Hotel Sagar View

We stayed in this hotel 'Hotel Sagar View' Barsar for our sister's wedding and our experience was extremely Bad. The hospitality of the hotel is pathetic. Food was not available in time as per the decided menu. We were served the last night food of some other wedding in breakfast. Staff is not sufficient to meet the needs of the guests. Services are delayed. The manager and the owner are extremely rude, they do not behave well with the guests. Even after informing the manager four times to get the rooms ready before our arrival to the hotel, used Condoms were found in the rooms as soon as we checked in.
When my sister dropped an honest review about the hotel, instead of apologising for the inconvenience caused to us, the owner called her 'Cheapest Person' (You may check on the review portal of the hotel). Such language was not expected to be used by the people of Hospitality Industry. The owner should aplogise with immediate effect. They are highly unprofessional and have no etiquette of Hospitality Industry.

Disappointing Experience

I recently stayed at hotel Sagar view that left much to be desired. The overall experience was subpar, earning it a zero-star rating. The rooms were far from clean, with noticeable hygiene issues. The staff's attitude was disappointing, lacking the courtesy and professionalism one expects. The food served was stale, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I'm from Delhi I came to visit Himachal, we stayed at Hotel Sagar View Hotel, it was very good, the staff there was very good, the rooms of the hotel were very good, the food was very good. Superb menegmant with lots of knowledge. Please do visit here.

I from Hariyana I came to my sister's wedding and we liked the hotel we had booked. The decoration was good, the food was good, the rooms were also good, the cleaning was good and the hotel staff was good. The whole family liked it very much please everyone visit this hotel

It's very amazing trip for my life I'm from in Jaipur this very amazing trip all staff and owner nature was to much gud and all hotel decoration and room preparation was very amazing and breakfast lunch dinner was very tasty all type food was hare in this hotel my all frds enjoy this trip I'm satisfied I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

We thought to have lunch here while coming back from Baba Balak Nath Temple. Bad decision. Felt unattended, They serve very small quantities as compared to prices. Tables are decorated as if we are entering 5 star restaurant but i guess any other road side dhaba would have given us better service and attention. The worst part came when we were having our lunch and a waitress came in between asking if we wanted our bill. They don’t even have basic ethics to serve a customer, On other side there was a couple waiting to order their food but two of the waitresses were arguing with each other that the other should go and attend them. Our bill came 940, we handed them 1000 and the change came 50. I guess they are making their tip themselves.

Poor customer care service and never care about your time and emotions if you are going for pilgrimage.

The quality of food is nominal and the service is poor. They have taken the responsibility to provide with service to HRTC volvo passengers but food is not fresh and noone is present while serving the food.

Buffet is of 300 which is not even worth
Have some sense who is managing the restaurant. 300 is not a that much amount
But it must be value of money, many of pessenger don’t take food just because of this reason. This is just making fool of others.
If you don’t want to change the price update the buffet

Very bad food and staff behaviour was very bad. A washroom like that bus stand washroom. Please don't visit this Hotel.

Very good ambience. Food is also good. Marriage and conference area available. Parking is also available. Veg and non veg both options are there. Very good staff and helping.

There is no choice in food. Yhan chahe apko km khana ho ya jyada. Apko minimum 300rs to pay krne hi honge.aur es hotal k aas pas apk pas khane ki koe choice nhi.
