Hotel is situated at corner at the mountain. Great place with great views. One best thing is that big and small trees are not cut by every hotel owner. Every staff member are very corporative.

No courteous behaviour from staff.
Charges 50 ₹ for tea
Location at dead end, though not too far from main city

Average hotel with limited facilities. No balconies, no food facility, they don't have much staff toh you can order tea only after 9: 30 AM which is not comfortable. After ordering food you have to wait for 60-70 mnts. Not suggested. We can try better.

Rooms are good. Hotel is in the city. If you want to enjoy city life it's good. No balcony in rooms. Difficult to find this place on maps. But overall our experience was good

Overall good experience staying in the hotel. Completely under budget located very near to the main market area (Main Square) on a walking distance basis. The staff members very helpful, Shiva Bhai really helped me a lof during my stay. Nirmit bhai also helped me plan my itinerary for my travel. Would definitely recommend especially for solo travellers.

We stayed here for two days the service of the staff was excellent and the environment around the hotel is very peaceful.

There's no dinning hall or any other such facility. Nothing professional even the location is not good not easily accessible.

We were three couples stayed in Hotel Imperial 9 from 16-18 Oct 2021

Plus:
- Hotel is economical
- Quite closer to the main market, its like 5-7 minutes walking distance
- Staff is good and humble

Minus:
- Hotel doesn't have any Kitchen and you can only get a tasteless tea on order
- Sound proofing of rooms are very very poor
- Any of the hotel rooms don't have a scenic view but terrace has

Good Staying Option in a reasonable price. Rooms are good and spacious. Just few meters away from Central McLeodganj.
The Staff was nice and cooperative.
Also the owner Mr. Naman is very friendly and cooperative.

5/5, Hotel was good overall. Our stay was fantastic. Location is 5/5 very centrally located near main market still away from all hustle bustle. Service was good, Esp. Mr. Shiva. They also upgraded us which was a nice gesture. Would recommend.

Pathetic. The rooms were not so clean. Poorly dimmed with white light. Felt like have entered a haunted house.

The hotel cheated us. We booked a semi deluxe room and got a room adjacent to reception having no views at all. Leave about having a view, the curtains were installed in such a way that anyone can peak into your room easily from outside pathway.

Reached Mcleodganj at 5 p.m. Checked out in just 2 hours. Horrific experience. The photos are just to fool you. Total waste of money.

Stay was good. Hospitality is wonderful nd owner is very friendly natured. Over all it's blissful.

Place is good. Staff also cooperative. View of the peak mountain of dholahar mountain range from their location. Located in peaceful location. Market is nearby from their location.

Hotel near to market around 1 km and Nearest to Dalia lama temple around 1 km. No Mountain view from hotel. Bughet friendly hotel, Food options these days limited due to lockdown.

Nice hotel. This is a peaceful location hotel, views a good but only for the premium room, parking is available, Food was good. The person Shiva is really helpful and does the job.

Nice decent place to stay which is not much far from market place of Mcleodganj, providing you with great silence n calmness all around to have peaceful experience.

Pathetic experience all in all. The look and feel of the hotel is sad. First of all the pictures differ greatly from what is shown on booking sites. There was no water all night in the room and we had to borrow water from a guest in the room nearby. There was no one at the reception in the night time and if you want help in the night with anything just forget about it. The hotel main door was locked till 8.30 am because the only staff available in the night to help out guests was presumably sleeping till 8am and the guests were technically locked inside the hotel. Moreover, the hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel was poor. The bedsheets were stained and the towels were not properly washed. There was no bin and table in the room (btw we got a presidential suite booked for us). And when we raised these issues with the owner of the hotel, he went defensive and started raising cross arguments/defensive statements to hide the disservice that was done to us. He had problems providing us room heaters and even complimentary breakfast that was promised before booking the hotel All in all a very bad experience. The owner of the hotel has much to improve. Stay is 70% of your experience in a place and I would suggest to avoid if you want your experience to be better.

Awesome location with a very cooperative and interactive staff. The Quality of food was authentic with the real taste. View from the hotel is quite refreshing. The stay over here was relaxing and comfortable.
Hotel Imperial 9 is a great place to stay. The Staff and owner were caring and shows concern timely during the stay. I had observed owner was quite interactive with the sessions and the meetings each time and had a good command in services, I have observed for the very first time in my travel plans till now. We had a stay for 3 days and it was a great experience i had with this hotel.
There is a vacant space with great size of the room. If you looking out for a good hotel with the well managed staff and hospitality i would absolutely recommend to visit with peaceful views and Most importance it is worth the money.
Hotel Hospitality is very good, very clean hotel, food has a great taste with variant in food for breakfast and dinner. Hotel is very neat and clean and guy (owner) is helpful guy. They are building roof top bar restaurant type of thing which will surely give chill views.

I request you not to book this kind of cheated hotels to spoil your visit to macleodganj. It is one of pathetic hotel, we have ever stayed.we stayed in gagan resort in dharamkot road, macleodganj and udeechee hut in naddi which are really a good hotel with lot of amenities, courteous staff.

Excellent place to stay all facilities available at the hotel friendly staff value for money worth a stay all every precautionary measures taken safety guidelines followed by staff members.

The stay was excellent.staff was fully trained and experienced.every security measures was kept against covid - 19. Room were to good with reasonable price.i suggest to experience valuable hospitality services there.

I booked a super deluxe.room and guess what they dont even provide a heater in the room and I was told that it they are giving.us a complimentary heater which doesnt work. I complained about it and the room service guy never turned back. I have added the photos which will bring some more light to the what I have experienced. If u feel like ruining your time go ahead and book a room here.
I dont really want anyone suffer this way. I am attaching fotos of bad heater, uncleaned comforter, average looking room.

The location is close to all major tourist attractions and restaurant. Interiors are nice and room is good compared to prices. Food quality was also good so overall my experience was good.

We arrived here on 6th. The hotel is overlooking the valley.and the snow peaked mountains. The birds eye view of mcleodganj is spectacular. And we also witnessed the sunrise in the morning, from behind the peaks. The golden mountains in the early hours of the day was a sight to behold! 5 stars for all of this! And 5stars again for the service. The cheerful staff had always been courteous since day1 but particular mention for the time when I got back from our excursion and i was having a little itchy throat. I requested them for green tea with lemon and honey but they were so considerate, they also added ginger to it! Recipe to cure a bad throat! Very small gesture but worth mentioning on how they take care of their guests

We have visited mcleodganj in November end and booked imperial 9 hotel and the place is awesome. The service provided to us is really great. Food was awesome. I am giving 5 star to the hotel service. I like to visit again

Hotel is situated on the top of a hill, and the view from there is very beautiful. All the staffs are very helpful and their service need a special mention. Especially when we stranded on the way back to hotel due to snow fall, the hotel management send their car to pick us. Food quality and their presentation was just awesome

Wonderful place and excellent hospitality. Beautiful view of the devdar trees and mountains. Nice food, I liked the breakfast. Walk able distance to dalai lama temple, bhagsu temple and main market. Nice place to relax and have peace.

This hotel was the best on our entire north India Trip. The rooms are well equipped with plug points, kettle, and all the amenities. They come with personal balconies. But the facilities are very good. Good rooms, courteous staff, good food! You can have a cup of coffee or enjoy a meal with the view of snow capped mountains and the cool breeze. I loved this hotel and three nights at this place was bliss!

The stay at the hotel was very good. Decent room and well mannered staff. Stay was pleasant. Clean room and bathroom. When the heater was too much they provided a fan immediately and also few medicines during the mid night.
