himachal Pradesh Spiti Valley. Nitika was responsible person to make the itinerary and arrange everything. The company provides an excellent service and always response in time. Hotels were excellent, car was very comfortable.driver was an polite very knowledgeable person in this area. I had booked my Kinnaur Lahaul & Spiti trip with Holidays Icon among the various available quotes on Travel Triangle. I had chosen this because they offered a good package at an optimum price. And I am so glad I chose this. Miss Diksha and Mr. Ashwani did a very good job from booking the hotels, along with meal plans and planning my itinerary. All the hotels were standard and I couldn't find any loophole in our journey as well. Our cab driver, Kush bhaiya was very amigable and tried his best to cover whole of Spiti Valley, but at our ease. Overall it was an excellent trip and I'll cherish it forever.

Reasonable rates with best services and a good travel guide! There were many ups and doens in our trip in terms of visiting places, but our travle guide Ashwini Sharma made sure that he could make us cover all the possible spots. Very good experience with holidays icon we went to spiti circuit through shimla to manali. Ms Diksha the travel agent arrange very nicely hotel, plan to stay, everything was perfectly planned n she was there whole time during the journey n always ready to sort out any problem.highly recomended this agency

They do not have a trip planner they ask the drivers to make a plan for you, please use the recommendations from a travel influencer or many folks share there experience over vlogs, use them to create an itenary. Inside India you can plan things on your own.this company sold us a package from travel triangle which was overpriced and they had zero co-ordination and they hire up local vendors further.so you have too many vendors in between. They will plan a destination as if it's a bus route sometimes as much as 300kms, sometimes as less a 28kms. I am sharing my experience so that atleast someone's hard earned money is saved. The category of hotels provided were sub standard and extremely overpriced! So save ur money and plan ur own trip!

Overall nice experience of my spiti trips. Nikita coordinated very well. Most of the hotels were good except narkanda and manali. Overall it was a very good spiti experience

I would like to share my experience of Spiti Tour with Holidays Icon. Here we come in touch with our tour coordinator Ms. Diksha Bragta, a polite, professional and talkative lady. She never ever fail to respond us during day one to last of our trip. She arranged Excellent rooms and transportation for us. Mukesh, a friendly Driver of Innova Crysta was introvert in nature but faithful to his duty. Another person from Holiday Icon was Ashwini Verma, a well profit loss calculator.

We hire them for 6 day and 5 night tour of Spiti including Chandratal camp. Everything was good and fine at the time of beginning and as per requirements of our planning. Our predecided route was via Rohtang Pass and Kunzum pass, but weather didn't allow us as Rohtang Route was closed (so before plan the journey make sure Rohtang Route is open or not as BRO official declaration). Now the complete itinerary was changed to the new longest route via Kalpa, Taboo, Kaza. But during journey we strongly feel that at least 7 or more days are required for Spiti Adventure Tour because less number of days automatically increases the time of travel on hilly roads. We started from Manali and finished it at Manali. Hotels review on Internets are enough to judge their services, Here we are also satisfied with them. On the tribal area of Himanchal there are less number of availability of Hotels so there are no more options to choose better one. The evening and night temperature was falling fast and extremely cold and day temperature was pleasantly good. One of our friend got mountain sickness (breathing problem) after altitude of Sangla. We have to rescheduled our plan and Journey near to Kalpa. So we return back to Manali again. During this phase The Holiday Icons rearranged Hotels for us in Manali and we have to pay additional for cancelled hotels in Spiti (That was actually the total promised cost of Hotels in itinerary without taking their services). Now the Spiti Tour was completely converted into Manali Trip with additional cost with cancellation of Spiti Hotels. We enjoyed the Manali Locals, Rohatang Pass, Solang Valley, mall roads etc. Now we regret to choose the less number of days for Spiti Tour.

It's a very good experience to travel with you guys and love bhaiya (our Innova driver) is so much cooperative and knowledgeable. He knows every corner of the spiti tour and overall a highly rated trips with a very nominal charges. Looking forward for next trip.thank you
