So far from city.but room and site scene from rooms was beautiful. Food was very good. Room service was ok ok. But total experience was very good. Rememberable trip.

The hotel was pathetic. Tents were very dirty. Food was at its worst. Moreover the price of the food was very high. Very rude staff. Worst experience of my life.

Amazing location, right on the hill top, the hotel has a magnificient view of valley and each room's balcony opens to the lush green valley. I stayed there for 10 days in September and did WFH (Work from Hotel). Hotel provided me very good wifi facility and Airtel network also works very well there.
Amazing and softspoken staff members are icing on the cake. The hotel manager, Mr. Shyam Sharma and the 2 executives, Aarti and Payal are very helpful and cooperative. The hotel owner, Mr. Ranjeet Kapoor is very friendly as well.
The food was too good and room service was excellent. Had an amazing experience overall and hence, planning to visit again soon.

Absolutely amazing experience! The place, the service, the view, the food.five star! The owners are extremely polite and helpful. Feels like home away from city hustle. Peaceful and so beautiful. Both the hotel and their Swiss tents are well maintained. Must visit!

This property have room that is in good condition and tents are not really maintained. Lower level staff is nice but if you interact with GM or owner they are not supportive. Location is great. So overall I will say it is okay.

The room was very pathetic, it was dirty, the washroom was also not good.thank you for the worst breakfast and ok ok lunch and ok ok dinner. Though there was a nice view and fun activities. Pls improve yourself and update us or we will never come back again.

Rooms are worst then any dharamshala room. Bathroom floor was in worst condition. Moreover their food. It was having no taste even after returning it two times. Better you go nearby home stay. It is complete waste of money.

I went with my family this month and I must say, It was an amazing trip. The hotel itself is awesome. It’s super comfortable and the staff is also friendly and welcoming. Ambience is top notch.
Best part about this property is that it provides you with different options like cottages, tents, hotel.
Apart from this, there are some wonderful & adventurous activites like rapping, commando net, rock climbing etc.
There is a variety of Food options available and it is extremely delicious. From breakfast to Dinner, everything is taken care of.
I would like to take this opportunity and thank the owner and staff for their excellent service. I’ll definitely visit again.

What a beautiful place and what a great hospitality. The resort is a mix of hotel rooms and tent living and gives you a perfect 360 degree view of the valley around you.

The hospitality and all employees are brilliant with complete focus on guest and that too with a genuine smile on the face and prompt service.

To top up their service they have a DJ room playing all pep up numbers and bonfire for you to chill during the evening weather.

The food service is great and the food taste is brilliant and is done nicely.

I visited with my extended family on Christmas Vacation. We were 20 people and loved the time spent together at the resort and had wonderful experience staying at there! The staff was very courteous and helpful. They were readily available whenever required. The food was delicious and provided variety everyday.
The rooms were neat, clean and spacious. I would recommend my friends and family for a stay here!

It could have been way better had the food was good or the heater was working. The place is so good, surrounded by nature, the woods. The staffs were kind enough. Everything was fixed appropriately after informing. Looks a very good place, although it’ was just a short stay.

Excellent service. Stayed in club room which was spacious with big balcony. Food was the highlight for us.

Rebranding of Jungle livinn happened 1 month before. Beautiful, modern & spacious rooms with uninterrupted-view of valley.
Food is good. So many activities to do within this place. 20 Swiss tents are also there to make your stay more adventurous. Banquet with the capacity of 150 pax is operational on the 5th floor. Loved sitting in the lawn with a lovely view around.

I visiting it doesn't during marriage of my cousin bro. Good for arranging marriage and parties.

Only problem was not timely cleaning of rooms.

I have visited this place many times. The resort is on a wonderful location with an awesome 360degree viewpoint. The rooms are spacious, well equipped with all facilities and has one of the best interiors. The food quality is very nice with a variety of food range and the service/hospitality is heart touching. They also have a variety of adventure games and they also have well equipped spacious tents. At night you can also enjoy the bonfire with different delicacies. You can also enjoy their indoor Dj sound system with a spacious dance floor.
I would personally suggest this place for a perfect weekend getaway for a peaceful, wonderful stay to experience the best of hospitality and the location with its wonderful scenery.

Disappointment continued to 2nd day and I really feel guilty of not checking out after first day experience. These guys seems don't know what resort means. Noticed bedsheet was torn and towel has stains. Even after coming back after day out found they didn't made the room.really sucks this hotel and its service. Apart from view from the room nothing is there. Its a third grade hotel. In these covid situation they are allowing parties, buffet, campfire, music.

Not at all a good experience. No proper drainage system. The room flooded with water due to rain. No service and rooms are not maintained at all. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone

It’s very good Budgeted Resort. You can stay in Tents n rooms both. Good one for company activities, family get together. One hall for presentation. Food ws good. It’s located in at height so Weather n Views are very good. Out door lawn for Evening Get together or drinks. Go and stay for Two Days n explore Chail. Must visit place.

I went there during my school trip and the first thing i found excellent was the attitude of single person doing job there. It was a lovely place with excellent food and adventure was the lovliest. Hope you go there and have fun. Happy holidays

This is a theme resort around 5 km ahead of Chail on Kufri road. Staff is nice. Atmosphere is clean and weather is great. Food is good. Service needs improvement.

I don't want to give even one star to this review! I will not say anything about location but management is worst. I went on a school tour there a day ago and stayed a night in their tents. Next day me and my friends found our money stolen. When we talked to manager, he did nothing but made illogical excuses and tried to protect their staff. What kind of manangement is this!

Went with group and family both. Great hospitality. Good food, good staff, great ambience. Staying in the tent is must.

Rooms were neat n clean. Location is perfect for weekends n vacations.
But i found staff a bit laggy in all the tasks.
Do take care of ur staffs efficiency n negligence.

Even if you have been to chile before going to this place with friends or with family makes a good trip and the camps are most beautiful here.

Hotel is well built, location is good, but its not well maintained.there were a lot of small issues which they could have solved but the manager out there waa not helpful.

Used to be a good property for family and friends. Now the focus is on School groups.
Plan, in case you are ok with uncomfortable noice at odd hours and crowded lawns.

The infrastructure is good. And sorry, but thats about the only thing which deserves a mention. Rest everything else is way below standard. Serious understaffing, no hot water after 11 am till 5 pm. When the hot water does finally come, it brings along very foul odour and taste as if there is petroleum mixed in the water.

Worst service, worst food, worst rooms, worst camps, everything is damaged, food is very bad, high rates, not safe at all, no comfort is given by the management, hospitality is very poor, uneducated staff, camps are damaged, no wifi facility is provided, water is not good, nothing is good, I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Worthless! Zero rating!

Very nice place. Rooms are good and spacious. New year party organisation was great! Recommended!
