Hotel Grover Regency - Naina Devi

Extremely poor toilets with no Water supply. Arrogant Staff and not cooperative at all!
Free Breakfast was included but they denied of providing us the food.
I guess the owner of this property is in deep sleep! I would not recommend any one to stay at this property. They are fraud people!
I request ONLINE BOOKING sites like: - MAKE MY TRIP to kindly remove them from their booking site.

No sence of talk how to talk with guest. Food is not good. Rooms are smelling. No co-operate. I never see this type of bad service ever

Worst hotel ever stayed at. Was very dirty. We booked it online which has good pics but in reality the worst. When we reached we came to know we were alone in the whole hotel. Really looks like a haunted hotel.

We went to mata naina devi for a day with my family. I found out the only hygiene hotel in whole naina devi town. Best rates n beautiful view from the rooms

Worth stay. My whole family members enjoyed the trip to mata naina devi. Very helpful staff food were average not so bad not so good but overall nice stay.

Room conditions were pathetic and terrible. Dirty toilet, dirty bed sheets, odor, insufficient lights etc.not worth staying at all. Therefore, I not stayed in Grover Regency Naina Devi. Similar rooms are available at Rs 600/- per day but Make my Trip had charged 4366/- for two rooms for one day.

I must say stay was awesome. Pretty nice food ultimate view from rooms. Staff n owner is very coprative n humble

All the people are requested with folded hands that never book your room in Hotel Grover Naina Devi. Hotel Grover's owner is a number one thief. Online the rooms are shown by taking such good photos. And also deposit advance booking When you visit their hotel then you check if there are so many dirty rooms and the owner does not have the wisdom to speak. And your advance booking is also eaten, they also do not refund. Grover owns a number of greedy hotels. Our Experience Hotel Grover has turned out to be very dirty, don't do it by entering your booking.

Stay was luxurious in such less money with all amenities n appetising food they offered…the heart fluttering views with eminent weather

Very bad experience. We visit this place on dated 30 April.we booked 2 rooms. The caretaker behaviour was so rubbish and reduculess. ND the owner who is not present there he is so greedy and cheap man. We call him personally for complaint. But he didn't even hear it.today I posting my review after 3 4 days.seriously guys pls don't go in GROVER RESIDENCE HoTel.last thing we give them full payment for 2 rooms but we just stay there only for 2 hours. We are so lucky that we don't stay night there.

NEVER STAY HERE! The owner or manager lives in Chandigarh. The caretaker doesn’t know how to run a hotel. Even very simple necessities such as a fan or lights are not working. Lizards everywhere. No hygeine. I had to move out of hotel at 11PM due to such bad conditions. Please dont be fooled by the fact that sunrise is visible right from room, you pay for hotel amenities and night stay too, which is not at all comfortable.

Hotel is very close to Naina devi temple. It is good hotel stay for one day. Hotel should focus cleaning of washroom and room.

Pathetic hotel. Pls do not come to this hotel. Very bad service, TV connection is dead, rude behaviour of the staff. It looks good in photos only. The food also is not hygienic.

If it was zero would have given that.
They don't provide original bill, plea that GST would be charged if I want original bill.
It ok about GST but they don't have GST number mentioned in bill, not mentioned in tariff card, and not mentioned in display as required by GST rules.
Owner is arrogant.
Don't ever visit unless there is no other options available.
