Hotel New Kenilworth International

Very bad experience from this hotel. We visited here during February when it was very cold but they did not provide us with any heater and also the service were very poor and during night hours the staffs tried to peek into ladies room and they were heavily drunk. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms service too late.pillow covers dirty, towels are so dirty. Staff is rude when we told him to change the black dirty towel rather than changing it he bring ten towels in front of us and told we have only this in our stock sorry. Total money waste.

A hotel which considers bathroom without light as normal. "Aisa hi chalega". Even after repeated complaints this is what they said. Very poor room service and arrogant staffs.

Poor room service, no room heater in a place like manali, no water heater facility, no response from reception at all after 9pm

Worst rooms worst service after the receptionist even asked me to wash my glass myself when asked for new glasses. The rooms were also also very bad. When I complained about the washroom leakage they said that you don't have to take a bath on that side of the bathroom.

Rude and horrible service. Response to any request took atleast 2 hours. We had to wait for hours to check in. Then quilts and blankets took 2 hours to reach us. Geyser wasn't working. Used utensils from previous customers was present in the room. Rude manager and pathetic room service

Great hotel with poor service. Not enough blankets and for room heaters additional money should be given.

It looks great from outside till reception and corridor.but It's one of the WORST HOTEL from inside.no servicing done properly. DAMPED WALLS, POOR SEWAGE SYSTEM, DIRTY CURTAINS, DIRTY CARPETS AND SOFAS. No proper light in BATHROOM, SWITCHES ARE BROKEN.never ever come to this hotel. WWWOOOORRRSSSTTT.

It is a international hotel, room decoration are very good, service are average, location is good, water supply is average, electricity is verry poor.

Hotel Rooms are fine, and family rooms are also there, and price is also fine. The food is not so delicious and price is high.

Very average place. Somehow stuck in 90s.the amenities are old and rundown. Have hot water and location is ok too.

Hotel is big. But facilities is note like good in this hotel and lots of hustle bustle area.not recommended any one

One of the wrost hotel in manali. Manager to owner all are very rude. They not bother to help. Pathetic service. Don't go there ever.

Ambience was not good, maximum items mentioned in menu are not available and taste was also ok ok. Also the tv in the room was out of the window. However very close to Mall road and for travelling Rohtang and hadimba temple.

There is severage treatment plant behind the hotel, so the hotel rooms and area of back side is smell very badly

It's very well maintained and I really their staff who work in this hotel. And all facilities are available.

No temperature control facilities in the room. No high quality blankets.you will die if go there in a winter night.

People who needs even a dash of luxury or comfort, please skip this hotel. Give it a pass. Serious maintenance issues. In one room the fan was not working and in bathroom was leaking in other. Sofa was dirty and dripping wet. As this was not enough they refused room service and told us at 10pm that we can't order in restaurant. We can only have buffet. They shamelessly directed us to a near by hotel Piccadilly if we wanted to have good food. Don't go for the photos of the hotel posted by hotel on travel portal. The parking was reeking of urine.

We did go there and had a great dinner & hospitality.

Very very bad place.
Really took wrong step to book it online.
Booked 2 rooms.
One was ok in size the other one was small.
But to my surprise i found out that there was a sewerage pipe near the hotel.
All night i could not sleep due to the smell in rooms. I phoned the reception but they werent ready to help out. I spent the night in the smell but in early morning went to Hotel Shivalik which was very good. I strongly strongly recommend everyone not to go to Kenilworth hotel unless you like to live in the smell of sewerage. Please dont go for their prices. I wont live there even for free.

Hotel without good electric, I can't charge my phone here. Hot water not working properly and in 11 pm all the electric will shutdown. Food is not good. I can't believe if it's international hotel. Only veg food. Poor of me. No lift.

Very nice hotel and specially the rooms were worth mentioning. But in comparison to its outside, the bathrooms need attention.

No electricity, no water supply and poor room service. I booked it from Make my Trip and had very bad experience in this hotel rest breakfast buffet was good. Lazy room service I ordered 2 cups of tea and they brought one cup and that after 45 min. In the morning there was no water supply and when asked they said water tank is empty and they have called mechanic to repair generator and after generator is repaired only then they will be able to supply water. For 2 days electricity was not their in the hotel and we were not able charge our phone.
