Very very bad experience. Have to ash for drinking water, towel. Staff not helpful. Food horrible.

Great place. Location and views were fantastic. Staff friendly and helpful. Building is historic and they show cased that beautifully. Room and bed were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone. ”

Very bad experience with this property, the owner Vipin is highly rude and greedy.
Today I visited the property in hunt of a decent room for my family. The staff allotted the room no 204, single family room and advised to check-in after the owner will be available. Later after 30 mins, staff knocked the door and asked to check as owner is available now. At the reception I met with the guy wearing a hat and drunk, not in his senses. Very rude asking for money and my I'd, he doesn't know even in which room had allotted to us. He argued for money or asked to checkout. Full of attitude I don't know what was his problem. What he thinks of tourists who are coming from far distance to enjoy, not to get an heated argument with drunk man. Greedy and arrogant.

सबसे घटिया। बेकार खाना।बेकार tea ।गर्म पानी भी नही ।फुल चार्ज के बावजूद भी सब कुछ बेकार। not a worthy होटल to stay in

Bad food service and No hot water service. If u are planning for booking a hotel plz avoid this hotel.

Worst life experience.hospitality is worst, can't imagine of not getting hot water is such cold. Management not even picked calls.

Nice hotel in Jispa.staff was very helpfull.room qaulity avrage but best in Jispa at budget.clean n neat rooms.they serve qaulity food also.reccommended

After hard ride from chatru spiti we arrived jispa in the evening.our suv driver asked me to take this hotel as I was also having trouble withy bike. We went in made reservations which was very friendly and easy they got us a mechanic who helped me with bike.this is the first time in several days we had hot water bath. Rooms were very good clean. View outside the hotel were taking my breath away. Later at night when they served us food we were amazed and had to say that was the last best food we had in total route we rode.this place is nice with nice people helping and caring
