Staying here right now (7-May-23) and there is no electricity since the time we checked in at 4 pm (maybe from before that). It’s already dark now and their generator doesn’t work, so all the talk about electric blankets and hot water is useless. TV useless. Zero comfort in the room when no electricity. The only good thing which is the view has been spoilt by these teething issues, and hence the 1-star rating. Bad service.

Perfect location for viewing Kinner Kailash from Kalpa. The electric blankets and continuous supply of hot water makes this a 'luxurious property' in this area.

Beautiful view! Supporting staff, good food, fantastic location. Great choice by Toyota Hilux and event solutions. Special mention to Avinash ji and sahil ji to choose such a lovely property.

An excellent Resort for memorable experience surrounded with beautiful deodar trees and apple orchards, facing to Kinner Kailash with panoramic mountain views. A wonderful place where one gets into the world of heavenly abode and tranquility.

KinnerVilla is located at the best location in Kalpa, Kinnaur. The views are breath taking and there's a very nice trek that starts right behind the hotel.
The rooms are spacious and modern and the staff is quite courteous and warm.

An idyllic spot off the town with excellent views of Kinnaur Kailash. Excellent service. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The view from the top room is awesome. Food in the restaurant is little bland. Apple trees are around the hotel and you call pluck them:)

Great location, one can clearly see Kinnar Kailash from the terrace area.

When there are large groups who take over the kitchen it is difficult to get food quickly for other room guests. It happened with us one big group was there and we waited for nearly an hr to get served.

I have amazing experience staying at the hotel. The view from its Veranda was awesome. It was a mesmerizing experience so far.

The owner and staffs are very friendly and I recommend everyone to spend atleast 2 days in this hotel for the stunning view.

Unparalleled views of Kinner Kailash mountain - experience the sunrise and moon rise over the mountains and do not forget to experience the sunset when the entire Kinner Kailash mountain glows in golden. Ask for the rooms with balcony view to mountain.
The staff is very good and does take very good care

The hotel is located at a beautiful place. SCENIC BEAUTY with a view of Kinner kailash shivling from the hotel. The staff was amazing and the service was great. Choose kinner villa if you want to wake up to a view of mountains covered with snow.

Great location with the view of kinnar kailash peak. Food served was delicious and to our preferences. Very polite and friendly staff.

Highlight of my stay in this hotel is the Apple garden inside the hotel and any guest can roam inside the garden with owners permission. All of the hotel staff are very friendly and the owner of that property is very down to the earth person.

Its was not a good experience as the manager was very arrogant and service was also very poor. I called the kichen at 11: 30 am and asked for tea the person on d other side said this is not the time for tea.

Worst hospitality, worst service, not a hotel they should name it hostel. U cant order tea after 11: 00 because as per them its lunch time so they cant make tea for u. They will deny room service coz their bedsheets are white and they are afraid u will ruin that. Room rent is 3500 per night. Horrible.

Awesome views from this beautiful location. One of the much better accommodations in Kalpa, this place has the potential of being really good if the staff could be trained in housekeeping. Mr. Anil, the manager was always helpful however couldn't help his staff being illiterate in their jobs. With towels, soap, cups missing from the room at various times during our week stay, and with beds not being made after cleaning, housekeeping was a mess. Food was just below average - chicken curry on first night was great, when ordered again, it seemed as if the cleaner had made it rather than the cook because of the awful taste.
Will still say it was a pleasant stay because of the views and the helpful manager. The other places around looked palpably below par anyways.
