No food infection to family sfter taking meal for 3 days at stretch.
Drivers are given free meals 3 times. Parking available.

Very good and clean rooms, they are arranging if taxi service is needed for a fair price, food is very tasty and healthy too. Totally, we enjoyed our stay and food at hotel nataraj

Worst location to visit ever the staffs were worst in behaviour and welcoming the customers. For room service they didn’t pick up the calls and if they do the behaviour was worst, the hotel was closed in under maintenance when we checked in the room on 22 June 2023 inside the room we found the machines the rooms wasn’t clean too there curtains were torn too all the reviews which people are showing down there like 5 stars all are paid or their workers there don’t believe them and do not visit that hotel ever i am attaching some photos down there of the hotel check those and yeah the doors were broken too some rooms didn’t even have a fan and all hotels didn’t have the AC too

This hotel is located on the main road, their food is good, at times it becomes too crowded and service becomes bit slow, but overall nice restaurant to have south Indian breakfast, lunch and dinner.

If you are looking for proper Veg restaurant that also serves Jain Food in Manali. You must come. Rates are very decent and food is super delicious.

We were eagerly Looking for some south Indian food After having "Pahaadon ki Maggi" During our Entire trip. Literally Satisfied with Pongal, Upma, Uddin vade and Coffee. And What amazed us is that all South Indian food was reasonably priced.

Went there for dinner in Udupi restaurant, food was amazing. My main issue was waiting system. Firstly my family was waiting along with other families, few of them seems to be regular customers. Suddenly one tempo traveler came n they grab the table straight away, neither manager or there any staff raised an issue. In fact manager was looking us weirdly when we escalated same to manager, it was more like they pay commissions to transporters to stop there buses at there restaurant.
My request is to higher authorities that they should organize a proper system for waiting otherwise they will loose there customers in long run.

जैन बंधु की नटराज होटल बहुत ही शानदार होटल है, शुद्ध शाकाहारी भोजन के साथ ही होटल में ही बने छोटे से जैन चैत्यालय में दर्शन करने का लाभ यहाँ जैन धर्मावलंबियों को मिल जाता है, यह बहुत ही खुशी की बात है। हम सपरिवार 17 मई से 20 मई तक होटल में ठहरे थे, शुद्ध जैन भोजन में केले के पराठे खाने का सौभाग्य भी हमे प्राप्त हुआ। होटल के मालिक से लेकर सभी स्टाफ के सदस्य बहुत ही अच्छे है। जैन बन्धुओं को इसी होटल में ठहरना चाहिए।

Located across the Beas on the outskirts of Manali. The staff wasn't professional, bit rude while we negotiated for a room which we didn't get.

Been to manali many times and stayed i so many hotels.this time i was with my family.they ruined our trip.they were so arrogant specially receptionist.avoiding for everything.used bed sheet also. For order placement they take about and hour and served us cold food.big NOOOOO to this hotel

Best hotel in Bilaspur. They have best cooks. Ordered poha and veg. Sandwiches for breakfast. This was best breakfast i had in Bilaspur. Rooms are also good.

We just had dinner at their restaurant. We tried South Indian food, it was not bad. Customer service should be improved. Servers are not very friendly

The food is amazing. Ate Dosa, Upma and the very special Amritsari Chole Kulche. Me n my friend stayed for a month near Manali and should we say, the food here was among the best we have eaten. The quantity is low though.

Keeping Bhagwan Mahvir statue and Namaskar Mantra and doing all kinds of frauds and saying all kinds of lies. What an Irony.

Visited there for Udupi restaurant, it was full so they told us to wait.
But, their waiting management is not proper. We and an old age couple was waiting, a few people came in and occupied the free table.
So, make sure to observe as they don't take care of their customers.

But, when we tried their dosa it was excellent (must try), for which I increased their star rating from 2 to 4.

The location and view is good. The service is also good. The only minus point is room interior which is old rest everything is good. Pure Veg food nice breakfast.

We the group of 11 members stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days and yes we can definitely say that Hotel natraj is a perfect place to stay in Manali. It is close to the center. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Food was excellent and incredibly varied and it's pure vegetarian. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed us the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Hotel NAatraj again. The price performance ratio is very good.

They charge double for water bottle costing Rs. 20 when even 3 - 5 star resorts where we stayed charged at MRP and when we questioned this practice they cite supreme court where they infact said hotels and restaurants have to charge MRP only. Very very bad attitude towards tourists.

If you like South Indian food. It's a great place to enjoy Udupi style rice, dosa and other south Indian dishes.

Avoid taking south Indian thali as they don't provide poori and it's a criminal waste if you are wanting south Indian thali.

Visitors have given best reviews of hotel nataraj rooms, service, location and staff. Few one page reviews attached. Udupi restaurant attached to hotel natraj has good decor in wood. Had lunch, meals are delicious and tasty.

A life saver for South indians. Fantastic place. Serves almost authentic South Indian dosa, idly and meals. They have mutil cuisne too. I was on 10 day trip with family and small kids. Was fed up of restaurent food. Finally found some stomach comforting food

Regarding issue of fake photos at MMT.
I booked room in Hotel Natraj Rangri Manali. But photos which were shown during booking was totally different from the actual room provided to me. Instead of King bed there is two single bed attached (Photo Enclosed). No Ceiling Fan but shown in Photo. Sofa is totally different than photo. (photo enclosed). Water is soo much dirty and dust particles dissolved in the water bcs of that dust i can not take bath and wash my face (Photo enclosed). Even after telling them about room no help from staff and they are saying that u have only this option. All the materials are very dirty and very old like 10-15 years old. No arrangement for driver's rest. First they are saying that there is Dormatry for drivers but after one second they said no dormatry is closed 3 years back. After asking with local staff it is known that they do not provide driver arrangement for online booking like Makemytrip. No Lift in the Hotel. In Application they say Mountain/hill view but actually the street view. When i complain about room to the hotel staff then they are saying Sir room is just for night u just sleep only what to do with amenities. When i complain to MMT then Sachin Singh customer care executive call to owner of hotel and he is saying that nothing is happened. Owner also lying and saying that Customer did not inform to the reception about hotel I considered MMT is a good provider for room and tour and i believe on MMT but this tym my believe is just vanished like anything. If u want to do that MMT customers beleive on mmt then please do necessary action against this Hotel so that they can not make fool of MMT customers no longer. I enclosed all the photos both type first two photos which are shown in App during booking and others are the photos of actual room which was provided to me.

The taste of food was really good. As I'm an South Indian it was upto my expectations and the quality was also good. Hotel location is also easily accessible from the bus stop. And the price is also reasonable.

Food is very awesome, if someone is missing South Indian food. Then this place is must. I didn't stayed but understand owner is Jain hence they serve Jain food as well. They even support and provide chovihar facility who don't eat after sunset. They even do jain Pooja daily in hotel.

We enjoyed lunch at the place. During our stay in manali, the only place we liked was food. We ordered masala khichadi, mushroom pizza and masala dosa. All were very good in taste. There is some waiting time for the food preparations.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 night's. Our stay was so comfortable with amazing food and great location. The staff are responsible and responsive. My toddler enjoyed a lot at the hotel thanks to Natraj hotel team. Undoubtedly, it is the best for vegetarians.

I stayed in hotel Natraj for Four Days.it was superb staying there. The best part is, it is pure veg restaurant so for Jain's and pure veg. Eating people it's the best place.also the food they serve is superb.with all humble staff.also thanks to Mr. Anandji for taking extra care of us.

The reason for giving them 5 stars is because:

1. They served good south Indian food at decent price in Manali which felt like the rarest thing that could happen after staying weeks in shimla and then Manali.

2. They managed to give good service with guests swarming over the place. There were guests waiting outside and the waiters still serve happily running around the 2 restaurant and for room service.

3. We were planning to stay at reduced price by not taking any breakfast or dinner package but just while booking finally, we did speak to them and took the package and it was all worth it.
The package had breakfast and dinner included for 2 for an additional amount of INR 600/- with enough variety.

All in all a thumbs up.

The only down point is that the internet is stmbly which is the case all over Manali

Pathetic experience. Extremely slow service. I booked a room with Balcony but there were no chairs provided which means I eventually stayed in low category room by paying for higher category. Staff won't entertain your requirements.
When you order from room service, you will be charged extra 10% for no reason.
Laundry rates are also misguiding.
They will ask for more money at check out.
Packaged Food provided in room service was expired.
The owner is very rude, he does not respect the guests. Please don't fall for images and amenities mentioned those are just the place holders. Go for better options available.

Went to udupi resturant, known for best South Indian food. Good ambiance.but services could have been better.

Hotel is too good. And is totally pure veg, no non veg. Here all jain food items are available and well sitting.

Great staff and excellent food specially south Indian food satisfied my taste buds very well. Pocket friendly as well.

नटराज होटल मनाली में 3 दिन तक परिवार के साथ वीक एंड एंजॉय करने का प्लान बनाया । बहुत अच्छा अनुभव रहा । पूर्वमुखी नटराज होटल पर प्रातः काल जब सूर्य नारायण की रश्मियां पड़ती है तो एक अद्भुत दृश्य बनता है । होटल का स्वच्छ कैंपस, स्टाफ मेंबर्स का विनम्रतापूर्ण व्यवहार, शुद्ध शाकाहारी एवम अत्यंत स्वादिष्ट घर जैसा भोजन, ये सब एक कभी न भूलने वाला अनुभव रहा । होटल के अंदर ही जैन तीर्थंकर भगवान महावीर के दर्शन भी सुखद अनुभव रहा । जब भी मनाली आए तो होटल नटराज में ही ठहरना पसंद करेंगे ।

We went here to have lunch and dinner. I must say the food was amazing, they really focus on taste, the service was great. A must try place when you’re in manali.

It is not “UDIPI” fake hotel. “please ignore this hotel if you want good food”. Too expensive and not at all tasty. Ordered deluxe thali which is the best from hotel itseems but it doesn’t taste good at all.left the food as it is please refer to the pic. We have asked why the food is without salt and all they said we have given the salt to add how u wish like never seen this type of reaction. Being south indian i will not suggest this hotel to any one.

We booked some other hotel online before the arrival to Manali. But for food we checkedout different places and one of them was this Hotel ' Hotel Natraj'. Trust me we were in Manali for 3-4 days nd we had our meals from here only! Food was delicious with superb hygiene and wonderful staff. I loved this place.

Food is tasty and some items are like proper south Indian which is hard to find in these areas.

A great property, on the highway and 2 km before the mall road. The food was delicious, you can get very tasty Jain food too. There is a Small Jain Derasar on the ground floor. The hotel staff is very cooperative, due to our flight delay we weren't going to reach on time for dinner so we asked to convert our dinner to next days lunch and they did that as we informed them well before that it won't be possible for us to reach there as we would be reaching very late after midnight. While leaving towards Leh we had asked for packed lunch, which was well packed and tasty and stayed good even after some 4 5 hours.

Good Hotel to stay with excellent Restaurant especially with south Indian cuisines. My family loved our stay here. Very good breakfast buffet. Loved the biryani here.

Hotel Natraj is a fair hotel. It is pure veg so non-vegetarians may get a bit uncomfortable. Rooms are clean. Good view from balcony. It has a restaurant too which serves good food. It's on highway. It is 2km from city-centre. They have parking space.

I will love to stay here again.

Room are ok, but view from super deluxe is nice with river and snow mountain. It has a small Jain temple in the property. Food is good and specially Jain food is available.
