Very bad experiance with this hotel first very far from shimla.second no service
We order for food they serve us after 1.5 hours
No service boy u pick ur luggage by own
Road for hotel is very much bad because hotel is very interour at last point of the road no road after hotel

We were met withCondom in the toilet mirror drawe, beer cans in the room A, dirty wet towel (only one), no working kitchen, black stains on sheets, no wifi, cold in the rooms, heater cost extra 300 inr per day, big light shining into the room, curtains only block it soso. Excellent hearability of adjacent rooms… not walking distance feom anything but a single dry shop. Shower heater is big tho.

The room is okay. But staff there is very rude and unprofessional. I have never stayed in a hotel whose staff don't know the hospitality. Also they don't respect privacy. Definitely not recommended for someone traveling with a woman. This hotel clients are mainly loud male groups.

Support staff are not supportive, wifi facilities are not there, very narrow road to park the car.

Over all I will not suggest to take this hotel
Go with your own risk.

Heaters were not provided in the rooms. Bedsheets were dirty. Room boy was arrogant and was with casual dress.

Placed too much inside from the road, if anyone travelling with huge vehicle, then it can get difficult to get in there.
It's situated on the first floor with no escalator.

** guys please don’t book this property they are fraud I booked this property paid in advance they said they don’t have room. Didn’t refund my money I am taking legal action against them

Receptionist behavior are very bad, they do not provide any service like they don't provide any person for carrying your luggage and don't have lift, we have face many problem while carrying our luggage.

Awesome view from the balcony. Night view is adorable.
If you want some peace, away from the city rush, this is the place you should choose to stay.
Nice staff. Good behaviour. Always available to help.
They also helped and arranged a cab for Kufri at discounted rates.

Not nice online price is low but at the hotel they charge more price, online they say we give u breakfast but they don't. Please go there

Useless hotel only have rooms to stay nothing else. The car parking is a waste. They don't know to make a good cup of tea

Thanks Amit for sharing the latest pictures of the property, you saved my trip. I really wonder how can anyone write a review stating neat and clean despite looking at the real pictures shared by you. I guess the owner of the property is adding false reviews now

Worst stay experience with super bad / rude staff. Checked online and found pictures to be very good and thought the hotel would be as seen in pictures shared. However, reality was far different than what was shown. See for yourself. I was travelling from Delhi along with my family. I reached an hour before check-in time and I requested early check in for just an hour but was asked for 30% extra fare to which I even agreed to pay however they still got the room ready by 12: 30 only and meanwhile we were waiting there was no provision to provide food as they do not have restaurant as they only provide food in room only. Had to wait 1.5 hrs to get the room where I was forced to pay advance and only after looking at the room I realized I cannot live in such a state with my family. Please be advised this is Covid times and still this is the cleanliness standard this hotel have. Look for yourself before thinking of taking up a room in this horrible hotel.

Firstly, It was very difficult to locate the hotel. The owners should mention the turn effectively to help customers. Room was fine. Services were also fine.

Nice property. Room was so neat n clean. Family suit was really good.if u want fully peacefull stay then u must go for that. I stayed in family suit for two nights. Stay was awesome. Owner mam is very polite n good natured. Food was good.
