The Premium Luxury Room was a step above in terms of luxury and comfort, and we felt pampered throughout our stay.

The hotel's location near Mall Road made it convenient for us to explore the local markets and attractions.

Spacious and clean room. Totally worth the price. Views from rooms is great and the food in the restaurant was also fantastic.

Poor nd pathetic services offered by this staff…. Rooms cleaniness is pathetic …. People are with great arrogance nd are not at all co-operative …. Would never suggest anybody to stay here …. If u guys want to have worst stay in shimla then only go with his hotel …

Silverine is a Heritage hotel with not such a great view.they have a valley view and somewhat mountain view also but if you are at a beautiful hill station you would expect a beautiful view out of your room. You can see valley and mountain from a tiny corner window. They don't have balconies. Otherwise the rooms are clean and the room services also good however the food is miserable. Be it breakfast or dinner I tried both and I did not like it at all.

It was totally wonderful and relaxing.
View from window is superb with cool breeze.
Room service is up to the mark.one call and done.
Food in resturant is good.
Location.a steep entrance is there but it's ok.two min walk and u are on the mall road so didn't had any problem.
I loved the stay and fully will recommended it to others too

Overall a great experience, with owner Varun paying personal attention to the service. Rooms are spacious and all have a great view. Accessibility to mall is a great plus point of the hotel.

Great location, little hilly downward, driving back could be little difficult for inexperienced. Taking out the car from the parking is a challenge, needs to be a skilled driver, road is narrow, curvy and of approx 60 degree inclination, but even big SUV can also get inside with a super skilled driver or a local driver. Good helpful staff with smiling face which is very welcoming. Food was average, superior room quality was not much satisfactory, bathroom had more fitting lights working than the bedroom, had to manage as there was no option left in the night.
Just next to the high court hence easily accessible to the mall road of Shimla. Biggest con is the washroom which was stinking all the time as if it's a public toilet or the sewar line was just beneath the floor of it. Will recommend newly renovated premium rooms which are little costlier than the superior one.

They are newly renovated and have a wonderful view of the valley.

Location is good as it's very close to the mall road.

The stay was pretty good, cozy and clean rooms. Valley view room was amazing.

Street to the hotel is very steep but cars can go.

The hotel is good and food is also decent with good serving portion. It is near to mall road with a pinch of salt.

Rating it 3 star because -
1. They don't follow check in checkout times, we got our room almost 1.5 hours late than the check in time.

2. The parking is tricky here. Expertise is needed for that.

3. Can be a bit more cleaner. Electric kettles seemed like not cleaned in ages.

4. The road to hotel is restricted and not all cabs will go till the hotel. Cabs will drop or pick you from high court judge parking and you have to climb the slope again.

5. Its a very steep slope down to the hotel. Anyone having any issues with legs or elder people its a big NO. Due to same slope even if you are near to mall road you wont feel like climbing once you are back in hotel.

6. Heaters can be provided complimentary at this cost.

Good hotel but below are few pain points.

1. Cabs do not drop at the hotel because private vehicles are not allowed until the hotel. The road is restricted and it is a huge painful task to climb the road until the hotel. There is no sufficient lighting in the night, so be careful.

2. Heaters are charged. Not provided as part of the hotel price. I think the heaters are to be provided complimentary.

Room was clean, hot water facility, near to mall road and lift, little costly. 100m steep walk to reach the hotel

Room details shown in agoda doesn't match with actual room. They mix premium & delux rooms to confuse us.

Location of the property is nice, close to mall and high court. They have their own parking which is an advantage. Mr. Sunil is very courteous, receptive person and taking care of the guest nicely. Few minor areas to be improved upon i.e. Towels and toiletryaccessories. Visited this hotel back in 2004-2005, great to be back again in 2021.

Hotel is ok. But not recommended for old people because of steep slope unless they have a vehicle. Staff and Owner are polite speakers.

Good hotel and view but food quality not upto the mark and one have to walk steep slopes to reach the hotel

Only good thing with this hotel is the location, not suitable for elderly and kids.

Also make sure to check in the extra charges for kids, they will charge even for five year kid without bedding.

The place is a very good location and the staff are very polite. The food here is very delicious as well!

What you see while entering the room is very very old furniture, broken, old sofa seats, very old beds. Fans and bed are totally in diffrent directions, i don't understand logic behind it. You will get nothing in room except one water bottel, room service 0/0 food 0/0. Old aged specially who have knee problem don't you think about this hotel because its location is very steep. Mall road is near but i suggest you that don't book only for this reason. Staff behavior is nice. Bathroom is ok types. Totaly waste of money.

Parking is available at this hotel but you have to be a expert driver to park car at this hotel because a slope is tricky and choti c gali.

Hotel is near by to mall road just 5 min walking distance
Nearest to mall road, church prefer hotel for if u looking hotel with parking
If you take hotel in down shimla so there are so many option but you have to tak lift all the time when you going to mall road
And there are timings of lift if time over then you have to fron stairs about 500
So i think best hotel

Beautiful property at one end of the mall road.
We stayed in one of the best rooms in here overlooking the beautiful valley. The views from the room were mesmerizing.so was the food, both quality & quantity. The staff is exceptionally cooperative. We had an opportunity to spend sometime in the property's terrace too which was an add on to the experience.here. Highly recommended.

Food was ok. Location was nice but walk was a bit tiring from the mall road. Room could have been better.

Good services and food quality very nice. Even in very good hotels it is difficult to get nice food.

My experience was pathetic.the staffs were extremely rude. Rooms wasn't good at all. Not value for money. For hospitality a big ZERO. I stayed there two nights only because of the hotel's personal parking plot because in Shimla car parking is a big issue.

From the reception till the room everyone was kind, polite and courteous.
The location is great and so are the rooms.
We stayed in room number 203 and it was newly renovated.

If u want to go shimla, pls stay this hotel, we have a good experience for staying this hotel, very good services and scenery mountain rooms view, staff also politely, food is awesome, everything is perfect. And safety.

Everything is good in hotel. But for aged people it is too far from mall road. Also, the road is too stipy & inclined so beware while driving in the parking.

Good place to stay and affordable. Very nice view from the rooms also.
The steep climb down to the entrance is the only hassle.

Magnificent hotel for staying in shimla.

I visited this place recently for the first time I visit shimla which is beautiful. Hotel staff, room service, rooms, view from the window. I loved it and how can I forget the rooftop it's mesmerising.you can park you vechile here as well. You will get parking in very few hotels.

I booked this place last minute as it started raining in Shimla and couldn't return. We also had a pet but the hotel was ok to bring him in as well. The stay was good, food was tasty and great service. Close to the Mall Road. So easy to access as well. Loved this place.

Best thing about this property is situated in Mall Road. You can visit Mall Road at anytime by walking. Property has its own parking area. Staff is really friendly, attentive, courteous. Food is really good and quantity is also satisfying. You can see Shimla Citi from your hotel room. All rooms has Citi view. You’ll get nice room in a super friendly budget.

Best Hotel I have stayed so far in shimla. The Ambience is Perfect. The view from the windows is magnificent. The Staff is polite too. Akshay from the staff helped us a lot. The owner Varun is a very Humble and honest person i came across.
Just one thing you need to keep calling the housekeeping to get the room cleaned but they will clean or not.no Surity on that.
Overall its a wonderful Experience.

I have visited here twice in last 3 years.if someone is looking for affordable place near to ridge, one must stay here. Food is also delicious and cheap.staff is so polite and helpful.ridge is also on walking distance and high court of shimla is also near by.

Very bad quality of room and service. Was very disappointed. As compared to the price, we were expecting clean rooms and good service. I would not repeat my stay here.

This is a very established hotel in Shimla. I have been to hotel Silverine quite a few times now, both with family and with friends. 
Every time I have been there I have had an amazing hospitality experience with a warm welcoming vibe, always! 
All staff is very receptive and hospitable. The rooms are all tidy and hygiene is well taken care of in all ways possible. Outside view is also great. 
And not to mention the food, very good quality and delicious!

Worst management! We booked the room earlier with option of pay at check in When we reached the property they said they do not have any bookings with my name I showed them the confirmation mail I got regarding the booking, then they say ok I you have to wait as checkin time is 12PM. Me and my sister reached the property at 7: 30 and while booking only we asked for early check in, then the staff said I have to pay extra 1000 bucks for early check in.and after wasting our 1 hour they say their all the room are occupied since I didn’t make the pre paid booking they can’t give the room. Worst management

Hotel at Best location to stay in Shimla. Hospitality is awesome. Room service is very good. Clean and pleasant place to stay for family and even alone.

Hotel is situated on Mall Road, All staff officials are cooperative and friendly. Reception office is very nice and polite speaking. They look after their guests very well and provide very delicious food. We stayed There on Jan Month, Rooms are Clean and spacious rooms, polite staff, delicious food.

Beautiful Location, Welcoming Interiors, Amazing staff with warm hospitality, delicious food, luxurious spread at breakfast n dinner buffet. I mean if you are looking for luxury comfort n a perfect peaceful stay away from city n mall life, this is it. A must visit property over n above 5 star rating. Will definitely visit again n highly recommended.
