Had a wonderful experience. Members are so cooperative, they provided all the services they can. All the members are friendly kind.

Rooms were clean. Service was available all time. Also they allowed us to keep our luggage for free in reception area even after check out time. That was a big help.

Visited the place for booking. Most non professional attitude of the lobby guy. I was inquring about rooms and the front desk guy was chatting with some one on phone abour all the irrelevant stuff. I waited for 9 or 10 minutes and left the premises. Even then he never bothered to give a call.

3 times i stayed here.location, staff behaviour & food very good.easily access to bus stand, taxi stand, ATM, bank etc.even it is in the centre of town, the atmosphere is calm and quiet

A very nice experience with the hotel. Stayed 2 d 2 n, couldn't feel unsafe and newly any moment. Only room heater is advised to be given as complementary as its much cold there in. Rest Room Service is Excellent. The Manager is much fatherly and friendly. Advised to book if you want to stay in kullu.

Moderate satisfied for one night stay, Room services are just ok, location is near perfect. Room condition could be much better what you paying for.
