Hotel Silvermoon Manali

The hotel service was excellent. Especially the ontime food arrangements, clean and hygiene room and staff behaviour. Nice place to stay. Thank you silvermoon for excellent honeymoon memories.

The worst hotel u can get ppl are good but there is no point cause the temperature is so low and u can’t survive in such hotels

The place is very far from the attraction mall road. The service is very good from staff also the buffet dinner with candle light ambience. They provide service in cheap rates. But the rooms are small can accomodate only 2 persons at a time.

Good service excelent food staff is very copertive and helpfull neat and clean rooms good view from rooms. Hotel silver monn is the best hotel in manali town.

The rooms are very congested, bathrooms too stink and also the toilet seats are broken. The staff is too uncooperative and rude. Food was okay but the plates used for serving were unclean. Overall a very bad experience.

Room which I got is really good, clean and neat.
Sunil and Sunny both are very polite, supportive and helpful.

The hotel was very bad, the staff service was also poor. Room dirty and blanket are full damaged and dirty, । And never take honeymoon packages in this hotel.

Here both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is available, but at the time of my booking, I get only vegetarian food, it was told that the travel agent booked me and me. The rooms here are not so good, you are said to be good inside the photo but it does not happen, do not book with a travel agent, book by deck.

The worst hotel service I have ever seen. The behavior of the receptionist is unacceptable. They provide only rooms in the name of services there is no other facilities available (I.e. Cattle, bed warmer, no extra towels). Food quality is also worst.

Better sarvice, and cool areagemant, cleaning, and food was very the most tasty & healthy.

The rooms are very old and need refurbishment. The window are not even closing and due to that the room temperature drops badly. The hotel management is not at all worried about it.

In terms of service, they will provide only 2 towels during your stay and won't change the towels even when stay is for more than a day. They will not clean the room unless you check out.

There are only 2 options in breakfast:
1. Puri and potato curry
2. Aloo paratha with curd
When asked for more option, their answer was, we cook this 2 options alternate day and can't provide you with other options.
And if you are thinking of eating Jain food then they can only serve plain paratha (for your complete stay even it is more than a night)
An another experience was while having dinner we ordered tomato soup (out of our MAPAI plan) they declined the order and later came and told us that they can serve soup after dinner. Means what the point of having soup post dinner.

The service guy was cool and was polite but the receptionist was quite rude and was not responding well to our queries.

The hotel was awarded with various achievements. I don't know on what ground the hotel was awarded? How the validation process was done?

Extremely cheap hotel with cheap minded staffs. Above all, it's very pathetic that such type of hotel in such beautiful tourist place. Highly not recommended.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel, Hospitality is really good, management is too friendly, manager Hemanth Thakur helped us in all the ways. Food is also good.

We have booked for a delux room as we were three member but the hotel gave us a small room with a double bed but there is no space for walk also.and we adjust in that bed only.

We 4 persons stayed here.hotel is located near bazar.hotel staff is very co operative. We were for 3 nights and enjoying.

According to location food services and staff is very good. So I'm very happy thanks all of hotel staff.

One suggestion for hotel staff plz provided one pair sleeper for using toilet.

Since we went in winter the heater facility provided by them for the cost of Rs. 300 per day was very tiny. Only one tiny tube that also both end sides were burnt out. Geyser facility is there but after one person uses the hot water another person must wait for 30 minutes to get hot water for bath.

Hotel silver moon is very good hotel.staff of this hotel is very nice and cooperative.they do flower decoration for aur honeymoon.food and accomodation are good.view of manali seen by this hotel.
