So my experience was good. The rooms have a very nice view and its a good place to stay there with family. Location is best. Service is also nice and fast. I do recommend this

Superb view. Superb food. Good rooms. However heaters provided by room service were not up to the mark.

Don't get fooled by the outside view actually it's like a 3 star hotel from inside with a well hospitality and maintenance and the food in this hotel is also good and I liked it very much

We booked rooms in this hotel from Thomas cook. At first they were charging additional for heaters. Someone from our group went ahead and made a complaint against them. After that we received VIP treatment. Our heater charges were waived off. And if any concern, services were prompt. Buffet food was okayish. Not the best.
Despite all this, I would still recommend this hotel. I felt the services they offered were good for the money we paid.

We went there during the time of December, which is very cold at that time. So u have to pay extra to avail a heater, we paid Rs 800 for two nights for the heater. Nd that too heater ws not available, we had to consistently persue the manager to bring us one. Nd finally at night we got one. Some of my friends didn't even had one heater. Nd I may also emphasize that the temperature were constantly below 0 degree even in day and during night it drops to approx -10. So being opening a hotel in such a cold place they shud provide atleast a heater included. They also didn't have AC in the rooms so that we cud bump up the temperature nd make us feel warm. Nd speaking of the food it ws very okayish, everytime they use to use a gravy nd just change the main ingredient inside it. Making the food same everytime u eat. They don't even provide u with an electric kettle neither a water bottle and that too they don't even have a proper working heater. The only thing they have good is room size and view. Nd i guess if anyone is going to manali he/she may enjoy the view at any place they visit.

The geyser doesn't work half the time, there is waiting to get heater in your room which barely provides any heat, the food is blunt,
In short a waste of money
We stayed her for 2nights and it was an awful experience

Horribly pathetic place to stay when you are on a vacation. The least I expected them is to have a working lift which was not in place, lights in corridor were turned off all the time and had to walk around using mobile torch. In a freezing temp of 1degree, they provided a heat at a cost of 450INR which didnt work the whole night but we were threatened to pay.extremely unhygienic rooms with dirty mats, shabby pillow covers and hairy blankets. A perfect place for where not to stay. Extremely disappointed!

Bad experience.
The view from the hotel and food was good.
Service were very bad, the staffs are very rude and they don't coordinate.
The temperature was in minus degrees and they didn't had enough heaters to provide.
After requesting for a long time we managed to get a few heaters but that wasn't enough, as we had took around 4 rooms and we only got 3 heaters and they charged for the heaters.
Few of my group members got sick because of this.

It's a cool hotel with full time hot water availability. Infrastructure was impressive with attractive garden

Hotel give brilliant service only “ Gujarati “. Not for other religion. It’s my own experience about this hotel.

Positives: are rooms are spacious and food is good. Hot water is available all day. Parking space is available and the view from hotel is mesmerizing.

Negative: are staff's are little arrogant and room heater is charged additionally (RS 400 you have to pay additional for one night).

Hotel is very cleanly maintained and staff are really friendly. Before visiting Manali, lot of people gave very bad review on food available in Manali. But the food provided in the restaurant of this hotel is really very good and of great quality. It had varieties from both South and North India. Views from open top are very good. Bathroom is very clean. Overall we felt like staying at home rather than in a hotel.

Good place for people with their own vehicle. Hotel surrounded by natural beauty and mountains. Far from market place. Good big rooms and good food.

This hotel was a disappointment. It definitely is not 3 star, it's just 2 stars according to me.
* We had 3 rooms booked via MMT as part of our tour package. In one room, the hand shower was leaking since day one and was not fixed at all. They did some jugaad once to get it to stop leaking but it promptly started leaking in a few hours. And by leak I don't mean the occasional dripping, imagine torrents of water just flowing like a river.
* In the second room (mine), the flush itself was not working. Every time we complained, magically it started working before someone came to diagnose the issue. They lied about having a plumber take a look at it and they offered to shift our room on the last night of our stay which didn't make sense so we declined. Later on, when we went to have breakfast and I used the commode there, it had the same issue!
* In both rooms, the liquid soap dispenser was loose and not properly fixed to the wall, one of them was not even working. A simple touch dislodged the dispenser from the wall. On complaining, the manager decided to educate us on how it should be used so that it doesn't come off the wall. Got a free training session, yipee!
* The rooms and toilets have an all wood (dark color) decor which looked quite depressing and not at all cheerful
* Complimentary breakfast was also not at all good compared to other places we stayed at. Very basic and most items tasted bad.
* Location of this hotel is quite far from the city and only 1 or 2 small shops nearby

Poor cleanliness. The poorly made custard made a lot of problems for all the family who were staying there.

Very bad experience out there. Room was not that bad but the cleanliness was very poor. We have stayed in this hotel on 7th and 8th of April 2019. On 8th dinner, they served fruit custard which made lot of problems throughout the journey. On the same day night itself all persons who had consumed that custard vomited several times. Later, we enquired other hotel mates who also having same problem. Moreover, one child who has not consumed custard was not affected. On 9th April all of us had continuous vomiting. 11th night onwards many of us developed profuse loose motion. In short, hotel supplied a plateful of bacteria.

The hotel is good in terms of room amenities and ambience. They serve good food and hotel staff are very friendly and humble.

Very poor room service, no taxi service provided.need to travel too much from there to the city.i will not consider this for the next time

It is the best 3 star hotel ever visited, No hot water provided, impolite staff members, blanket provided after 24 hrs of request, Didnt provide spare keys when needed and charged 800 bucks for just a metal key,
best place to reside in manali if u wanna face same conditions

Worst experience, worst service, worst staff.those who are reading this don't even think of staying here. It will be just waste of your money and time

Food was not good.
Hotel service is not good, no hot water and lift maintenance issue is regular.
Different other charges they have been taken. If you book deluxe room then they give you standard one.
Think twice while book this hotel.

Very bad and arrogant staff.worst food and pathetic service. I made a huge mistake by check-in, i hope who is reading it will not make the same. Owner has very big misunderstanding that the hotel is 3 star. This hotel don't deserve to be 0.3 star hotel.

I've travelled many places but I fall in love with this hotel. Awesome views and amazing location feels like heaven on earth. The location is great. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Delicious food, amazing ambience and great service. Friendly staff ready to help you whenever you need anything. What else anyone can ask for. A perfect stay for your Manali tour. I will surely recommend to each and everyone who is travelling to Manali. A complete package.

Very bad hospitality Not at all co operative Staff of hotel is very rude nait at all good at behaviour food here is okay not that good but it edible bedsheets were not properly organized comforter was not in condition they didn’t even provide extra blanket and privacy is not at all maintained temperature here in manali is -2 to -4 and they don’t even provide hot water tap is leaking. They have misconception that there hotel is 3 star and should be considered by respective authorities. I will recommend not to stay here if you’re in manali to have fun choose some other place and make the most of it

The worst management i had ever experienced.pathetic staff, dont expect anything from staff. They dont cooperate with tourists many of the rooms dont have lock keys and their geaser don't work properly and even dont have spare keys for the rooms. The worst room service. If u want to njoy in manali with peace plzz do not visit here.its just waste of money
