It's a budget property located very close to Mall Road. Shimla Railway Station is approximately 900 mtrs away. Please note that you can't get Taxi at Railway Station to reach this hotel. You need to walk only. If you have luggage, you should hire Cooli at Station.

There is no parking available here. The quality of food is exceptional. They serve only customised food on the basis of your requirement. Rooms are comfortable and cozy, though size is smaller.

I specially mention the service of Mr Pankaj who is the manager over here. His commitment towards the guests is overwhelming. I recommend this hotel for a budget trip to Shimla.

This hotel have great rooms with delicious food & excellent services. Everything seems to be good in every manner. Atmosphere is good as well & the view from the rooms looks like you're in heaven. Must visit this place.

I stayed in this hotel on Aril-2023. This hotel is located around 1km from Mall road if you can walk. Hotel staff was very friendly, rooms are good. Food was good too. They will help in arranging vehicles for roaming around. There is no lift in this hotel. Hotel is located a bit inside so that it is not very easy to reach there if you don't contact the hotel staff when you reach there. Contact the hotel staff before you reach there so that they can help you.

Wow moment when I entered the room it was very clean and neat hygiene also. For 2k it's worthy to stay

Rooms are spacious and service us good, but hotel's location is very bad. You have to go in the back lane and there is no view from hotel.

I stayed in the hotel 3 weeks ago and opted for the deluxe room. I had a decent experience but there is room for improvement. I won't complain though as the prices are relatively on the lower side as compared to other similar offerings.

Pros: -
1) Excellent access to the mall road (10 min walk) ; situated right at the beginning of it. This also makes it quite close (20 min walk) to the railway station.
2) Excellent food with fair pricing. Booked the breakfast inclusive package which gave access to unlimited breakfast delivered to your room.
3) Heater available with extra charges of Rs 300 per day.
4) Basic amenities such as tea, coffee, towel, soap were provided.

Cons: -
1) Does not have a view of the valley; surrounded by other buildings. Not sure if the window could be opened.
2) There's a telecom tower on the roof of the hotel; you shouldn't really be bothered as the stay will be for a few days. Still mentioning this for safety obsessive folks.
3) Really struggled to get the TV working as the account wasn't recharged despite highlighting it on the first day of my stay.

Overall if you're looking for a place to crash in the night, need clean rooms and a wholesome free breakfast then go for this place without a doubt. Expect to climb some stairs and walk uphill - won't mention this as a pro or con as this is expected in a hill station. As long as you get to the mall road, getting to the hotel shouldn't be difficult.

Hotel is good but outside view is missing because surrounded by buildings. Rest all good service food also parking is not there in hotel

Its a good place. Overall experience was good. My room was small as it was booked semi deluxe. But the staff and reception are very helpful and friendly. Its main attraction is it is very near to mall road.

Booked a Deluxe room and stayed for 3 days in this hotel with family.
Pros:
1. Very near to kali bari temple and walkable distance from Mall road.
2. Eventhough the rooms are small, but maintained well and clean.
3. The food is good here and not over priced. The price is same as the outside restaurents.
4. The staff are good and the hotel manager Mr. Manoj is very supportive and provide all the guidence. The hotel arranges the cab services as well for local sightseeing and any pickup/drops.
5. The Covid precaution guidelines are maintained well, hence it is safe to stay here.
6. Family frendly hotel
Cons:
1. Without the guidence it is bit difficult to find the hotel, if anyone new to Shimla.
2. We need to climb and get down steps to reach the hotel, so senior people will face difficulty, but observed it is common in most of the other hotels as well in Shimla as it is hill station we need to climb/walk.
3. There is no room heaters, hence we feel very cold in the winters.
4. This hotel don't have any city/valley view, which is not very essential, but may someone expecting it means it is not the right place.
5. No parking available very near by, hence need to walk some distance.

Overall considering Safety, Cleanliness and Accessibility, this hotel is good one. Even the local people of Shimla commented as it is a good hotel. Hence recommending it if anyone can climb some steps and not expecting any view from the room.

Hotel services (hot water 24/7, Dental kit, Soap n Shampoo, Coffee maker), Food, cleanliness were very good. The bed spread wasn't clean though, we carried our own shawls. It was late in the night when we noticed so we didn't report. Accessibility an issue as one needs to walk arnd 750m from the Taxi drop point (AG office), we were informed about this by the hotel staff before booking so we had no complaints about this. Last minute booking of deluxe room from MMT cost us 2800. (Heater not part of this)

Stayed here for 2 nights over the weekend.
First impression:
1. We had to walk for 20 min to reach the hotel.
2. It’s in deep inside the narrow incline roads (~2 kms from where taxi dropped us, cabs were not allowed). Since roads were inclined, we were exhausted and the evening was ruined.
3. We stayed in semi-deluxe rooms - To bring this to perspective, NO WINDOWS, NO VIEWS and NO VENTILATION (huge disappointment) the room has just double bed and rest of it is just fitted into the room. No space to even walk.
4. Rest of the rooms (Deluxe, super-deluxe and Honeymoon suite) - NO WINDOWS in any rooms but rooms were decent.

Cons -
1. We tried to talk to manager for upgrading to super-deluxe by paying extra money (~6PM). Even the rooms were empty for the same day, they were asking for full charges. (Usually Hotels tend to upgrade room if rooms are available)
2. No coordination between manager (Manoj) and Owner (Harish) - Initially manager committed to allocate upgraded rooms, but later denied the fact he agreed (after talking to owner).
3. They will not do as they have committed.
4. Rooms were small and we had to squeeze in to adjust.
5. Everything is extra charge – Heaters (300 Rs), blowers and no water bottle available (not even 1 ltr, which hotels usually do).
6. Rooms were chilled because of no ventilation.
7. Rooms were so close that we could hear clearly from next room.
8. This hotel will spoil the great experience of Shimla.
9. They have rubber slipper in the room.
10. In Yatra portal it says that Hotel is open 24*7. But, its open only from 7am to 10pm, so no one can enter or go out.
Pros:
1. Even though we had a bit of argument with the manager he was polite and didn't lose his cool/
2. Services were decent and quick.
3. Hot water 24*7.

Lowest price (Rs 1600/-) rooms are too small (with some defects) not suitable even for this price also.
But other SERVICE'S are very GOOD

Hotel is good.staff is fine but its quite expensive according to location and service. They even charge for heater in deluxe room.

I booked a hotel due to safety reasons. You know thats the reason you dint respond to the pointer I shared. Everyone is giving discount in today's scenario. Your hotel is no exception. Over and above I tried calling you to inform you that my ear pods I missed at my room, you dint even bother to pick my call which I faced while I was staying at your hotel as well. Pathetic Experience.pl don't go here at all.

Very bad I m personally recommending don't stay here. The behavior of staff is very bad. The rooms are pathetic, suffocating and too small.

This is the pathetic place to stay, the hotel is very far from the road and you have to walk at inclined of near about 45° around 700metres to reach hotel.

The manager is just a puppet who doesn't speak.whereas the attendant used to speak and his attitude and behaviour is so pathetic.
No one to care about they charge for everything, to put the luggage in room also they charge. Worst experience in hotel chaman palace. Attendant who is there travel desk also is the worst part of this hotel.
