Hotel Ekant Chail

Location is good, view from the hotel is good, but the service and breakfast is nothing. You need to ask for everything and the service boys are very slow.

Its a very decent hotel to stay in and is close to all the activities. Hotel staff is really helpful especially the manager. He helped us with all our needs. For food you dont have to go anywhere. Food in the hotel is good and rates are nominal.

Food, hospitality, cleanliness, service was very good. Special mention must be made about Mr Satpal. He is very energetic and eveready to help when needed. Only the heater should be a convection one instead of the coil one. Nevertheless, enjoyed my stay there. Will come again.

I had an amazing experience in the last 3 nights I stayed. The room was amazing, it had an attached balcony with a Vally view. The food was also very good and the location was also perfect. The staff was very cooperative Surinderji especially.

Overall okay.hot water supply was not proper.bonfire not available.varities of food were limited.otherwise ok. Manager Satpal is a good person.

Hi to all the people reading this review,
If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel with amazing view, staff and food, this hotel is for you. Everyone in the staff were very cooperative and friendly. We felt like home. The location in on the main road but not a busy place so its perfect if you don't like noisy places.
The view from the balcony was amazing and weather was good.
Food tasted good and healthy.

Mr Satpal is a highly ill mannered person. He literally pulled out plate while my father was having his lunch and tried to do the same with my mother during her breakfast.
We ate 7 Rotis however Mr Satpal tried to charge us for 9 and when I questioned him he started quarrelling with me, my mother and wife.

Really pathetic service by the staff especially Mr Satpal. The intercom doesn't work and you will have to literally call Mr Satpal on his cellphone for every small thing and he being highly ill mannered wouldn't even knock on the door instead would rush into your room directly.

The hotel staff needs to learn some manners.

Amazing place to stay with beautiful valley views. Rooms are neat and clean along with great services. Hospitality is great by the staff. A good place to enjoy vacations.

Beautiful hotel out in a beautiful location! This hotel offers amazing views of the Himalayas, and the room itself is clean and nice, albeit with some things broken (but that's expected with the wear and tear that this area brings). The staff was friendly and helpful in addition. Overall, great place!

We stayed here for 2 days and it was a great stay. A hotel with clean rooms, clean washrooms, beautiful view from the balcony. Food is very tasty and fresh. Mr Satpal ji is very responsive and cooperative there. Jio network works fine here.

Hotel rooms were clean and I would specially mention the hotel staff. From food to garam chai in the morning to cleaning rooms or travelling arrangement or helping with the luggage- Mr Satpalji is the go-to person at the hotel for anything and everything and he was very helpful and courteous and went way out of the way to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend the hotel for solo female travellers and family.

I went there during my Royal Enfield Official trip and the first thing i found excellent was the attitude of single person doing job there. It was a lovely place with excellent food and adventure was the lovliest. Hope you go there and have fun. It’s very good Budgeted Hotel. Good one for group activities, family get together. One hall for presentation. Food ws good. It’s located in at height so Weather n Views are very good. Out door lawn for Evening Get together or drinks. Go and stay for four five Days n explore Chail. Must visit place! ️

We stayed at Hotel Ekant on 27th May for 1 N while coming back from Kinnaur valley trip. We would like to thank Satpal for making our stay very comfortable with all arrangements, he made sure we have Brefast available at early morning to start early to Chandigarh for flight. There was one complaint, we found dust on floor of Room, for which we asked room service guy to clean it, but he refused do it.

Nice hotel, well behaved staff, good food, nice ambience. Living inside the tent is an unique experience.

Retreat place with hilly Forest landscape from balcony. Good and hospitable staff with clean rooms.

One of the best hotel in Chail with perfect location, Mouth watering food and a professional staff.

Not recommended for women travelling alone, always be in a big group. The hotel is completely secluded, bus stand/city centre is 2km away.
We stayed in January 2019. My mother and I arrived and there were two people. But when we returned from sightseeing there was a new guy named Satnam and no one else was there. He behaved in a very predatory manner and tried to physically come close to us. He brought us water into the room and again behaved suspiciously, tried to enter the room. We locked oursrlves in with no food and left the next day.
Only one manager in the entire hotel and no one else was there.not even a cook or sweeper.

Awesome Valley view, decent room service, hospitality - 10/10, Costly food, nearby places to visit in Chail. Room was clean, all amenities were available. Helpful employees.

This hotel is situated at a fine location. Reasonably priced rooms. Food is good and service is also satisfying.

Good location. But hotel staff is not so good. People over there are so mean. Rooms are without balcony and charges are too high.
