Their hospitality service is really nice and the food served was delicious and healthy, but was a bit pricy. Otherwise we had a good stay.

I have stayed in this hotel 2 times. My experience is great in all aspects.good food, prompt services, supportive, friendly & courteous staff, spacious rooms, neat & clean beds, good location with good scenic view from room balcony.

It was very nice and beautiful experience with the president hotel. Staff is really hardworking and helpful everytime specially (Anil) every time he serve us always he had smile in his face. Even Security guard was very helpful even @3am night we all were exhausted and trying to reach reception via call but they were already asleep so security guard came with water bottel, which was really nice gesture. Location is very beautiful if we talk about food we had main course buffet price was 250₹ per person and and taste was like worth of 5000₹. We really enjoy our new year without any hassell definitely going to book again if i get chance to visit Dalhousie again.

Room and bathroom are very neat and clean. Food quality is excellent. Room service is very very good. 5 min Walking distance to mall road (Gandhi chowk).

We stayed 2 nights here and our entire stay was excellent. Hotel was really clean, I was really impressed how good the hotel services were! Entire staff made sure that we are comfortable. Food was super delicious, they even cooked Gujarati food for us. Management was thoughtful. We enjoyed bonfire with nice Dalhousie view at night. Sonu Sharma is really energetic, helpful and friendly. He never said no to any of our requests. I highly recommend this hotel.

Service of the hotel was awesome as well as quick, mainly the staff here which was very polite. Sonu Sharma, who was attending us was really great. He made our stay really beautifull by his services. Rooms were neat and clean. I faced no problem here at all.

This is the best place to stay in Dalhousie. It is hardly 2 min walk away from main Gandhi Chowk and it has lift facility also to keep you away from exertion of climbing the stairs. The place has amazing room service and best thing was the view from the room. This hotel has very spacious rooms with awesome views. It was my first trip with my 6 month old baby and we must say we got the best deal in Dalhousie. The hotel staff was very polite and professional.

Nice rooms but they should beautify their terrace. Food quality is not good. Breakfast buffet had only three items and the taste was also not good. It was ok for time pass stay for a night.you can say that Unchi Dukaan Feeka Pakwaan!

Nice hotel with a awesome view of mountains. Hotel has 3 floors with a restaurant and free wifi access for all tourists. Food was really good. Hotel is near to main market i.e at a walkable distance. Hotel staff and manager are really cooperative and friendly. Loved the hospitality, food, ambience, mountain view, cold climate.

Extremely poor wifi service. Bathrooms were also not well equipped (had problems with hot water). Parking is another issue. Though room service was quite good

The best destination is President Hotel, Dalhousie.

All the service are excellent and most interesting thing is rooms are so well. I think rooms a not good but i was wrong. When u come i really feel like home. All staff are friendly and polite. If i get a chance come here, I definitely visit here.

It was one of the Best stays I had it with My family, Service was superb, food too good, proper guidance, We enjoyed the stay, well trained staff, always smiling and courteous,

We had done hotel booking a months ago. We booked 3 rooms at a time but at time of actual show all three rooms are on different floor. 1 room was stinking and can't even sit into the room. Please note that this hotel doesn't have heater facility. You will have to pay extra for portable heaters. Also note that this hotel doesn't have any vally view.
My stay in hotel was ok but I will not recommend anyone this hotel. (Time of visit Dec 2019)

Worst experience, no proper maintainence, arrogant staff, seems they don't need customers, no manners how to talk with guests, feeling bad for staying there. No proper heater nor electricity provided.

Had a stay here in month of June. It was a pleasent stay. The rooms are really big in size. They have maintained the room quality except the last floor as it stinks a lot. The first two floor rooms are really nice. Food is not that good in taste and quality. It was oily. The quality of rooms is good for a Two star property. Location is nice as it's 5 mins walking from Gandhi chowk, Mall road. Sorry for the late review but good for Budget travellers.
