Hotel Mountain Abode

Well one thing to say staff is very cooperative and polite, some time we find this kind of staff who are nice and soft spoken, they are arranging things for driver, the possiyway they can. Big Thanks to staff of this property.

Staff and front office staff very courteous and polite.

The rooms are quite good.
Service is not satisfactory, you wont get orders on time, even if you order near 8: 00PM they will deny your order by saying they are preparing food. (I faced this maybe due to the rush of 31st and 1 new year).
The location is cool, you will see a white mountains in front of your balcony.
I will give 3.5 stars as per my experience.

Good experience hotel called us hours before we arrived and asked whether we needed location of hotel and they are well furnished and clean hotel staff are quite considerate and respectful and you can ask them of details before you start exploring so that you can get an idea of prices around and can reduce your chances of being cheated of your hard earned money

Excellent hospitality by hotel. All the staffs are very helpful. Very well maintained and managing systematic way. They also arranged candle light dinner and it was wonderful. Thanks for the hotel for great memories in manali

Rooms and services are good.
Location is a bit away from Manali but we should choose for the mountain view with snow.

Superb hostility, service and everything and especially sidharth from mountain abode really guided and suggested us all with good info and made our vacation sucessful

Awesome hospitality by Siddharth. He is blowing. Gives you complete insights about all the nearby locations and activities and helps you to book them at a reasonable rates. Rooms are also good and spacious. Come here for a fun loving and enjoyable vacation.

We stayed for 3 days with my family. Staff was very friendly and polite. Food was good. Safe place for families. Nice view from hotel.

Amazing Property with clean, spacious rooms!

Stayed here in June 2022. Very nice property with clean, spacious rooms along with balcony with a good view of mountains. Staff was helpful and polite. Food served was also tasty with good enough variation in the menu.

Worst service and even worse food…dont make the mistake of staying in this hotel…you’ll regret it for sure.staff is very ruse and unresponsive

It's my second trip to manali, kasol with #Tripoholic.and the best out of all things i met here is good staff of this hotel and best in class service they provide.
Suggest you to be here if you wanna watch some awesome views just from balcony. ️

Service was very pathetic.hotel staff was unprofessional.
Food was not good they serve rotten fruits and vegetables. They have only 4-5 staff only and one inexperienced manager.

Hello guys My name raj and which is this whose is name is mountain Abode Manali (HP.) Breakfast Absolutely lower class And diner also. If you see their kitchen too dirty too much and cup plats not clean all over dirty and second one thing is very important you driver us from so far away too the hotal and driver us around there is no washroom for them. And no food, and where to go to get a fresh and one he call us sir we have to be fresh where do we go so manny time we say to come our room. So friends I have only one request from u please don't book this hotal if you want to take care of your health and take care of your driver health Thanku HAPPY JOURNEY

Owner and staff is humble. Service was good.

Gave 3 star bcoz of ventilation problem in room.

2nd one is heater. Only piller heater available with extra charges. Need AC to heater.

So overall problem is about HVAC.

The rooms are well furnished, with hot water facility available in the washrooms, the view is nice from the balcony. The quality of breakfast and dinner provided was good, you will surely enjoy the food. The hotel has free Wifi facility, the room service though nice, can be improved. Overall I would recommend if you have tight budget but also want top quality service.

The Hotel is pretty average in terms of location as well as rooms! The view from Balcony is good. Some staff members are really good and supporting, but the same does not hold for everyone.

Cons:
Food is average
Service quality is poor, you do not get food in the non lunch/dinner hours

We had one particular experience where we had to check out early morning and there was a power cut. No one went and switched on the DG despite repeated requests.

Only reason for 3 stars is because of the quality of rooms and some supportive staff.

Manali a beautiful place and Hotel Mountain Abode is a gift in the lap of nature. In my 3 nights and 4 days stay I didn't find any major issue. Food is pretty good just like home. No parking issue for personal cars as they are having huge parking space for their guests (as you know parking is a big issue in hilly areas, I faced once). Very humble and helping staff from hotel manager to room service and chef all are well-behaved persons who believe in guests satisfaction. Proper hygiene and cleanliness is to be maintained which is a mandatory part post corona time. I recommend to stay at least once in this hotel because it is far away from the hustle bustle and pollution of main market of Manali. Thanks to all the staff of hotel for making my trip special.

Good place to stay but at lowest temperature the hotel does not provide heater (it's chargeable)
Food and services are good view is also nice from hotel rooms.
Overall i would suggest they should provide heater in room cost as because specially in such weather where the temperature is in minus degree don't need to charge extra for that.

Hotel rooms were clean and also staff behavior was so Polite.

The balcony view is fabulous but at the same time it's extremely cold and there is no heater in the room. It is provided only on request and chargeable (rs300 per day). It should be free for their guest.

One more suggestion you can provide two wheelers for rent to the guest so that they can go to mall road on leisure time, as we don't get auto near the hotel which is far away from main roads.

Overall it was well maintained & good!
