Hotel employee behavior not satisfied, and its long distance in manali, meals not hygienic not good quality, am very disappointed with this honeymoon package room,

Staff behaviour is good. Hotel maintain hygiene. Every room is big. Overall nice & fine

The worst hotel ever in Manali. The rooms are smelly, bedsheets are dirty the washroom is pathetic and similiar to sulabh sachalaya. Manager is rude and doesn't have sense to deal with the customer and is illiterate. They do not treat the customer good at all. There is no management. First they will take to you to other room and then change your room afterwards. They disrespect the guest and do not solve the queries rather they start agruementing. Total waste of money and they do not refund the money.

Few staff member serving food was very rude. Will not recommend as who will pay for insulting.

I have been a regular costomer since 2019. Services are now worse than before. Stay here is you want to waste your money.

My recent stay at Hotel Asia Holidays in Manali was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly welcome I received from the hotel staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room had a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains in the distance.

Every morning, I woke up to the breathtaking view of the snowy peaks outside my window, and it was truly a sight to behold. The room was cozy, clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

But what really made my stay at Hotel Asia Holidays so special was the incredible service provided by the hotel staff. Everyone I encountered, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

I cannot thank the staff at Hotel Asia Holidays enough for their hospitality and for making my stay such a memorable one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable and unforgettable stay in Manali. ️

Rooms was not clean no Running hot water in chilled weather hot water available for limited time only in morning and evening location was not so good. No nearby places

Great location really pleasant clean rooms and tasty food. But the thing that make this such a good place to stay they are the staff. All the people are incredibly helpful and one more thing the hotel owner Mr. Ajay thakur is friendly and polite. He is a decent guy and generous with their time and advice.

I went through a holiday package trip to Manali in March 2023 and had stay in Hotel Asia holiday Manali my experience was bad over all plus I wouldn’t trust anyone in the hotel my wallet got missing in hotel and no help from management in other hotels if anything goes missing they return back so be careful if you are staying in this hotel

Hotel staff is very cooperative and food also very tasty hotel rooms very neat & clean hotel location is very nice.

Hotel with drunk staff who serve the food in drunk condition, poor food quality, bed with dirty and tear cloths, no hygiene, receptionist is not professional.
It's a hotel with local and drunk people whom you don't want to talk to them.
Rating is zero but I don't have zero hence one.

Worst hotel in manali, instead of you book your stay here, stay in the camp. The service here is very poor, wifi not working, geaser not working, and the reception staff is too rude

Room, service, hospitality, food, behaviour, Area ambiance etc. The whole thing is Excellent fantastic.

It was Ok for one time stay. Food, Rooms and hygiene is ok. Some of the complimentary things they had promised, but not provided till the end of the day even. The very bad thing is that, when i leave the hotel they were make big delay for dropping me in Railway station. Driver was slept and hotel staffs are not ready to wake up him. Told me that we don’t have any other options. Atleast they should have many other options to drop the customers on time.

Very nice hotel, specially services were good, breakfast and dinner was delicious, staff was also good, and hotel balcony was awesome, you can enjoy manali hill view, even nice view peak. Hotel rooms were clean and enough size of room, only thing is very outside but bus and auto service was there

We loved the rooms here. The services were also very good. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The hotel seems to be newly constructed, so everything was in place and working!

The view from the balcony is also brilliant. You can see the snow capped hills from your windows.

The food was average. And also they did not have a lift. But the staff would still cater to every one of our requests. We did not have any other issues.

I would definitely stay here again if I visit Manali!

Very supportive staff, instant service, regular feedback on service and tasty food. Excellent view of the Himalyas. They even called and inform that food is ready. The overall experience was awsome. I ll recommend to my friends and family.

Cheers to Manali People first, and this hotel is pretty good! The service and food is amazing with no delays at all! I took my solo trip to manali last week and I would specially want to thank "Meenakshi and the entire team" as they ordered a cake on my birthday since the city and people were new but the warm gesture is highly appreciated!
You can trust this hotel for good food, service, a good view from the hotel balcony and the staff and the tea as well ;)
and all the girls and ladies, it is really good to have a lady supervisor if you are on a solo trip or feel there is a need to have a woman around ;)

Attention all travellers who's thinking to stay in this hotel.
Please do not stay in this hotel the manager is very rude not treating well those booking via other travel agencies, we had received very bad service there is No drinking water & No hot water facility in room, they have fixed the timing for the same, you'll not get it when you need it, No door mat, sticky rooms, No coffee available in room. Still if you think to stay please do mention all things in itinary or email staff n management ready to fight with you.

Views From Hotel is Good. Too far from Mall Road you have to own a Car to go there. There are some security and Services Issues which they can Improve.

It serves the purpose for the price paid. But Heater they give is not good and 300 per day for it is useless

This is a beautiful place. The outside view from the room is beautiful and catchy.with view of forest and you can have tasty food over here. It's a great place to stay if you want to chill with friends & family. You've got all the basic amenities for your stay here.the staff is friendly. I stayed here for 2 days with family and it was great, memorable experience with beautiful view. I recommend it for woderfull and memorable stay.

It was Awsm And View was Only very amazing Thing there from the peak floor. There was and Water fall opposite our balcony. And In food I only Love Sweet Dishes.

Worst ever experience. The service of the staff is equivalent to any word which is even worst than poor. Throughout our trip hardly 2 to 3 rooms were booked, even in this minimum number of visitors they can't provide bare minimum service.

Last but not the least, worst part of our personal experience was the food of the restaurant, it's just pathetic.

The hotel owner was rude and denied check-in and demanded higher tariff even after booking with fab hotels. It was a bad choice by me booking this hotel in the first place.
