I have stayed for two day with my family and friends. Very good hospitality & co-operative staffs.beautiful location, mountain view room & balcony. Clean big room and toilet. Surrounded by apple trees

Friendly staff from Uttarakhand, both are working hard and dedicated towards there work.

The room service is not at all as per expectation. The electricity service is not provided at all in the morning for hot water. The hospitality for the customer is not good. Food is not at all up to the mark. The blanket & bed is not at all properly washed. I have passed two days with unhappiness as manager & other staffs of hotel are non cooperative.
