I have attended many functions at this place, ample parking with amazing food makes the place desirable. Totally recommended

Poor service, ordered food and had to wait 45 mins and that too wrong order supply. Waste of time and money.

An excellent place for a quiet dinner on the terrace. The ambience is very soothing, and the views are pleasing too, provided there are no clouds.

Food: the quality of food is startlingly good. We had ordered Rajwaadi Mutton with some tandoori Rotis. These guys took an uncomfortably long time to prepare it, but all our complaints vanished in an instant when we tasted the Mutton. It was mouth watering, neither too raw nor too much cooked. The thick gravy was extremely rich in flavour, and this dish, coupled with crisp Tandoori Roti made it and unmissable combination.

Service: definitely can be faster and more informed. Some waiters are well aware, whilst others we found to be short on knowledge about the menu items.

Ambience, staff, food all were on top notch. It's a decent place in solan with amazing terrace cafe. Would love to visit again.

It is a decent fine dining experience in the heart of Solan. The quality of food and services are really nice. The staff is also very pleasent and helpful. They have parking space as well.

1 star for the service, the food and the cleanliness. Lacks professionalism especially the receptionist (the older one, fair skinned) talks loosely about anything and has no respect for a customer's privacy. One of the waiters (new one) here thinks it's his dharma to serve a woman like me and does not stop telling me about his singlehood. The food is either too oily or unhygienic. I got a hair in my complementary biscuits once. Why even complimentary
Too many men put together who neither are competent professionally nor morally. Why is this place still going? Needs a staff change.

I went there during my exam. I especially want to thank the owner of this hotel who made us even more comfortable during our stay. He was so humble and cooperative. Staff was so nice and calm and took care of us in more relevant ways.

Having very good space and there is no problem of parking. Moreover the the staff is very particular about his or her duties.

Food is good.staff is good.but the room is not worth! Room was so untidy the blanket was not clean.bed sheet was with hair! Tv channels were not subscribed huh. This was the only problem else everything was fine

Ambiance is Ousum. Food is Delicious. But Service is Slow and Not Up to Mark. They have to Improve This.

One of the best places to stay at Solan. The staff members are very cooperative, and the charges are reasonable. The jannat terrace is the main attraction of Hotel paragon palace.

Third class food and very hopeless staff when we complained about the service to the manager not a satisfactory response in fact he held us responsible for the bad service no waiter was present near the table. The service of chapattis was very late and dal ordered in running order was served after about half an hour when most of my guests were about to leave half heartedly and having about half their diet.

Please note that bartender they will cheat you by serving diluted whiskey.even waiter will argue with you if you complain that he responded tht it not paragon who make bottle. Surprised that they get pure after 5 pack. I know they difference. I Sincerely request management to look into that case seriously. Provide what you pay u for if cannot than increase the price at least serve

Nice place and at very starting of solan.
They are having there separate parking also.
Terrace restaurant is having the great view of mountains.

Decent set up. Above average food. Quantity is quite good and any gravy dish can suffice for 3 people easily.

Hotel hosts all the weddings and other parties of the cities including fresher and farewell parties of the college's and universities. Reasonable prices and they also offer budget accommodations for students. Good hospitality.

Easily accessible on mall road. Parking available. Gud food. Best for weekends. Open terrace for private parties.

Such a great place to make your day memorable. Hygiene place and so peaceful. Awesome taste of the food with reasonable prices. Would love to come again.

Hello good afternoon friend, nice place for parti and nice view's and nice service and nice rooms

Worst hotel I ever stayed. After ordering for dinner, I waited for 1 hour and then called reception. No one picked intercom for 10 minutes. When asked, I was told that they had forgotten the order as they were busy with other guests. Ultimately, I went out for dinner at 11 pm. Disgusting. Rooms are also very unhygienic. Smell like septic tank.

Easily accessible to all the places of Solan and it's just 10 minutes walk from the bus stand. The ambience and food is good

- if I sum up I like this place but my main concern is food. If they improve the quality of their food then it's just a perfect place to do parties and casual lunch dinner as well.

Good place for a family dinner or a get-together. The staff Is very professional and polite (except one girl). The food was good. 3 stars only because of the waitress who we tipped rs 70 after we cleared our bill and in return she had the audacity to say loudly that it is only 70 (in hindi). What was she expecting 700.

Very bad experience. Staff behaviour is rude. Our room were changed when we were not present at the hotel. They gave us a costlier room which was not at all worth the price.
We had booked the stay for 4-5 days but hotel staff forcibly changed our room very next day that too when we weren't present at the hotel. Reason was, one big shot had booked entire hotel for some marriage guest's. This was not bought to our notice when we had checked in.

Not that warm in winters, no heating facility. They have got just one heater for the whole restraunt which only has 2 metre long wire.you need to go to heater it never comes to you:)

The food and service was good however it was specifically mentioned by us several times to put less spice suggestion is for the chiefs to be specific about the customer demand

This is a great place to rest and eat while you are on the way to Shimla, it’s a great place located at centre of the solan city, but the services are damn poor

I can say.it was the Best Restaurant in Solan for Family parties and.having Lunch or dinner with families or else friend.

Very careless staff. Dump their wastage on the street opposite to the hotel.the wastage is dumped near the dustbin, not in it.
