The rooms were clean, spacious, very comfortable and the staff was courteous and helpful in every way possible. Coming to the food quality, it was superb and delicious. Their chefs are fantabulous. I'll be staying here again in next year vacations:)

Brilliant location and Food. Staff is nice and the owner has a very beautiful covered sitting area outside.

Worst service, not recommended for any kind of stay.

- Bed bugs in rooms.
- Broken taps in bathroom.

I was on the way to shimla. Feeling tired. So i booked this hotel cuz i found it on the way. Was looking good by view. Lock was not working. I talked to a person. He was nice. Answring everything clearly.

Suddenly another person ankit came here and was so disgusting to talk him.

I just spent my night here for 7 hrs around.

I think the owner should talk to this person. Plz teach him how to work in hospitality.

Worst hotel.it'd cost is too much high but the washrooms are very dirty there is many insects in room nd washroom.and there is no warm water as we r himachalis and we have habit to take bath with warm water.

It was a nyc place to hangout with the lovely view of mountains having coffe in hands was the best part facing mountains and the service is very nyc genuine and instant. Ill always come and be there in hill inn kumarhatti rather than going to shimla. ️️

It was a good experience overall. Rooms were squeaky and clean. Staff was quick in service and management. If u want to have valley n mountain view scenic. I would suggest you HiLL iNn for vaccays

Very nice hotel in kumarhatti and solan location, delicious food and excellent guest service. Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The property is under renovation still everything was managed very well. I highly recommend to everyone to visit Hotel Hill Inn in Himachal Pradesh.

So came here with my boyfriend last night and as being a couple there are major facts to worry about regarding safety concerns. So I’ll suggest this is precise to stay and food service is also good. All mandatory things are provided

Ita better to stay in ur car rather than go into it. Its worst hotel of my life i ever stayed. Worst place, lookslike hotel is dead. Washroom are hell, bedsheet are very dirty. Worst hotel staff ever

I was outside the hotel, didn't enter the hotel due to my car was stuck at that place hotel staffs are good they helped me alot.

Hotel is worst and it's staff is even more worst and whole Himachal Pradesh is even more than enough worst, honestly now I'm able to understand that why our South India is more literate and rich in culture and more rich in hospitality, they are just amazing. But believe me guys. If you're really up for the challenge of facing worst then you better should visit H. P. And if not then as usual South is outstanding as fabulous as never before

Worst hotel. No wash basin in bathroom. Always noisy in night due to dhaba in campus. A customer was complaining about no water in bathroom. A party arrived in night and were dancing on loud music at 02.00 hrs in night. Will never recommend.

This was our second stay in this hotel after covid pandemic we not sure about facilities and sanitization of the property. But to our surprise we got best rooms at very reasonable price. Some of the staff members were new some old but there hospitality was excellent. Food we ordered was very good in taste. Mr. Virendra bali was there last time also. He is very polite and has good suggestions about near by places. What I love about this property is very beautiful secenic view of mountains from rooms. Thanks alot to all the staff members for their hospitality. Hope to see you again.

Nice place for stay.
The food at the hotel was good.
Room Service was great.
There was no hot water in the taps and only a single plug was working in the room.

Though the structure is well built, not maintained, the electric sockets in room were not working, or were rather not even installed properly. There was no water during 2nd day even in the washroom, and bad room service, and over priced food.

Hotel was nice although they didn’t accept card payment. Rooms were ok. There were no showers provided in the bathrooms. View from the balcony was splendid.

This hotel is located around 12 kms from Kasauli. While the property is not very well maintained, the location of the hotel makes up for it.
Distance of major towns from the hotel are as follows:
1. Solan: 13 kms
2. Kasauli: 12 kms
3. Barog: 12 kms

If you are on a family trip with kids and wives along, this hotel is not recommended because it is not very beautifully maintained.
However, if you are coming with male friends for a short weekend trip, you can go for it.

Worst quality of arrangement. In the name of complementary breakfast they give you parathas only. No towel. You order something & you get something else.
