Hotel Landmark

Stayed there on 4-6 Jan, 2024.
They have a travel agent named Verma. Don't ever book cab with him, extremely rude person, insulted us over phone 1 day prior to check-in.
Complained about him to the owner Rajiv Agarwal, he also just brushed it aside citing that Verma has been our partner for 15 years and showed us out.
Charging points not working in rooms
Breakfast extremely oily and only average.unprofessional environment overall.

Hotel is near victory tunnel and one can go to Mall Road by lift and is on 6th floor. Food is of good quality but staff is less trained. It is three star hotel. Hospitality is not so good. Rooms are good but toilets do not have exhaust fan.

The hotel is not very awesome in terms of infrastructure. Not well maintained. The rooms are okayish. But the hotel has a strange stink through out.

Rooms need maintenance and cleaning; visited but not taken for the same reason. Also, it says 4 star on online portal (It's Not 4 star)

Good rooms with scenic view.staff and service is extremely good.

Loved food quality, taste and have enough options for breakfast.

It’s 10 to 12 mins walk to reach Mall Road Ridge. I would recommend to all and would visit here again if I visit Shimla.

I wish I could give a zero rating. I stayed they there for one night.
The hotel is in pathetic condition. Rooms are stinking and dirty.
The bed had bugs. Pillows and bedsheet had stains. The walls are in bad shape. It looks like curtains have not been dry cleaned or washed since years.
A lot of maintenance is required. It is an overpriced hotel and as per the prices the standards of the hotel is very poor.
I highly recommend do not stay there.
There are many options in the same price available near the mall road.
Also I would like to mention the reception staff is highly rude and arrogant.they don’t have any courtesy on how to talk to the customers.

Not a good place to stay.firstly it is very far off from ridge. Nearby places are available.good ones. Second very over priced as per the services they provide. I took family suite for 8000 per day. Food is worst. No taste was coming in the food. Dal paneer were tasteless. And the room was stinking of bad odour.space was less.and bathroom were not clean.no window in the room.exhaust not working.when told them abt the bad odour they just came and sprayed room freshner.still it was nt fixed.very bad place to stay.if coming to shimla, consider other hotels as this place is not worth the money guys.this place ruined the trip

This hotel is amazing with room service, with location, nice rooms everything is fine and perfect.near to shimla railway station, and direct access to mall road by the roof of the hotel. Amazing view of shimla from the park next to the hotel.i stayed in family room 4 -5 people can easily adjust in room (one double bed and one double dekar bed). I just loved this hotel.

Very great hotel at This Price & as usual u don't get that much tasty food like others hotel here.

It is such a great place located at starting of the Mall Road. Service is superb and fastest. Food is very delicious and affordable and well represented. Food Menu is vast. Tea is good and feels like home. Visiting second time because first time was great and comfortable.

The room has an excellent view. Courteous staff. The 6th floor of the hotel opens on the mall road.

2 start is for the Room view otherwise not worth at all.
Price is very high for the kind of room and for the food. Food is also not good if you consider price. It's good to have direct access lift to the mall road.

Stayed for 4 D/Ns in monsoon 2021. Had a nice room facing the Annandale side of the ridge.
The hotels location is the best, almost central to the pedestrian east west section of the Shimla Mall, please the internal elevator allows you to directly walk onto the mall.
F&B services were good and prompt. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Such a beautiful hotel. Ample parking space. All staff members are very nice and gentle.
I would definitely love to visit again

Decent hotel away from the crowded hotels of the mall but still having direct connectivity to the mall.

I am traveler and stayed in many Hotels across world. This would be one of worst hotels i have every stayed in because of below reasons

1) Its very overpriced rooms are very small and very tough to check in inspite of prior booking

2) Very Dirty Toilets no Shampoos and no Hair Dryers
3) Very Poor Wifi
4) Most Ugly part is very poor Breakfast and menu is same for all days
5) You ask staff to to give you fresh Omelet they will refuse

Please think twice before you book this Hotel

Strategically located right on the Mall Road. Views from the window are simply breathtaking. Service is very good. And last but not the least, covered parking, a rare facility in Shimla.

This place is for its good for location. There are good views but everything else is subpar.
Breakfast and restaurant is a joke.
Rooms are outdated and laminate flooring is coming off. I didnt find room and bathroom to be the clean.
No ventilation in the room.

I would not stay at this location again.

Booked this hotel on Christmas eve as I wanted to stay near mall road.
Some of the highlights during my stay: -
1. Parking availability within hotel premises (Key reason to book this hotel).
2. Elevator connects you to mall road.
3. Rooms were cleans.
4. Limited menu in breakfast and taste wise okay.

Breakfast is great, staff behaviour is good. Bathrooms are not finished well.in my room (room no. 506) bathroom floor gradient was not good so u wl have ur bathroom flooded all the time if u apparently happens to get this room.

Rest all is good.

Absolutely uncooperative and unapologetic staff and management.
The night staff allows guests to play, scream in common corridor area that disturbs other guests but the management has no resolution to it. They rather want the disturbed guests to get this sorted that too at midnight hours

Superb, they gave me special service on the day when marriage buffet was there. Grateful to Mr trilok
And the cook and staff. They provided me special cooked vegetable and dal. Thanks

Best hotel. I stayed here from 23rd Jan to 26th Jan. Rooms are good. Staff is very good. They help out of the way without expecting extra charges from you. Food is good.

A sub par hotel with nothing standing out except the location. Breakfast was horrible and the entire hotel just feels average at best. But the view of the rooms is amazing. Don't spend money on this hotel if you arnt getting a valley facing room.

Decent hotel. Perfect option for families and friends trip. Staff is humble and helpful. Room service and cleanliness also meets the expectation. Location of the hotel is a major plus point.

Hotel Landmark is very good quality hotel in shimla. Its just next to victory tunnel and well connected with mall road shimla through lift.
