Hotel Ambika Residency

The room was very dirty and we asked them to clean the room but they did not clean it properly
The geyser was not working and we had to use cold water in 2 degrees temperatures
The blankets were not cleaned there was a used moisture in the room.

मैं अभी इस होटल में जा के आया पहले की तुलना में रूम्स और किचन में बहुत फर्क पाया। पहले के स्टाफ और अब के स्टाफ में बहुत फर्क है। बहुत ही बड़िया और खुशनुमा स्टाफ पाया। रहने और खाने पीने के लिए अच्छा और साफ सुथरा होटल है।

Only good thing about the hotel is it's view from the balcony. I liked the view very much. Rest things were no upto the mark but it is good according to the price as I stayed there at a price of 1500 per night.

We stayed at the hotel for a day and it was the worst experience we had. Since the time we checked in we literally had to ask for every small thing. There was no sleeper in room, no towels, no hot running water.and the light goes often but they don’t have power back up. And for breakfast it was al carte.but we don’t have the option to choose from menu.they just got us few parantas and some dry breads with just jam on it.and a tea.that’s it.the service was so poor.every small thing we had to ask.it was winter and we asked for heater.which was not working and we requested for extra quilt but that too we literally had to call more than fifteen times for it.there was no one at the reception and the intercom was also turned off. The worst experience we had. If you are planning your stay at this hotel for your trip you are wasting your money. This hotel don’t even deserve one star.

I like this hotel room. What a view I saw from my balcony. Omg. I can't express. And the most important thing I want to share. Unfortunately I miss my woolen shawl there. Staff and owner are very innocent people. They send my parcel. Nice of them.thank you. Honesty is the best policy. Ambika god bless

Very hygienic hotel. We booked a deluxe room as far as the interiors are concerned. A very nice view from the hotel in the month of January. The food they serve is tasty as well although the quantity is less considering the price. This place is very close to the way to Hidimba temple. If one gets a chance try walking to the club house through a pedestrian route its beautiful. Overall cheers to the hotel!:)

Bestest in facilities: wi-fi 24 hrs power backup
Most important: co-operative, we’ll mannered, polite staff, pleasant ambiance of reception.
I will give 10/10 in all aspect.

I would suggest to everyone specifically for those who want to be away from Mall Road rush and very high budget unhygienic hotels.

Two Star property situated in the foothills of Hadimba Devi Temple. Mall Road, Old Manali and Hadimba Temple are easily accessible from the hotel's location. Rooms and washrooms are well maintained and clean.
Food & Service is on the point. I must say, staying at Ambika Residency is a great deal at this price.

When you are coming to manali this is the best place to stay. We enjoyed our stay here especially the staff where very polite nd gives u better service. The brake fast dinner all have very spread. Nd we loved it. Thanks ambika residency for giving wonder experience.

Take 2nd floor or third floor for amazing balcony view. Very Good service, receptionist and room boy, both of them were amazing. Couple/family friendly, good location walkable distance from hadimba and mallroad. And the complimentary breakfast was amazing (thanks to booking.com). Note: you will get heater in bathroom, and no room heater (it will will be an add on)

Pros: -
1- clean and well maintained rooms
2- personal parking space
3- near to mall road and hadimba temple
4- views from room balcony are very good
5- staff is very helpful, special thanks to Dinesh and krishna

Cons: -
1- in house restaurant is not functional during my stay.
2- for hot water in bathroom, we have to call reception. Geyser is not present in rooms.

Need a nice place to stay in manali, that's the answer. Based in foot of hidimba temple, that's walking distance from here. Mall road at walking distance of 10mins from here.

Very poor room service. They had not provide hot water After repeated calling.
Even in breakfast they are not want to provide sufficient food. We are too unhappy to stay in this hotel.

Nice atmosphere. The staffs are extremely good and services are great. If you are booking it you would have a nice stay.

Restaurant is not available. Regular power cut is happening. Gyser will be available for only one hour. Extremely poor room service

The rooms and location were good but the some small problems like 24 hour availability of hot water is an issue and the staff is short handed if you need something order it atleast 15-20 minutes earlier for a good experience

Room was excellent and service was also good.but in complementary breakfast u w8pl have only one choice like aloo paratha with curd and tea.hotel service is slow on sat Sunday.as usually.overall experience was good, nice stay.
