Hotel Mountain Face By Snow City Hotels

Where should i start expressing my utmost disappointment.

Well the staffs, no help at all and they don’t know how to host and show hospitality. I chose this hotel based on the reviews and really shocked to see how this place got this much good reviews.

The heaters they provide, everything is broken but they charge 300 per night for that and complain that whole manali is of low voltage and thats the cause.

Even saying the feedback politely to the staff didn’t work, they are not even ready to hear those. Really a very bad experience for my family

To be honest, hotel is okay okay, we stayed here for 4 days, location is not good it's far from Mall road and you will not get cab or auto easily, rooms are okay but the food was not good at all.we were use to eat outside only. I paid 3k per night, but you will get better option in this price.

I had a fantastic stay Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the location was perfect for accessing the nearby ski slopes. Highly recommended! "

The staffs were very decent and helpful and great hospitality. There were lot of options for food and they were indeed very delicious.they also help in arranging cabs from the hotel if required. Hello, first of all this is not a hotel but a guest house and its location is very bad. The behavior of the staff is very bad. The food is okay. The service is very poor.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel, and I cannot express enough how truly exceptional my experience was. From the moment I arrived until the moment I departed, every aspect of my stay was nothing short of perfection.

The experience at this hotel was good. Had booked this stay for about 2 weeks for Workation. The view of snow capped mountains from the balcony is breathtaking. The staffs were very decent and helpful and great hospitality. There were lot of options for food and they were indeed very delicious. There are bike rentals nearby which would be helpful to travel. And they also help in arranging cabs from the hotel if required. Enjoyed the stay here and would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I stayed here for 3 days with my wife and two little daughters. The room was very pleasant. It was clean and cozy with a beautiful mountain view and private balcony. Great location and the best thing about the hotel is the service they provide. Food was really good. Every day I ordered my dinner from hotel only. Every single staff member is so helpful, they are ready to provide any kind of service or support you require. Mr Balwant is such a nice person. When you are in hospitality business, you need people like Balwant ji to grow in your business and create great customer experience. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Manali.

Location is a bit far from the city centre, which has both it's pros and cons, if you plan to prebook your cabs the night before so that it can arrive early morning at the hotel then this will be great, if you want to spot book any cab it takes more than an hour for any cab to reach this hotel.
That's the only issue i faced and everything else is top notch.if you book the deluxe room you get the view you will not ever forget,
I just loved having coffee sitting in the balcony enjoying the chilly breeze and exhilarating snow caps in front based on the green alpines under which are the different coloured homes and that soothing noise from the manali city.
Even the night view is awesome and the hotel is surrounded by apple orchard which is a good to have add on, i have enjoyed a peaceful morning walk in the orchard
The bonfire at night in the back garden is great to have a social connection with people who visit the hotel.

I have stayed over here for three days. It is situated away from Manali hustle bustle and have lots of Apple orchids.
Hotel staff are very Courteous, you just have to tell them what you need they will surely help in the best way they can. Specially I would like to thank Mr. Balwant ji, Mr. Maninder and Mr. Abhishek.
Best part is, all of this you get in your budget.

Excellent staff. Very polite and helpful. Mr Thakur, the manager, was very pleasant. Made my stay in Manali all the better. Guided me with all the information I needed to explore the town. Would love to stay here again in the future.

It was really good stay at this property. View from this hotel is amazing. Rooms are pretty clean and big enough. Staffs are good and cooperative. Would recommend this hotel to others. Only disadvantage is this hotel is little far from mall road. You have to take auto or cab to reach mall road, heart of the city.

Great view from balcony & room. Nice location, professional staff behaviour, 3.7 km from Mall road, bonfire arrangements available. Rooms clean & spacious.

We took mountain facing view. The stay and overall experience was very good. Hotel is away from city noise and traffic. Food and hospitality was top notch. Recommended for family stays.

Stayed here for 2 days and again for 1 day

It's the 5th time I have visited this hotel. Qualities:
1. Best Location - Away from Manali hustle bustle and have Apple orchids. Ate apples just plucking it from their own Orchids.
2. Courteous staff - Hotel staff are very Courteous, you just have to tell them what you need they will surely help in the best way they can.
3. Food - Find is kind if ok, but I have eaten food at different restaurants in Manali and found better taste here.
4. Budget friendly - Best part is, all of this you get in your budget.

Beautiful view with the best hotel rooms in Manali but just a bit far from Manali Market. It's near Prini and gives the best services.

We booked through Airbnb for 950 rs and really the hotel and the view and the location and the point was just amazing it was really a great experience i loved the stay there were apple garden just opposite and also you can view the complete manali from the balcony
. Great ambiance and the service guy was also good. Mall road is nearby to this place you can take a locat bus to Mall road which will cost 10 bucks and auto will charge 150 buck. Good place

We stayed here for 3 days, nice clean rooms. Washrooms are clean, staff ia friendly. Overall a nice place to stay. Auto will take 100 rs to take you to the mall road. Frequency of autos are also good.
Regarding food, you can try cafe manali 24*7 which is just a min distance from this hotel.
Overall some amazing apple orchids view from here.

It was an awesome experience staying here. We stayed in corner room with side mountain views for 3 days. Food is too good. Hospitality is also good.

This hotel is a bit away from the main mall road area which makes it peaceful. There are apple orchards seen from outside the window. Rooms are good for the price they offer and the limited service is fast as well. Continuous hot water supply makes it really convenient.
