Hotel Samrat

Bakwas Service, no wifi, no 24hrs service, manager and other service men are always high with Alcohol, sadly no daily cleaning in rooms, NA HE AAO TO ACHA RHEGA PLS. I stayed here for 5 days.but 1 day was enough.samaan rakho ek din guzaro aur dusra acha hotel dhondho.

I am sharing my experience because I have stay here for 3 night.there service is very poor.there is no proper dustbin in room.geyser is also not working properly you need to switch on the heater then wait for 1 hr. Room size is and bed is good. The best part is location.

My mother and father go to Manali and stay in this hotel. The food and staff was very good

Great place to stay, friendly people, economic rooms, outside food is also allowed, have their own parking space, we got 2 rooms in 700 each, in first week of October.

I was at Samrat from 28th May to 30th May 22. I have been staying at Samrat since 2004 every year except 2020 n 21during the end of trekking program. It is a nice hotel with delicious restaurant facilities. Rooms are neat n clean and spacious. Excellent service. Situated in the main market on Mall road makes it convenient for shopping and evening n night walks for food, softy, momos, coffee etc. Fully satisfied by the service. Mr. Ramesh Chand, owner is a nice helpful person confirms that every tourist is comfortable, happy and enjoying the tour. He also takes pains to solve the problems other than stay like transportation, permits etc.

Nice accommodation well maintained, cleanliness, good service, polite staff, easily accessible from Mall road.
