Hotel Diamond Vaishali

Booked a room from 14th to 17th June. On reaching the hotel, they informed that they have given the booked room to someone else and then they said compromise and take other rooms.
Rooms very dirty and toilet pathetic.
Absolutely rubbish.

Nice property and location is very goood, rooms are very clean and cable facilities is very gud.a hotel dimond vaishali is very gracefull, parking facilities available.plzz visit it.

Price friendly, clean and view is also amazing. Staff behaviour was polite.

I strongly recommend this place for visitors of kullu.

Very bad experience.they never wash their bedsheet, towal and other stuff.bad smell is also there in a room.also take alot of time while taking order, making order and even takes time in between your meal (like servings roti or naan). Some time they even forget my damn order lol.so plz prefer any other places, and save your valuable money and time.thanks

Two star given just for the location & room view and room asthetics. Let me start by what I liked-
1. Location is quite centric. The whole bazar is quite accessible including the dussera ground.
2. Parking is available which is one of the best things in a place like this.
3. Room space is ample. Huge room with good asthetics.
4. Amazing view with nice sound of river flowing. Makes your mornings so alive.

What i did not like-

1. They do not have a swipe machine. Seriously? !
2. Rooms handles broken, taps broken, Lights not fixed.
3. Towels not provided at all & bedding did not seem washed.
4. Asked for 3rd bedding and God! The blanket given was sticking like hell and then they were not changing it even (but later they provided an additional quilt), the pillow seemed used as the cover wasn't clean.
5.3 people and they give 1 water bottle.
6. Also, they will not provide you anything before 8am as the kitchen doesn't open even if it is tea, coffee infact not even hot water.

Whatever you pay it is not worth used & broken things.

This place is bogus, they have some hooligans living exactly opposite
So if u will come in at night to get in they will fight and rob off your gold
The hotel says it didn't happen in premises so we can't do anything about it if you want you can file the case
We got robbed off for nearly 1.5 lakhs

Choose Shobla Hotel which is much much professional

Nyc rooms are comfortable facilities are appreciate at the price.
Amazing view.
Yummy food.
Staff behavior is also too good.
All over the hotel is best & just just near to raod &river.

Hotel stay is okay since the view is great

But exactly opposite lives some hooligans while we came at night to the hotel around 11 pm they robbed beat our friends and even snatched their gold chains, earrings etc.
The hotel staff was just quietly witnessing and refused to even call.the cops
Later they didn't even help with the luggage until the roon at night.

It's best to stay somewhere else then to be victim of their Gunda Gardi there

Very neat and clean hotel for staying. Staff is very helpful and always ready to co-ordinate with customer. Food is very tasty. View from the room is just amazing. You will hear birds chirping in morning.

अगर गीदड़ शेर की खाल पहन ले तो वह शेर नहीं बन जाता
ठीक वैसे ही किसी होटल का नाम diamond
रखने से वह होटल diamond नहीं होता

Hotel view is very nice but room service is worst, intercom is not working you have to go to reception and place order and even after they forget what you ordered. Quality of food is bad, Hospitailty is poor. Socket plugs are not working.
