Rooms are spacious and up to date. Am giving 4 only because whenever you go for check in, they always have an excuse that cricket team is staying, so we don't have normal rooms, only 2 rooms available that's of top rated and premium rooms. Whenever you go there. They have this excuse.

They given bad service.they have another near by hotel also they given option of that lower cost, then they combinely operate things.but another hotel they give cheap service.and asked money full and rudely badly talked.really dissappinted

It's the only semi luxury 3 star hotel near Jwala Devi temple. The rooms are spacious, nice and clean with good ambience.

At first glance, the hotel looked nice and hygenic. Unfortunately that changed as soon as we had checked in. We had to make payment up front otherwise would have checked back out. We ordered food in the restaurant which didn't arrive until we argued that we'd been waiting for nearly an hour. After we'd eaten the food, which was avarage, we saw a mouse running around in the restaurant, at which point our children started screaming. We pointed this out to staff, who congregated at the counter and were laughing and thought it was funny. We were disgusted by the whole incident, especiallty at the behaviour of the stafff. There was no regard for hygiene, there was no apology and no member of staff made any attempt to provide any explanation about the rodent infestation. The unprofessionalism, poor service and poor attitude of the restaurant staff left us quite annoyed and feeling that we'd wasted a large amont of money, which could have been better spent elsewhere.

Convenient location to visit Mataji temple. Walk way is a bit steep. The front office is curt and give little information. Good quality is good. Rooms are average with all facilities. Parking can be tight if you want to leave early.

Restaurant opens at 7 and they do not provide packed sandwiches for breakfast. On the way to chandigarh one can only stop close to Anandpur sahib which is clearly 2 and half hrs which is a good distance. Management to look into.packing some sandwiches.

The room is small, water tapes faulty, when you open water tape than shower is automatically opened, my head is completely wet.they charged 30 rupees per 1litre bottle which is a local company water and MRP is 20.the manager also not admit these faults and I pay the full payment.please check all before book the room

Rooms are nice, neat, and clean, BUT the only Cons is that they provide only 1/2 litres water bottles (2 bottles per day) in this summer season

Nice place to stay. Cozy rooms. All facilities available. Very close to Jwala mata mandir. We came around 5: 30 pm yesterday, and immediately went for evening Aarti. Stayed till 9 pm for Shaiyan aarti and returned to hotel. Dinner was still available, and it was delicious. Next day we went early morning for darshan. Overall, very nice experience.

Cleanliness and all the safety measures are taken of covid-19. Services were perfect and food was tasty. "Recommended"

After a long time some good hotel to stay in Jwalamukhi. Good hotel with very co-operative staff. The hotel is hygienic and well maintained. The quality of food is also good which is reasonably priced. Suggested for a good and comfortable stay.

Ok types. Stay was good. Staff was helpful but it was a bit costly. Room was not worth the price we paid.

So bad and ugly place to enjoy a party local goons from nadaun and nearby areas they harrassed people and threatened them and the staff do nothing about that. Worst experience

The nature of the manager is not right at all and the people sitting in the reception do not talk properly at all and the food quality is also very bad. As soon as you see any out-of-state vehicle, then increase your charger accordingly, which is not correct at all.

This hotel in the area is the newest, restaurant at the hotel is also new. Staff are friendly. The rooms were a issue, there was a stinking smell in the bathroom, and when we checked in to the room, the bed sheets had stains

Best hotel for stay at jwala g with almost every facility, clean and spacious rooms with clean attached bathrooms. Loaction of hotel is on main road hence easily reachable, jwala g temple is very near from the hotel at walkable distance. Ambience and service of the hotel is also good, restaurant is also there in hotel with more variety of vegetarian food.

One of the best and luxury hotel in the land of Maa Jawalaji, but according to the significance of the place most of the devotees from the country comes here, rate is so high which need to be reduce.

In my opinion this is the best hotel at Maa Jawalaji Temple. Well maintained. There is also a restaurant. Preparation is very good. But service is required to be improved little bit.
