Hotel Snow bird

It was excellent, cozy and comfortable stay in bird view.
Hygienic stay and food is veg and non veg and excellent taste.
Mr Suresh Mgr of Bird View Hotel was excellent support for travellers.

Had a very pleasant stay here with my wife and friends. The mountain view from balcony was epic. Rooms were spacious and clean with all amenities. Food service was good and on time. Will surely recommend this hotel to others.

This place is only good for balcony view of mountains in NSB, otherwise don't have their restaurant food, it's a stale food they provide. Upon that my travel agent had booked this place for afternoon 1pm check out and all payments was taken before hand. Bad luck was, it started raining heavily on 20th April 2023, I requested we will stay another half day and we will pay the room amount for it, but hotel guy says we have to check out 10am only. Worst experience it was. We had to book another hotel In that heavy rain. These people don't have humanity also. They just see business.our room rent was 2400rs per night. We stayed 3days.

Had decent view of mountains from their balcony, I stayed at New Hotel Snow bird. Their heater is peculiar after taking bath we have to wait another 20 minutes for next person to get hot water. Service was good, location is little off from Mall road. So I had walked about 2.5 km to reach mall road. Lot of properties are arround them

Worst hotel of Manali. Worst staff I had ever seen. Lady Manager had involvement with drivers and travelling agency. They try to take out money from guests' pocket and harrash them with staff.
I need police help here now.

They are actually goons of Manali and bad rooms no hospitality etiquettes to treat tourists no in house facilities I personally recommend every tourist to not go there.

Overall a great experience with NSB hotel. Great view from balcony, stuffs are amazing so their services, foods are really really good. Maintained proper hygiene & cleanliness.

Everything was very good but there's one thing which annoyed and irritated us that they literally made us wait for almost an hour.for food.

Location not a concern, it's good for tourists.have parking space.little far from town and narrow road.rates are customer friendly.

Worst hotel ever in my life!

Charged 4000 RS instead of 1800 RS which was the actual governmental fare & when we asked for GST bill, they totally refused to give one.

After 1-2 hours of argument they lowered the rate to 2500 RS & The owner was soo rude.

We even police complaint that but when police arrived at that hotel, We were already back so we couldn't provide evidence!

It was an amazing experience at hotel snow bird Manali. The behaviour of the staff is good. Great hospitality and value for money. The food was good & Tasty. The location is great. I recommend to visit this hotel

Great place to visit and accommodation while visiting Manali - Special thing for this is Hotel staff and hospitality. This is quite awesome and you can expect the food of your desire and they are ready to cook that for you. They asked us to what we prefer for breakfast and dinner according to our suggestions they manage the food. So, overall experience is very good enough.

This hotel was arranged by Thrillophia for our trip.and we got a mountain view room. Just an amazing view from the balcony.

Nice room, hill view, nice balcony, standard room sizes, good food quality, 900 meters from Mall road.

• Rooms were really good, spacious and with an excellent view from the balcony. The room had a functional geyser for hot water, room service was responsive and it was clean.
• Location was good, we could se the mesmerising view of the mountains and trees.
• A functional lift is present in the hotel.
• Breakfast was a bit below average (We did not have lunch/dinner here), so I would recommend you to stay here but avoid the food.

Very good hotel and it has very beautiful nature view and there was very excellent and quick room services and they are really nice guys go and stay there.

Vikash (Manager) was very helpful. We checked in Early morning and he didn't charge for that. He was very supportive through our whole stay.
Manoj in reception was very kind.

Hotel situated in very peace location and near from Mall Road. Everything is easily available and accessible.
