Good place for stay near kufri. Budgeted hotel with good ambience. Food taste is delicious and fresh. Balcony view is very beautiful. Manager Deepak ji is very friendly and Guide me about this Tour

The room quality are very good and the service was also good. The room service was also very polite and quick.

Rooms were spacious and clean. The view of mountain ranges from hotel rooms is great. Food was good (but all menu items were not available). However, the service was not upto mark. Had to follow up multiple times to get something and still, the staff forgot a thing or two. For winter, the heater is available but cost extra (for us it was Rs 400 per day per room). Overall, it was just an ok-ok stay.

Top rooms are the best. The view is awesome. Double rooms have the same facility like top rooms, the window view is not much due to the rooms being on ground floor (the bottom part of hotel) the food quality is ok. Quantity is good. It is the only hotel with liquor service available. Or carry your own.

Hotel is good.food is.last month ordered food which was Kadhai Paneer and Cheese Chilly.there was only onion and Paneer was there No capcicum, Corn floor was not cooked properly, so we never ate that. And in kadhai paneer they forget to add Salt in that.both dishes eaten by a dog.price was too high as per taste and quantity. We were never stayed there, me and my friend just passing from that side to Kufri, thats why ordered the food and packed it.

When there is season time in Himachal Pradesh they give room in very high rate and when there is no season time they give room in even 500 as well,

Room was clean but food service is very slow yesterday we order food at 8: 30 and recived at 9: 45 and roti was maid of maida, we ordered curd it was of ruppe 70 and it was just 20 ruppe amul curd packet

The customer service was excellent and the food is very good. Rooms are very big and spacious and they provide optional heater for heating. The rooms have nice view of the area too.

I have waisted my money and most important my one day. Owner saying to cancel the agoda/booking.com online and offered 500 discount.

It's a good hotel if you want to stay here most of the time otherwise it's very far away from main spots. It's far away from Kufri and cabs charge hefty amount for picking or dropping from this hotel. The food is just okay. The view from balcony is good, the bathroom is also clean and purposeful.

Worst place. Too far and stinky rooms. Even electricals kettles are broken in some rooms. I had booked 3 rooms for 2 nights but I left the very next day. I had reached by 7pm and no other place is available nearby to stay else I would have not even checked in let alone staying for 1 night. Name is apt though ESCAPE. Just escape from there as far as you can.

The staff was super friendly, the accomodation was nice. I don't know why people gave bad reviews. I would definitely recommend this hotel ️.

Very old property, with no facilities for guest in the property. The food quality is average. The property does not deserve a 3 star rating.

This place provided the worst travelling eaxperience EVER. Gyser not working. Tv not recharged. Room service helpline dead every dish they made for us tasted the same and poor.
You can stay at some dhaba wala's home but not here. And we paid some 5k extra just because of dispute between the taxi union. I think the hotel owner sold us to the union and the union stopped our booked cab on the way. Not recommended at all

We went for a lunch, parking is okie for 2 cars, went upstairs restaurant. Ordered kadahi paneer, laccha parantha, chilly chicken and fried rice. Paneer was fresh and quantity was good, chilly chicken was fresh too, we liked the food. Service was bit slow, view was nice.

Everything is good but too far (30km) from shimla mall road which took 1 hr 15 min to reach from mall road.

Property is good but manager is quiet rude. He doesn't even know how to politely talk to customers. Property is 13kms away from Chail with no parking space, one has to park his vehicle on narrow road. Why waste your money at a place where owner treats customer rudely. After all tourist drive all way down to this place on risky mountain roads, it is expected that owner should gracefully welcome us.

Rooms had quite a few glitches. But the staff is extremely helpful. They arranged a birthday cake at a very short notice from the town which is a little far.

Very warm welcome and excellent hospitality by the reception staff. Specially Mr Deepak helped us a lot.

The service staffs was polite and professional. They were quick.

We booked 3 rooms in this hotel. 2 were Deluxe and 1 was super deluxe. Geysers of 2 rooms were not working. 1 rooms's flush and TV was not working. When we complained them about this, they said we will send someone to fix this but no one came. Food was not at all hot.

Hotel rooms were neat and clean. Employees were assistive. Food was good and overall good service.

Hotel is very nice in location but they charged for room heater Rs. 300 per night extra by cash. When very heavy snowfall the road was blocked they even charged full amount of room. Food was very unhygenec with out taste. When road is clear we told for a vehicle to panchkula but the arrange vehicle for Rs. 9000 but we arrange from taxi stand with Rs 4500.

Good Hotel at reasonable price. The hotel is very far away from Shimla town so you have to cover more journey to reach Shimla. But the hotel has nice view and the staff are very cooperative.

Great location. View from this site was great. Great beers and fantastic food. Staff was courteous and helpful. Plus free WiFi. Overall a memorable experience.

I m Chandan stayed here on 25th June 2019 The service was very good Deepak took care of us very well even for small things he is not Hesitate to serve food was awesome and very tasty

Servive was not at all good. First of all it takes more than an hour to reach shimla from the hotel. It is situated in a very remote area. Staff was not cooperative.we had to keep on calling the reception for water and other facilities. The tv was not working. Bathroom and the blankets provided were not clean. The only positive point was that the food was okay.

Good place to stay. Little away from simla but good rooms and food is also very good. You will find a bar also.so enjoy

On Chail- Kufri road this Motel gives an option to stay away from crowds of Shimla and enjoy beautiful landscape. Food is fine but WiFi was not working. Very limited Channels on DTH. Service so-so.

Location of hotel is awesome but its far away from city.can be reached via cab or local transport. Veiw from room is awesome.rooms are maintained in good condition. Sleepers and dental kit was provided after asking for the same. Rest is awesome.

The most desperate hotel in Shimla. Do not make any booking, otherwise regret will be. It is a bad experience.
