The hotel staff is too good and the hotel room is too much clean and service staff is also good.
The hotel is just only 10 minutes away from paragliding site.

The highlight of my stay at Sagarmatha in Bir was undoubtedly the breathtaking balcony view of the surrounding farms. The spacious rooms provided not only comfort but also a serene atmosphere, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the picturesque landscape. Waking up to the scenic beauty and enjoying scrumptious breakfast on the balcony made the experience truly exceptional. Despite the less than friendly response when seeking information over call before checking in, the enchanting farm view remains a standout feature of this accommodation.

Our stay with Sagarmatha was unexpected as the hostel we did our initial booking denied it at the gate. It was 6am in the morning and we had no where to go. Only the kind receptionist at Sagarmatha agreed to take us in with all our luggage.their booking were full but they offered us an empty room until they get a check out slot at 11am. Not only they let us use the bathroom area they offered us delicious breakfast as well. And we got our rooms as promised.

The staff is very friendly. Rooms are super clean & the food is delicious!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Sagarmatha hotel and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The level of hospitality that was shown to me was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-appointed with all the amenities that I could have possibly needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of the highest quality, ensuring a great night's sleep.

The highlight of my stay, however, was undoubtedly the food. The hotel's restaurant served some of the most mind-blowing dishes I have ever tasted. Every meal was expertly prepared, using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.

Finally, I cannot praise the managers of this hotel enough for their friendly and attentive behavior. Vijay and Sagar bhai went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything that we needed, from recommending local attractions to organizing transportation. They were always available to answer any questions I had and were genuinely interested in ensuring that I had the best possible stay.

Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If you are looking for a place to stay that combines exceptional hospitality, clean and comfortable rooms, mind-blowing food, and friendly managers, then look no further than Sagarmatha.

View from the rooms are amazing and fills you up postive energy. The staff was very friendly supportive and always provided quick service. Food was super tasty. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

We (A group of 8 friends) went here for 1 night stay and we had a great time. Hotel staff was very cooperative. It is well located and separated from the market. We very much enjoyed the stay. The food was pretty good and the menu was diverse. And I would like to thanks Sushil Kumar, He's the best waiter we've ever had.

Ohhh the view from this place. You can sip your cup of tea and watch a sky full of paragliders.and the sunset view is out of this world.

Amazing experience at Sagarmatha. The hotel is located at a perfect location with serene surroundings. All main attractions are on walking distance. The terrace has amazing views of both sunrise and sunset. The rooms were clean with a view of Bir valley from balcony. This hotel has pretty much everything you would expect from a budget hotel at a hill station. The staff also deserves an appreciation for their services, especially Mr. Vijay who manages the property. Recommended place for people who are WFH and want to work from mountains.

It was a excellent stay. I stayed here for three days with my family. Views from the room balcony was mesmerizing. Food and staff was amazing here.

I am local here, i get the room in 2200 rupees. Staff is friendly and good. You should take room here after checking the room cleanliness or the view from the room. Mine room was just not cleaned properly, washroom was not maintained. No maintenance you can call. 3 star is only for staff.

Extremely happy to be there at sagarmatha hotel.very convenient to stay as food was so delicious. Moreover all the staff members so trained and helpful. Just 250 meters from the main market and paragliding landing sites.

Attentive and friendly staff. Located at a good and convenient place in Bir. Hotel require little bit of renovation as it is recently acquired by the current party. Food is appreciable. Owner is very helpful and sweet, will be guiding you for everything.

Worst experience ever.
1. No cleaning, cockroaches and spiders were roaming in the room.
2. To get hot water you have to flush out / waste atleast 3 -4 buckets of water (that surely someone will not prefer to do).
3. The intercom was not working so that you can ask for room service. In washroom, flush was not working.
4. No AC (although it is not required) but you will definitely need fan during day time. Fan was also not working.

Overall, the experience was pathetic.

Nice hotel, the toilets where not really clean but everything else is upto the mark. Decent food is cooked. Seems jew property N owner is very helpful.

One of the best hotel to stay in Bir with an excellent location and remarkable services. Rooms are spotless. The staff is friendly and professional. Delicious food. Highly recommended to friends and family.

Even after booking in advance they didn't cleaned the room, the previous guests' dirt and stuff was lying on the bed and floor.
The washroom was in hell bad condition, soap wasn't there, towels were not replaced.
The phone wasn't working.
And the receptionist.oh god she keeps on yelling and taunting the guests including us.

Friendly staff particularly anu and shubham.
Food was good and the location is excellent.
Value for money. Price of room is under priced. The owner Deepak Malhan takes personal interest in looking after the guests. Overall a great place for holidays.

Bad experience rooms are not well maintained Washrooms are not clean even not working even leakage of water in one of washbasin.when asked to them it is totally useless. Food is not tasty One of our room has too much smell.overall it is very bad experience

The water pipe broke and the staff refused to Fix it and even change our rooms. The lady at the reception was not friendly. We rented three rooms and one of them was smelling read bad.that time we also told them to change the rooms but they refused. We didn't use that room at all. That's why it wasn't a pleasant experience

They have a beautiful terrace with an amazing view of take off point on one side and monastery view on the other side. We had a great time here with the bonfire under the stars. The best part was their food. Highly recommended

This hotel is great for staying. The facility of this hotel is very good. The hotel is very clean as well as the food of this hotel is so yummy& healthy.

Too soft beds, amazing balcony views. Service is decent, food is very good. Showers are pathetic, non functional. Wifi is useless. The staff behaves clueless about these.

It was a bad experience staying there even manager didn't talk well when I told him about there bad service. None of the staff show any effort toward my problems faced there.

Although there is one thing I'd say that the hotel should increase the number of options and variety in the breakfast. I had included breakfast in my package and I only had 2 options to choose from

Worst place ever stayed.drunk and inefficient staff, dirty linen, bad food, leaking bathroom.ressponse to Sagarmathas remark.
It was absolutely worse experience booking was in name Mr Joshi for 2 rooms 7th June 19.reconfirming it was a horrible place so that other guest do not suffer the same fate. Feel bad cannot give less then one star.

Hotel was really good to stay with all kind of facilities. Ambience was good. Food was totally amazing. Staff was also good. Cafes and shops are nearby 1km from this place. Place is really good and worth it.

Nice, Cosy Hotel with corteous staff. And Nice view from the windows, the food served is really tasty given you are somewhere off the town. The hotel has it's own bar and restaurant and pick and drop services to paragliding site.

Had some issues with the hotel staff. Very rude behaviour and not cooperative at all. Wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this hotel.
But, the oyo captain here, Ashutosh Vaid, helped me beyond I was even expecting. He helped me through the hotel and also helped me get through my journey smoothly and made sure I had the best experience here.
