Worst hotel ever stay. I booked their luxury room with balcony. Thats the top room in this hotel. They are provided used linens, stained towels. No toiletries. When we demanded then they give 2,3 soap pieces even know which companies soap is that. Room full of dust. No mineral water. Just gave some water in a bottle. Staffs are also behave like If u wanna stay here ok no issue. U don't like the hotel then u can go. No hospitality. Hotel management give incharge to 2 boys. They are not bothered about guest are happy or not. If u pay 2000 for a room no one will get 500 rupees service.

Location was just awesome. The view from the room's balcony was mind blowing. The staff is cooperative and is polite. Rooms have huge space and they are clean and hygienic. Food tastes sooo good. Also this hotel is budget- friendly. You should definitely visit this hotel atleast once.

Pathetic hotel, don't waste your money. No ethics, no respect for the guests. My Jeep/ Thar had multiple punctures due to broken whiskey bottles in the parking. There was no mamager but a 20+ years boy looking after.proceedings.

Service is not good. No one available in reception area. If you want anything they will answer no. Room service is very poor. Staff is not cooperative. My experience is not good.

We reached the destination at night, it's really far from kufri in a deserted place. Really felt like a spooky place

Best ever hotel I had saw.my personal opinion uhh must have to visit once U loved the view.also management is too good including fooding staying all good.friendly behavior of receptionist.all services are well and fine.

Horrible experience absolutely rude staff. On arrival there was no power supply and no backup supply. No amenities as given in their hotel facilities were provided, everything had to be asked for. The owner was rude and threatening. Dirty linen was provided in the rooms and overall the experience was pathetic. The owners just fleece you of your hard earned money, and this hotel needs to be reported. We were in half mind to call the police.

The guy is Abusive. I called someone Pankaj Mehta andhe abused me on call.
I made a booking on Booking.com and when i asked about booking he said i am not doing booking take the room from Booking.com

Very unprofessional, owner is very rude. They took 2000bugs in advance and we reached littke early, he did not entertained us. Very pathetic.

Hotel stay was good, right kind of environment, piece, clean rooms.overall facility provided by hotel is good.

Property location very good, comfortable & clean rooms with a great view from balcony, service is not up to the mark, needs improvement.

The worst hotel i have ever been to. The owner was very rude, very greedy, no ethics. He just cancelled my booking without any intimation just because someone has paid more money to him. When we ask to give room as per booking, he clearly denied and threatened us. I have never seen this king of behaviour anywhere, and that is also directly from hotel owner.

The hotel canceled my online booking without any notice and the manager, Mr. Pankaj Mehta is the most impolite and abusive person working in such an industry.

Room is good all staff is polite and well behaved visit must.the most attractive thing is the smile of the staff is very genuine.

Pathetic Money Minded Bad services
The owner is a very greedy person, he only thinks about money. We haven't come across such a egotic person in our travel history so far. Never ever book this Hotel in life.

If there would have been a negative ratings in the reviews section i wouldn't have a double thought on it.

The worst and the most pathetic experience I had in any hotel in my 15+ years of travel history. The owner is a ego maniac and a extremely rude person. He gave my reserved room to some other guest. He messaged me to call otherwise he may give the room to someone else. I immediately called and he did pick up. When I arrived he wanted me to take a more expensive room than what I had booke dquoting me he gave my room to someone else. And that too without intimatimg me. Such a greedy person. I can literally swear on this person but do not want to dirty profile. Never ever book this property.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money.
The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers.

They provided us pillows which are wet and they Also Dont have Blankets.
They lights in the room stopped working.
And it's just been one hour and a loads of complaints.

No Geysers in Any room. They have some idiotic boiler System.

Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge.

The owner here Pankaj Mehta has managed everything properly and their food quality and taste is very good and the rooms are also very good.

The illetrate person at the reception took advance money and then denied check in, dint give the booking amount back. Abused threatened misbehaved with the female guests. Please dont book this hotel. Its not at all safe.

Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Epitome of unethical and rude behaviour.
The worst experience we have ever had was here. Our room was allocated to someone else and we were asked to book higher priced room in the mid night. The owner just looks for money and no value to the customers. At midnight we had no choice but to book expensive room. But this room was in a very bad condition. Smelly badsheet, dirty towells.

I would never recommend this place to anyone.

It was an amazing hotel with the beautiful view and the snow fall.
Very homely with excellent food.
Power back up will be installed next week and food pricing abit on the higher side

Horrible experience! Facilities mentioned by them are not available. They say cards accepted however they asked for cash. GST was charged but no bill was given at the time of check out.we reminded them twice but no response. Extra charges for heater which is the basic necessity in the month of January. Rooms were not cleaned properly, no toiletries, pot was dirty with cigarette’s ash.decision to stay in this hotel was one big disaster of my holiday. My suggestion is that don’t go for this hotel otherwise you will be disappointed.
