It was very nice rooms and friendly staffs
But room was cold, very nice balcony view and had nice time here.

Overall a good experience with co operative staffs.breakfast was too good
Manager Sanjay thakur co ordinated very well with us.

I had come to visit Manali with my friends at the end of June. I stayed at Hotel A Star Regency in Manali with my friends. The view of the green mountains all around the hotel looked very beautiful. The hotel rooms are clean, the food is absolutely amazing, I swear that whenever I come to Manali in the future, I will stay in this hotel and would especially like to thank Mr Sanjay sir and Neeraj sir who guided us in every way and made our trip enjoyable.

Very awesome view, Cooperative staff, Very large cleaned rooms, Location is little bit at outskirts of overcrowded manali. But still not that far. You will forget everything after seeing the scenery

It was a well furnished hotel the only set back was that it didn't have a lift /elevator rest everything was good, the service was at point

One place which I can't forget.

Right from one day before we were to check in, the manager called us and guided us on everything we wanted.

The best thing was when we were served hot water when we arrived. In no other hotel, including club mahindra, we were not offered hot water. Makes a big difference in the experience.

Further the rooms were big and good, had heaters and the staff took care that even small door openings, that could lead to cold air flowing in were packed so that we have a pleasant stay.

Food too was prepared good and as per our choice. Breakfast too was served hot and as per the climate.

We had a great experience at A Star Manali. Rather when we checked in from club mahindra on day 2, we came back for breakfast at A Star. Such was their hospitality.

A special mention of 2 gentleman,
1. The manager, Mr. Krishan Thakur and 2. Mr. Jagdish who were at our service at all times.

Rather, we were glad that it was Mr. Thakur who informed us that it shall be snowing heavily on 6th Jan, and we were lucky enough to leave on 6th morning and it snowed heavily in afternoon onwards.

Best example of 'worst management' of a good property. The front office manager behaves as if the guests are on his mercy. Not at all courteous, but he sneers on the guests. No lifts are available. No change in the menu of breakfast and dinner. When the guests return after a long troll in the valley (at about 9.45 pm) the manager says with a mocking tone that food will be available only up to 10 pm. When you go for the trekking early in the morning (at 5 am) they will give you a 'hefty' breakfast (two slices of bread), irrespective of your request for something better. Would not recommend this for a pleasant stay.

Guys Don, t book this hotel because this hotel is very dirty and staff is very worst way to deal with guest. Food quality is so bad and we found insects in rice. Staff of hotel is so roud and incorporated. So guys Don, t easy your money.

It was a great stay during my first trip to Manali.
Hotel was clean & nice with beautiful view from the balcony (snow capped mountains).
Hotel mgr Mr. Thakur was kind enough to accommodate my request to convert 2 rooms to a deluxe one.

This is a greatt hotel with a greatt view.rooms are awsomee.duplex suite rooms are really really great.view from hotel includes beas river.mountains full of snow and touching breeze.one should have a stay in this property for sure.service.staff.are cooperative.food from restraunt is also good.

Very unhygienic food provided by this hotel. In Total 3 days stay in hotel, we had found insects in sweet and getting whirl nearly 15 minutes after dinner. Very damp food services proveded. Hotel manager only show-off that they contrive good service after such incidence.

We stayed from 1st Nov till 4th 2k18 - Room was good like luxury neat and clean, washroom was huge and We'll maintained. Food was nice you can find veg and non veg aswell, service was prompt bellboy was enthusiastic towards his work.

View from balcony was eye catchy.

Advise to Hotel management - Please keep this well maintained in future aswell People will love it.

This was an emergency stay. We reached late, yet the reception staff (ex Indian Army) with a welcoming baritone voice was very kind and informative. Though, we reached in around the closing time of the restaurant, yet the restaurant staff on duty was very patient and cordial. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the amenities provided in the room are nothing less than class of a star hotel.
There is not enough space for parking, but it is enough and okay.
The location of the property is on the outskirts of Manali, making it very easy to move out in the morning.
Thanks to the political lethargy in Manali, it is 3 hour way in and 3 hour way out of the city.

I have booked this hotel through OYO. But on check-in day we told that your room booking is cancelled by hotel, very bad.
But thanks to OYO they arrange another hotel for us otherwise our holiday is full of mess.

Rude reception, some rooms are not worth spending money and time. If you are in Manali, you want to make sure you wake up to the view you are there for. The hotel mostly try to accommodate the ones which does not and rude about not allowing to change your choice. Very unprofessinal behaviour.

Also the hotel is so far from the market that you will end up spending half of your time travelling to main city.

Cozy and beautiful! Food and service also good. View from rooms is excellent! It's 3 km from Manali main market. So you face lot of traffic. Overall nice place to stay.

My experience towards this hotel was fabulous. The staff, food, room, and all facilities that they provided were unremarkable and very humble and kind staff. We enjoyed a lot there and view of mountains from the hotel room was awesome. Thanks a lot to all staff members for making our tour special.

Room is very spacious, but there is lack of facilities like morning tea and coffee. Menu is not variable. Staff is inactive. Breakfast is not balanced.most of the hotels that we have visited serves these services, but this hotel does not.

One. Of the pathetic hotel and services in beautiful city. Please trust me. Location is away from. Mall road its quite difficult to get conveyance. Food really bad and staff as well at the time of check out they make there customers wait so that they can check the rooms. Dont go on any commitments which they online provides but never going to recommend anybody to visit this place.
